We were there two days ago. There were mice running around. No joke. I think mice are really cute. But they simply have no place in a restaurant... And unfortunately, I ended up struggling with diarrhea and vomiting afterward.

The cocktail happy hour is unbeatable and highly recommended. The food is rock-solid. Here, you can have a relaxed evening with friends and paint your helmet for little money.

Catastrophic. We've eaten there several times, and apart from a few minor things, the food was always good (otherwise we wouldn't have kept coming back). Today I ordered schnitzel and squid rings to take away. With all due respect, but there wasn't any squid in the rings? The consistency, smell, and taste certainly said otherwise. The question is, what was it if it wasn't squid? The schnitzel was also quite strange. Among other things, we ordered a chicken schnitzel, also awful in consistency and taste. I don't know what's going on. I know everything is getting more expensive and you have to be careful where you go, but to sell this quality for that price is a shame. That was the last time I ate from there, not because the food was bad, but because you no longer know what you're really eating. And if you look at the other reviews, you can see that this isn't an isolated incident. You urgently need to change something.

The food there is delicious, and the service is pleasant and friendly. However, the recent salmon tagliatelle simply had a different fish mixed in, which I honestly find inappropriate given the price of the dish, especially since the menu explicitly states that it only contains salmon. I don't like that customers are misled like that. But otherwise, it's very nice there.

So far, we've always been satisfied, but if you tell the blonde waitress to charge X, then I expect that amount to be entered and nothing more. That's completely unacceptable and borders on fraud. It's also a shame that the manager hasn't responded by email. Whether we'll go there again is questionable.

I got severe food poisoning after yesterday's schnitzel. I'll have to go to the doctor right away for an infusion.

Friendly service and delicious food

My partner ordered a creamed mushroom schnitzel that looked like a shoe sole, slapped onto the plate without a rim. I ordered lamb ragout, but the meat was already pre-cooked and a bit tough, only reheated by the sauce. My girlfriend had stomach problems all night. Given the prices, you'd expect something different, and it will be the last time we eat there.

The lunch buffet is delicious and has a wide selection. The waitress with the long black hair is very friendly and attentive. You're happy to tip for service like that.

We visited the White House last night with three people and spent a long evening there. Despite the football match, the atmosphere was pleasant and the staff friendly. We were pleasantly surprised by the food: the burgers and pizza were delicious, and the food was also absolutely good value for money. One significant criticism, however, concerns the alcoholic drinks. Two of us ordered various cocktails (including Mai Tai and Long Island Iced Tea) and a few tequila shots for around €70. Unfortunately, we found that the effect of the alcohol was barely noticeable, even despite the quantity – which is very unusual. We also asked other guests, who confirmed that they had similar experiences. We felt as if we had been completely ripped off when it came to alcohol. It was a very disappointing experience, especially because we had expected more given the high price. In direct comparison to other restaurants, such as the Dairy across the street, the alcohol content was significantly lower. For guests who come primarily for the food, the White House is certainly a good choice. However, anyone looking for an evening with a few potent drinks should beware. Based on this experience, we probably won't be back.

We ordered mixed grill plates for 5 people. The shish kebab was burnt. It was replaced after a protest, and according to the restaurant, they reduced the bill to €135 (with a €10 tip) as compensation. I discovered after checking my bank account that they charged €153 instead of €135. I will never go to this restaurant again.

I regularly go here for dinner with my girlfriend. This time we were here for lunch, and the woman who served us was so rude, it was out of the ordinary. I asked for a straw and didn't even get one; they were only for cocktails. When I was ordering my food, she just walked away halfway through, even though I wanted to order something else. It's a shame, but because of this, I won't be eating here again. It was a foreign woman with curly hair. We were here for dinner on June 1st at 2:30 PM.

So far the service has always been satisfactory. Today on May 29th 2025 at 4pm the service was a disaster. There were only two waiters on a holiday. A very unfriendly lady who completely ignored us after we had our food. Napkins and sauces had to be fetched from the counter. It was not possible to order more drinks. At the end there was a big fuss because the lady apparently did not have time to pack up the leftover food. She completely refused to pack another man's food because they were "understaffed". Taking orders from new customers in the meantime was not a problem, however. After asking another member of staff, he told me to be patient and if I couldn't do it, I shouldn't come back. I am truly speechless about how they treat customers. There is no way to say "the customer is king"!!!

The cafe was overcrowded but they were managing at their best ... I ordered a few drinks there like Pina colada and sex on the beach ... decent enough

Quite a nice restaurant for gatherings with friends, enjoying delicious food and drinks. The staff is friendly. The accessible parking lot "Apag" is located right across the street.

We were there with several people, but unfortunately we sat upstairs, and the atmosphere wasn't that great. TV instead of music, and people were mostly shouting. My burger was unfortunately ice cold and not even lukewarm. Too bad... I think it's more comfortable sitting downstairs.

The service was very good and the price-performance ratio is very good. The drinks are also very tasty and the heat lamps outside make it really pleasant.

We had a delicious meal with 19 people... Pastas, steaks, schnitzels, everything tasted good. The cocktails are also recommended! They had a special surprise for the birthday boy and presented him with a nice drink and a large piece of tiramisu. Our host this evening was Tolga, very friendly and very quick to serve, with such a large group, compliments!

After an hour the food arrived while everyone else had already eaten, the schnitzel was too dry and my extra sauce didn't arrive at all. Waitress was in a bad mood because we had ordered something to drink. A blonde lady with a strict bun. Plus point for the coffee, which arrived on time. Unfortunately I still have to wait for my cocktail...

The food is great, the service is great, and the price-performance ratio is definitely right here. The food arrives quickly, hot and tasty to the guest. The staff is more than friendly, you just feel completely at home here! Friendliness is very important here!!! We'd love to come back.

The service was good but because the restaurant was so busy it sometimes took a while. But that's not due to the service as such, but rather to the staffing situation in the catering industry. Music was too loud for my taste. Conclusion: You can eat well here at fair prices and the price-performance ratio is right with good portions. The food tastes great too.

I was alone in the White House Aachen after work on February 14th at 4:30 p.m. because I just wanted to eat something relaxed. Unfortunately, it was an absolute failure. As soon as I arrived I was treated unnecessarily rudely by the waitress. Nevertheless, I sat down at the table assigned to me and ordered. Thereafter? Complete ignorance. No “Is everything okay?”, no smile, nothing. When I wanted to leave after half an hour, I asked to have the rest of my food packed. The first time the waitress just stopped, looked at me and then walked on without saying a word. After that I was completely ignored. Only after 15 minutes did I get a box thrown onto the table without comment with the message: “Here, you can pack it yourself.” It could hardly be ruder. The restaurant wasn't crowded so there is no excuse for such disrespectful service. I'm the type of person who always tips because I appreciate service staff - but here? Definitely not deserved. The only positive thing was the food - that's why there is a star. If I could give negative points for the service, I would!

Eating takes too long a waiter on tripping

I think it's a disgrace that people are being so blatantly ripped off here. First they write down several things that you didn't have and then ask for VAT twice more. Then you give the waiter a tip on the wrong bill and when you ask that you were charged too much, the waiter gives the rest back, but the part without VAT! I'm really speechless!! I really liked eating there, but that's not possible! I uploaded the invoice so you can't say you're lying!

I often ate lamb chops and lamb fillet here. If you're lucky, sometimes they're nice and big, but sometimes they're not. This year they are a little more expensive, but still good.

The food is delicious, the cocktails are amazing. The service was top notch and the atmosphere was great.

€12 is a very fair price. The food was quite good; the time we went it included salad, rice, twisted pasta, green beans, chicken with curry, chicken in cream sauce, lamb, liver, etc. For dessert, there was delicious rice pudding (ρυζόγαλο). I went back for seconds twice, haha!

You can have a really good meal there. The staff was super nice and you can still pay for the food without being poor afterwards.

Delicious evening meal at White House

Coming especially from Vienna when the Alemannia plays, then this restaurant is a fixture! Fajitas are great! But the staff is also super accommodating and friendly. Belgian beer is available - saves the choice of drinks for us beer-crazy Austrians.

Food was tasty and more than enough. It was very busy, so service sometimes seemed to lose track of who they had already helped and who was still waiting. Furthermore, atmosphere was good.

We ate there for a few days, food was good but somehow the staff didn't come to clear the table and order new drinks...friendliness was ok...if I go there again I hope there is more staff there.

Yesterday, October 17th, 2024, we were at the White House with a small wedding party and received excellent service from the lovely Tülay. We (22 people) all received our starters and main courses within 5 minutes. We didn't have to wait for drinks either. Everyone ate al'a kart and everyone was thrilled, found their dishes delicious and were beyond satisfied. The prices are also unbeatable and don't forget the super friendly owner. We would love to come back 🥰

We had ordered burgers - Both chicken and Veggie. They were okay, not very great, the Veggie patty tasted like oil, and there was too much ketchup in both the burgers. Burgers were served with fries, which was the saving grace.
