I had to wait more than 90 minutes for my food, and it wasn't even tasty.

We ordered something and it never arrived, outrageous! Never ordering from them again.

- The chicken looked and tasted cheap/imitation. The pizza rolls tasted of absolutely nothing/bland, no salt, and no stone oven. The "herb butter" was truly disgusting and not homemade, just from a wholesaler! The fries from the last order arrived soggy, and they were also missing salt and possibly other seasonings! Furthermore, the labeling is inadequate, especially on Lieferando.de! The product descriptions should at least specify whether it's pasta or potatoes to avoid incorrect orders! The "food" is just thrown together quickly for the "consumer." The supplier doesn't care about the product—they're just trying to make money. !!! NEVER AGAIN !!!

Thank you so much for the delicious Hawaiian pizza! I thought I'd pick it up myself so I could enjoy it fresh and hot at home just a few minutes later. It was delicious, and they even added plenty of cheese right to the edge, just as I'd requested. The service was friendly! However, I didn't find the ambiance/premises very appealing. If it were more organized and furnished with a little more care, it would be much nicer… ;-) Despite all that, thank you for the great pizza and the friendly service 🙏🏻

Food was ordered and delivered slightly late, but no problem. Unfortunately, the wrong food was delivered, and when I called to let them know and try to find a solution, after I wasn't understood (for whatever reason), the next employee started arguing unnecessarily. So instead of fixing the problem, the customer is treated like they're too stupid to know what food they ordered. Eventually, I hung up because the argument was getting ridiculous, and I just made do with the food, which unfortunately didn't make me very happy either. (There was gristle in the meat.) This has ruined the restaurant for me. What a shame.

I don't even know where to begin. The pizza arrived way too late and was cold, yet burnt. On arrival, I was also told that vegan cheese wasn't available – so I got the pizza without cheese. If you offer a vegan pizza, you should also have vegan cheese. For me, good service means at least an apology and maybe a complimentary bottle of Coke as a small gesture. But even that didn't happen. I would have thrown the €33 in the trash. That was the first and last time I'll ever order from here. Thanks for nothing.

I can't understand the negative reviews. They're just people, mistakes happen, and that's how you improve. And you can see that positive development here, especially in the taste and service. Two months ago, my wife and I were on our way back from a walk and thought we'd grab a pizza. We really enjoyed the pizza. Today I tried the delivery service. Everything was absolutely perfect again. The pizza arrived 20 minutes after ordering. Generously topped, piping hot, and delicious once again. 🙏🙂 I also want to commend the young man who delivered the pizza. Even though there was a problem with the name on the doorbell (my fault) and he was blocking the front door 😅, he remained very patient and polite. That's really nice. You can tell the young man enjoys his job. I'll definitely be ordering from them again and can highly recommend La Vera Pizza. ❤️

Food arrived in 1 hour and 50 minutes… No matter what, there's no excuse for that + the food was simply bland and cold.

Truly disappointing! The pizza arrived way too late, was already cold, and one was even completely forgotten. When I asked the driver about it, the only excuse I got was that they were "busy." Absolutely unacceptable for the price and service.

The fried rice and noodles, each with tofu and egg, were delicious. The spring rolls could have been a bit crispier. The driver couldn't find the bell, even though his name was on it. Otherwise, the service was quick and the driver was extremely friendly.

Disaster The food only arrived after asking for it, more than 20 minutes later than expected. Parts of the order were simply forgotten, and the rest arrived lukewarm and soggy. The pizzas delivered were about 25% smaller than ordered (see picture; we ordered a 32cm diameter). If you complain, you're fobbed off with cheap promises on the phone. STAY AWAY ABSOLUTELY CATASTROPHIC

Very friendly staff, very tasty food

Horrible. One is about a 1.13-hour wait, which wasn't so bad since I was looking forward to the food. Now, what a little bit of everything? Just try it. Disgusting, the whole meal ended up in the trash. Overall, a waste of money and time. I'll order again immediately from somewhere else.

We waited over three hours for the food, only for it to never arrive. We tried to reach someone, but they switched on the phone. Never order from there; you'll save yourself the hassle and time.

We had eggshells and hair in our food. After we pointed it out, we didn't even get an apology; they just wanted pictures and the response was that they couldn't explain it. We were given a credit for one plate of noodles even though we had two and neither of them could be eaten! Then they demanded that we pay again for the sweet and sour sauce even though we couldn't eat it the last time because, as you can see, there were little pieces of eggshells everywhere! And to then treat a customer so rudely even though you're still being friendly is unbelievable! Because that shouldn't happen!!! Everyone who owns a restaurant should be clear about that!

Ordered pizza. Had to wait 70 minutes, and then the toppings were wrong. It wasn't worth the money.

I ordered golden chicken with noodles on UberEats. It tasted good, but nothing exceptional. Delivery was quick and easy, taking about half an hour, as stated on UberEats.

Ordered a doner kebab pizza today. Apparently, the pizza had been in transit for a while, as the box was soggy and the pizza wasn't particularly warm. The taste is okay, but there are better options. Also, the 30cm pizza I ordered was much smaller than it should have been. I'll order it once, and never again.

So for the carbonara it's 6.0 zero. I've been waiting almost 30 years for it to finally reach lapineta or mine....so really 5.9 at least Google

I understand the bad reviews. I've ordered over 10 times, always promptly, even on Sundays. The drivers are always super nice, the tortellini aren't overcooked and are truly delicious. Great value for money, the food arrives super hot. There's no better delivery service.

I ordered a lasagna. Actually, they were just half-cooked lasagne sheets baked in tomato sauce with cheese. The whole thing just smells sour somehow. Absolutely not recommended. Wasted €15. The delivery service was OK.

I'm not really the type to leave reviews, but I'm so disappointed by the poor service that I'm forced to wait 1.5 hours for a pizza only to find out at the end that the driver isn't coming. Absolutely not recommended.

Pizza cold but crusty chicken salad very tasty

The pizza could be better - but it is one of the delivery services with the longest opening hours, often saving you when you need food very late at night.

The food itself tasted pretty good; we had the kum bao and tortellini in ham and cream sauce. Delivery arrived in 40 minutes, as stated on Uber Eats. But the next day, I didn't feel well at all. I was vomiting, had diarrhea, and had circulatory problems. That was two days ago, and I'm still lying down. The hygiene in the shop doesn't seem to be the best. Don't order there, or you'll get food poisoning, too.

Unfortunately, the first impression when entering the restaurant was confirmed, not good! I paid 11 euros for 9 chicken wings with two sauces. When I opened it outside I realized that I had only received 8 burnt chicken wings. As you can see in the photo, these were fried for too long, making them too dry and hard and incomplete. There seems to be just as little emphasis on the food as there is on the overall ambience of the restaurant... ...dark, sticky, with hanging power cables, not inviting.

One star is too many... there is almost no cheese on pizza, it's like bread with ketchup... Never again!

I've ordered here several times. Pasta and pizza as well as pizza rolls are absolutely recommended. Always hot, delivered very quickly, and taste fantastic.

Schnitzel with Champions cream sauce, slightly bitter sauce taste.. Schnitzel mushy.... Fries tasted like old fry fat, dry and rubbery... Lasagne tasted like nothing.. Plates of pasta looked greyish. Aftertaste like vomit. Sauce tasted absolutely nothing well..2 hours after eating, toilet problem..I've never had anything like that before, unprofessional staff who can't even keep the shop clean properly..an inspection from the health department would be appropriate immediately!!!!!!..don't thank you again. ..the 2.6 rating is justified..for 26 euros better than bk or mc...preferably even lower..absolutely not recommended!!!!

Don't let them fool you. 30 cm pizza ordered everything was under 26 cm! Also, simply no cheese on 2 pizzas. Then another 36€!

Today we ordered the chicken burger as a menu and a salad. After 30 minutes the order came. It was really tasty. We would order there again.

The "Italian" food was really not tasty at all and the contact seemed rather taciturn and unprofessional, but friendly. I'm sorry, but I don't want to order anything here anymore. Very scary.

The food doesn't taste good and the delivery person takes a different amount than the tip they probably cost themselves.

So I've never experienced anything like that. According to Lieferando we should wait an hour for 1 pasta dish. When there was still nothing there after two hours, we called. We were put off with “the driver is already on the way”. Since we could see the location on Lieferando, we pointed out that it was not near us at all. The only answer was unfriendly, “then you have to pick up the food next time”. Food arrived cold after 2.5 hours and was inedible. The evening was over for us.

So, We ordered food over the phone on a Tuesday evening and specifically asked if they had an EC card reader and could send it along as we didn't have any cash. The staff very kindly said yes, we have. An hour after we ordered, I called again to ask where the food was. They told me the driver was late and should be there any minute. Another 20 minutes later I get a call: the food is here. But no card reader. We agreed that the next day an employee would have the device again and we could then pay. The food just wasn't lukewarm. The next day I wanted to go there at the beginning of opening hours and pay for the food. What I couldn't do because the opening times weren't listed correctly either locally or on Google and I found myself standing in front of a locked door. They didn't contact us again during the day. The next day they called me and wanted to send someone. They said someone would leave in half an hour. 1.5 hours later I get a call saying that someone is leaving and 20 minutes later that they are at the door. I wasn't there at the time, but a friend of mine was. Two men came up and noticed that the card reader had no battery left and offered my underage friend to take her to the savings bank. She didn't go with us and the guys said they would send someone else later. 4 hours later they text me again to send someone out at 11 at night. Since the friend was already asleep, I told them to come over next. The employee then said that we should have the money in cash and I wrote them a long message about why I didn't think the whole situation was okay. They haven't responded to me since then. Save yourself the stress.

Without words. Absolutely unprofessional shop, catastrophic behavior from drivers and the food arrives cold and inedible. Never again.

Were disrespected and insulted on the phone because we didn't know that delivery to Herford costs €60.00. We gave our address and then the city, then they directly insulted us. 1 star is still too much.

It doesn't work at all - food arrived cold after 2 1/2 hours. Was correspondingly inedible. According to Lieferando it should take 40 minutes. When 40 minutes had passed I called and asked where the order was, then they said the driver had already left. 2 hours later he was there. Driver had three more orders in the car, poor thing. Get organized better! My chicken wings were burnt. In any case, it was the last time.

The pizza I ate was not good, absolutely disgusting, so I upset my stomach with the pizza the next morning and was in the hospital on Saturday evening (yesterday). The pizza was a little warm, but the dry nature of the dough made the pizza barely edible. In addition, the pizza had almost no tomato sauce on it and tasted more like warmed cheese bread. This is massively disappointing considering the high price. I've only had positive experiences with your establishment so far but this time I was extremely disappointed!

Don't order here! Ordered fried noodles with chicken from “Pizza Asian” and suddenly “Pizza La Vera” came and brought perfectly normal, tasteless bagged rice (the two companies belong to the same owner). I called and explained the problem - they said I ordered wrong. I've never ordered chicken with rice, especially not with plain old rice. The peanut sauce (by the way, I had to pay extra, despite ApplePay payment, because I should have checked the food) was the worst I've ever had. Please don't let us start with the hoisin sauce, you can use it to seal a leak in the pipe... Thanks for the experience, two more takeaways you shouldn't order from.

As always, it was super tasty. Love the potato casserole, everything with kebab and the gnocchi and much more. Fast delivery and it's hot too👍🏻

Ordered this evening. I wanted the food delivered to my truck, and after a quick consultation with a really nice employee on the phone, this was no problem at all. Delivery was there 10 minutes before the stated time 😁👍. We had 1 x pizza, 1 x casserole, 1 x salad - everything was really tasty. The next time we are in Bielefeld with the truck, we will definitely order from you again. Ps. to the customer with the review this week: we also had the "12€" salad, and the price/performance ratio for the salad was great!

Pizzabelag gut. Pizzateig eher Dr. Oetker. Lieferzeit sehr schlecht. Fast zwei Stunden?! Ist das so schnell wie möglich? Für eine "spontane Pizza" mit Lieferung keine gute Idee und geschmacklich ist der Teig nicht von einem guten Italiener aus dem Steinofen.

Pizza ist absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Eine Pizza war komplett durchgenässt. Absolutes no Go. Nicht zu empfehlen !!!!!

Hab gerade bei Liferando bestellt. Der Cheeseburger hatyw kaum Käse sehr wenig Salat und die Burgerbrötchen waren labbrig und sind auseinander vefallen. Die Pommes haben wie alte aufgewärmte Pommes geschmeckt. Der Burger war echt gross und die Portion Pommes war auch sehr gut , nur leider hat es nicht so geschmeckt Die gebackene Banane war ok. Hab das erste mal dort bestellt und hoffe das es die Ausnahme war.

Ich habe per Lieferando bestellt und war begeistert. Der Mozzarella Salat war total super! Sehr lecker! Gleiches gilt für den gnocci Auflauf. Total tolles leckeres Essen, welches sogar noch hübsch aussieht! Die Lieferzeit war völlig okay (45 min). Fahrer ebenfalls freundlich. Ich bin begeistert und werde öfter bei euch bestellen :)

Nie wieder, Hünchen statt Tofu geliefert bekommen, Mitarbeiter am Telefon komplett unhöflich, null entgegenkommen. Geht gar nicht!

Essen mehr als 40 min ZU SPÄT, trotz über 1 Stunde vorangekündigte Lieferzeit...also insgesamt 2 Stunden Wartezeit. Am Telefon nur Rauschen und abgehackte Wörter zu verstehen, kein Entgegenkommen wegen Verspätung und hastiges abwimmeln. Service = Null Das Erste und letzte mal 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Essen sollte nach einer Stunde da sein. Zu dem Zeitpunkt kam die Bestätigung es würde gerade zubereitet werden. Nach 1.5h immer noch nichts da. Nie wieder.

Über Lieferando bestellten wir Chinesisch als auch den XXL Burger. Leider war beides nicht wirklich schmackhaft und recht teuer, zugleich es normalerweise bei Burgern über 10€ auch Pommes dazu gibt. Der Salat auf dem Patty sowie die Tomaten waren zudem echt matschig. Das war das einzige und letzte Mal, das wir dort bestellt haben.

Vorsicht wenn du allergien und Unverträglichkeiten hast. Ich habe ein Gericht bestellt welches KEINE allergene angeblich hatte. Bekommen habe ich Soja Soße. Ich rief an um zu fragen: der am Telefon weiß es nicht. Der Koch kann kein Deutsch. Der Chef ist nicht da. Also alle unwissend und die Seite ist auch falsch beschrieben. Am Ende stand ich da, hungrig, sauer, wollte essen, Geld ausgegeben, und am Telefon wurde nichts angeboten als ich ausdrücklich sagte "Ja ich kann das jetzt nicht essen ". Ich werde nur vielleicht morgen zurückgerufen. Bringt aber auch nichts. Das essen was ich essen konnte fand ich lecker. Werde aber trotzdem nie wieder dort bestellen.

Saft Laden, bestellt man essen und bekommt das falsche, meldet sich dann dort mehrfach und mit der zusage man bekämme sein geld zurück, pustekuchen bis jetzt nix erhalten und das ist schon 3 Wochen her. Lasst besser die finger davon

Mindestbestellwert liegt bei 55€, das ist viel zu viel und lohnt sich für einen 2 Personen Haushalt gar nicht.

2 1/2 Std aufs Essen gewartet, musste 4 mal anrufen, beim letzten Telefonat hieß es: „wir haben dich versucht 2-3 mal zu erreichen“ und wieder durfte ich eine halbe Std warten, es hieß ich schicke den Fahrer nochmal los (angeblich) und plötzlich 20 min später war das Essen frisch und heiß da (dafür der 1 Stern) Lieferant trocken kalt und unhöflich ganz stumpf: sorry war viel los Erstes und letztes mal !!!!

Ich habe um 23 Uhr bestellt um 23:57 Uhr war das Essen da. Lieferant kann kein Deutsch ruft an fragt wo meine Klingel ist? Ok ich gehe runter hole das Essen, 23 Euro bezahlt. Es war kalt, schmeckte nach Curry beide Gerichte (Burger und Schnitzel). ICH BESTELLE DORT NIE WIEDER!!!

Das Essen war sehr lecker. Auch die Lieferung erfolgte in der angegebenen Zeit. Einziges Manko: Die Preise sind inkl. Soße meiner Meinung nach etwas zu hoch.

Pizza ganz ok. Allerdings bei Lieferanschrift extra eingetippt NICHT KLINGELN jedoch tat der Lieferant dies doch. Dies geht garnicht. 😄

Wir haben uns folgendes liefern lassen: Knuspriges Huenchen mit Erdnuss Soße und Rindfleisch mit Zwiebeln und Paprika. Wir waren sehr angenehm überrascht, es war schon sehr lecker.Fleisch sehr gut... Soße..sehr gut. Gemüse knackig frisch. Genügend Beilage in dem Fall Reis.Rind und Huhn Qualitativ sehr gut.Und wichtig für uns, das Essen ist sehr Heiß angekommen.Von uns 5 Sterne dafür.

Lieferzeit war super, alles andere eher nicht so. Der Pizzateig schmeckte wie ein Produkt aus der Kühlung beim Aldi oder sonst wo. Desweiteren schmeckte der Belag nicht frisch, eher abgestanden. TK Pizza wäre besser gewesen. Die Preise für das was man dort bekommt viel zu hoch gesetzt.

Wir haben zum ersten mal bestellt, es gibt nichts zum aussetzen eher im Gegenteil. Das Essen schmeckt gut, kam heiß bei uns an. Wirklich heiß. Das ist äußerst außergewöhnlich. Bisher hatten wir bei den Mitbewerbern das Essen warm bis kalt erhalten. Mir liegt es normalerweise fern Standartvoraussetzungen extra hervor zu heben, da ich noch nie heißes Lieferessen, was dazu noch schmeckt, erhalten habe, muss ich es dennoch tun. Ehrlich gesagt, hätte ich bei einer 2,7 Googlebewertung niemals bestellt. Da ich aber über einen Lieferservice bestellt habe, ist mir die nicht so gute Googlebewertung erst aufgefallen als ich selbst bewertet habe. Also alles richtig gemacht @Team La Vera Pizza Macht weiter so und die Bewertungen gehen weiter nach oben. Ich denke bei euch hat sich was geändert🙌👍 Wir werden wieder Bestellen! Hab gerade Pizza bestellt, hatte nichts mehr anderes auf. Lieferzeit 17 Minuten. Lieferhinweise berücksichtigt. Ich habe nichts auszusetzen, da pizza auch Schmeckt.

Lieferdienst rast durch 30er Zonen mit doppelter Geschwindigkeit! Scheinbar leiden alle Fahrer des La Vera Lieferdienstes unter chronischen Zeitmangel. Die meisten fahren mit ca. 60km/h durch 30er Zonen, was absolut gefährlich und verantwortungslos ist!

Alles perfekt außer der Salat Hatte ein Burger und die Tomate sah nicht so lecker aus
