Unfortunately, absolutely disappointing – never again! I ordered a baked chicken with rice - what I received was not only unappetizing but also unhygienic: there was a fried hair in the meat. When I called the restaurant, the boss actually asked me, “What do we do now?” – a more than questionable reaction for someone who runs a restaurant. Instead of professionally finding a solution, the responsibility was shifted to me as the customer. After consultation, I was promised a new dish - but this was only delivered after a whopping 1 hour and 20 minutes. I'm leaving out a photo of the food out of politeness, but that alone speaks volumes. Conclusion: The store appears extremely unhygienic and the way complaints are handled is unacceptable. I can only strongly advise against it - it's better to stay away from it!

Ordered spring rolls and baked wontons with shrimps for dinner. The food was delivered quickly. Unfortunately I woke up in the night with severe nausea, stomach pain and dizziness. Never again!

I have been a loyal customer of Touch of India for many years. Unfortunately, the service has deteriorated significantly recently. Last time I had to cancel my order after waiting over 2 hours because nothing arrived. Today I wanted to give the restaurant another chance and ordered again - same problem again. When I called there to ask about my food, they simply hung up in the middle of the conversation. This is not how you treat long-term customers. Very disappointing.

Food was always delivered quickly, warm and tasty. One of the best hangover pizzas in Bielefeld! If, like me, you sometimes prefer a richly topped, slightly greasy but well-cooked pizza to the original Italian pizza, you'll get your money's worth here. *Unfortunately the operator has changed. The price/performance ratio is simply unbeatable! Tastes delicious, the fries are amazing! It's just a bit cold when you sit there. But otherwise, it's great!

Very poorly sold out and only ordering from machines. The sellers don't know any German so that you could order something like that!

Unfortunately, orders are rarely completed; something is always missing. Also, recently, "Ready for pickup" suddenly means that the order is currently "in preparation." An employee explained this to me when I wanted to pick up the food from the counter because my order number had changed to "ready for pickup." I still had to wait a few minutes. I didn't understand this logic.

In general the restaurant is very clean and the atmosphere is calm but the food was old rice. However, the service is quick and the food comes quickly. I just hope that the quality of the food can be improved, but otherwise everything is excellent.

February 1, 2022 Today I ordered a seafood family pizza for the second time! And every time it tasted very good! And the PRICE is unbeatable because pizza of this quality and size (40×60 cm) for €25 delivery service is very, very good! I've already eaten everything else and it tastes really good! It is a Turkish family business! The food can be picked up or eaten there! Of course, family celebrations can also be held there! Everyone there is very friendly and helpful! Because it is a family business, it is very family-like, even among customers! That's what I like about Sofram!
