Not recommended. Unfriendly and stressful hosts. Burst into the apartment unannounced and wake up the guests with a knock and then opening the bedroom door: “You have to move out today. When do you do that?” Early in the morning (the guest is sleeping) pressure is placed on a move-out, although this has to be done by 12 p.m. In addition, the heating is switched off on the penultimate day. Where are we please? In addition, the entire hotel is in a shabby condition. Nobody can relax there after a strenuous day at work.

The large hall for larger gatherings or celebrations smells very musty and stale. When it comes to service, friendliness is a foreign word. Oh and the smokers are taken care of in a great atmosphere.

This is another example of how the restaurant industry doesn't work. There were two of us here and we wanted something to eat and drink. When we got there, we were told that we couldn't get anything without ordering in advance because the kitchen was so small. Therefore, pre-orders/reservations were necessary. That's suboptimal, but not a big deal so far. When I told the waiter that it was a bit of a shame because it wasn't visible on Google Maps or on the website (which doesn't exist), he rudely replied that I could just call. Apparently, I could use a phone (I had mine in my hand at the time). Wow 😮. My idea up until then had been to eat somewhere else and come back because it looked cozy. But we decided against it. We then went to the Italian restaurant (Dolce e Amaro) and spent our money there. By the way, I recommend it: friendly staff and good food.

Rosendahler Str. 71Ein kleines familiengeführtes Restaurant mit jugoslawischer Herzlichkeit! Schon beim Betreten wurden wir freundlich empfangen und fühlten uns willkommen. Die Atmosphäre ist urig und authentisch – man merkt sofort, dass hier mit viel Liebe und Leidenschaft geschafft wird. Das Essen war super. Frisch zubereitet, reichhaltige Portionen und lecker. Besonders empfehlenswert ist das Sataraš und natürlich die Schnitzel. Der Service war aufmerksam, herzlich und familiär – man fühlt sich fast wie zu Besuch bei Freunden. Die Preise sind absolut fair, vor allem angesichts der Qualität und der Portionsgrößen. Wer Balkan-Küche in familiärer Atmosphäre erleben möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
