Attention to detail is on point here. A cozy atmosphere invites you to linger and enjoy the delicious food... A small drawback is the acoustics, as it can be a little loud when many people are talking at the same time... The staff is very friendly and attentive. The appetizers are so generous that you can easily fill the evening with a few combinations of appetizers.
A family café/bar. Unfortunately, this is becoming increasingly rare. The owner greets you, you know each other.
Particularly interesting for chess or backgammon lovers, you can always rent a game here and you can usually find good opponents.
Rather quiet atmosphere, a good change from the rest of Pontstrasse.
Prices are also very cheap!
I enjoy coming here and do so regularly!
Friendly welcome and service, but unfortunately, I was rather disappointed with the food.
Priced mid-range, I found my portion of pork fillet medallions too small, the béarnaise sauce far too little, and the fried potatoes were awful. They were barely crispy and should have been left in the pan much longer, and the onions and bacon also needed more time. The kitchen was lacking in attention.
A shame.
Been there again today for a long time. Everyone was very friendly and the scampi spagnola tasted very good. You can sit outside like you're on vacation and it's also very comfortable inside. I felt very comfortable. I will now go back regularly.
An Aachen institution for decades. The menu is clear yet varied, the tips and burgers are simply top-notch. Drink prices range from fair to affordable, especially during the long happy hour. The staff is also on point. A busy place!
