I understand the bad reviews.
I've ordered over 10 times, always promptly, even on Sundays. The drivers are always super nice, the tortellini aren't overcooked and are truly delicious.
Great value for money, the food arrives piping hot. There's no better delivery service.
How bad will it get? Industrial patties, brioche, it just tastes soggy and shit. Despite a large press appearance in the village NW. It doesn't work at all! 2 EUR delivery fee for 900 meters and 0.22 service fee. If the tip is 78 cents for the gentleman who can't even press the right number in the elevator - then it's probably appropriate. A lot of money, little performance. Goodnight Germany. Today I ordered a falafel plate and extra fries. The falafel was delicious, but there was hardly any raw food with it. Charging €3 for ten pieces of fries is the biggest outrage ever. You should really be ashamed of yourself.
Nice staff but the store is absolutely dirty. Nobody cleans there all day. There is trash everywhere and the tables and chairs are dirty. Anything but inviting. Also overpriced. That was my last KFC visit.
The order was placed at 8 p.m. Should arrive at 9pm. Arrived at 10:30pm after multiple calls. The person on the phone was very unfriendly and the food was cold. I will never order from this store again and I recommend that to you too.
