We always enjoyed staying at Ferbers. Every 6 weeks we reserved a table, ate well and enjoyed the evening. Today we were told after 90 minutes that we had to sit on the terrace because our table had been given elsewhere due to the booking system. It's a shame, especially since we were always good customers. For me an absolute faux pas when it comes to service. That was the last time at Ferbers today.

We sat on the terrace in the middle of Ferber Park. The food was delicious, the service was very attentive and the grandchild was happy with what the playgrounds had to offer.

Food was great, we waited forever for staff, and the drink mixer had no idea about cocktails, etc

Unfortunately, long waiting times at the table. The staff seemed rather impersonal. The food wasn't really convincing either. Too bad.

Still a very well run bistro/café in the park. Food (4 different dishes for 4 people) was really tasty, and the only thing you could blame the very attentive waiter for was that he warned me that my mussels Provencale were just an appetizer (which turned out to be wrong in terms of quantity) and so I still I also sold a side salad, but my wife liked it ;-) It's amazing how they still only manage to hire fast, friendly people in such a big store, compliments!

It's a nice, tastefully decorated restaurant with outdoor seating next to a small park. The service was very good, the staff is extremely friendly and attentive. The homemade drinks were very tasty. We hadn't eaten there before.

Very good for having breakfast, seats right outside the park, very nice atmosphere. Reservations make sense for the weekend, but you can also do without them during the week.

It was very delicious!!! Although I found the dollop of (chanterelle) sauce a bit expensive. Perfect service and a cozy atmosphere. We would like to come again!!! Absolute recommendation

The food is super tasty, in a nice atmosphere with very friendly staff. Even though I unfortunately find the food a bit expensive, you can afford it for the good taste and quality. I can recommend the pizza, it's super tasty and there's frozen yogurt for dessert. The panna cotta is also very tasty, but I was a bit disappointed, a good 9 euros for the panna cotta in the size of around 5x3cm, which I personally find to be far too expensive. Overall, a great restaurant that I can recommend.

Very nice, cozy and good place next to the city park

Unfortunately I have to say that we were very disappointed with the organization of our wedding dinner today. When we arrived, tables were still being put together, there were no floral decorations on the tables and plates, cutlery and water were only available at 2 p.m. An hour had easily passed before we could toast. The main course continued, my parents' steak was the sole of a shoe that neither of them could eat. Then why do you write that none of this is a problem? I think it's a real shame that the Ferbers greeted our big day with so little hospitality and service, with a bill of €1000 we should have expected more.

Very nice location right in Ferberpark. The staff is very friendly and the food is delicious. For me personally, however, the price/performance ratio is not right here.

The place is called a “café”, but it has little to do with a café! It was Saturday afternoon, there were 3 types of sheet cake, nothing special, neither in terms of taste nor appearance... more like cafeteria cake. The latte macchiatto was only lukewarm, the cup of normal coffee was only half full (for €3.20), coffee milk was only brought when we asked, but it took so long that we ended up drinking the coffee black so that it wasn't completely cold becomes. Maybe the food is better than coffee and cake, but then you shouldn't call yourself a "café"! Only the location and accessibility are good! Staff was friendly, but everything took far too long.

Here you can get good diarrhea for expensive money: Good tasting food in a nice atmosphere with bad staff. We had to ask for mayonnaise and ketchup several times, the food came at different times and the staff was ultimately offended because the amount of the tip wasn't right for them. The crowning glory was the food poisoning that two of us got with us, we had a great evening in the toilet thanks to lunch at Ferbers, thank you very much!

The waiters were very unfriendly and you had the feeling that they didn't want to serve anyone at all. My knife for cutting wasn't clean either. There was someone's leftover food there. I really don't know how something like this could have happened, so I wouldn't recommend it.

The food was delicious and the staff was very nice. We watched football on a tv there.

Unfortunately our visit to Ferbers last night was very disappointing. We had to wait 50 minutes until someone finally served us. After we placed our order, we had to wait another incredibly long time until we finally got our drinks and food after quite some time. The service seemed completely overloaded and wasn't attentive at all. To pay the bill we had to stand up and make ourselves known. So overall not a very nice experience.

What an ambience... Direct view of the greenery and something delicious to eat. Were completely satisfied.

We had chicken breast with cream sauce and fried potatoes. The fried potatoes weren't cooked through and tasted like frozen. The chicken breast was not seasoned and tasted soggy. The cream sauce was weak and not tasty. A proud 17 euros. Unfortunately, that was an absolute failure. The only tasty thing was the salad dressing. The waiters were very friendly, but unfortunately the food really doesn't justify a visit.

We sat at a table for quite some time. Nobody wanted to serve us since we "just" wanted to have a cup of coffee each.. 🤷‍♂️ 🙏 😉 If you don't want to...,... Café Ferber's won't see us, me or my friends again... There are enough restaurants in Aachen where all guests are treated equally friendly and courteous!!

Nice ambience, very nice and attentive service, unfortunately the food was not of the otherwise good quality - schnitzel meat was a bit stringy, fries were cold and after the second request there were new warm fries.

Please bring back the vegan scrambled eggs

Wow, really great restaurant right next to a park. The food was very, very good, the service was friendly, even if we often had to look for service outside on the lowest level. It was a great evening and can only be recommended!

Delicious food and TOP service!

We held a breakfast there in mid-April with 12 people. Everything was TOP!! Friendly service and everything was delicious. Today we wanted to have breakfast there again and were immediately handed the breakfast menu. However, after 20 minutes of waiting for the waitress to order, we took a seat in the front area. The waiter in charge preferred to have a private chat with the pensioners meeting in the room. A nice, courteous young man served us in the front room. Everything delicious again! However, the long wait beforehand detracts from the good impression, especially since the booked parking time also expired.

Big breakfast is very rich. I would just like to have more choice of bread or rolls.

Ordered 2 x spelled spaghetti (vegan) to take away. 10/10 Very very tasty! The order was placed at 10 p.m. :) Packaging material was also very well chosen. Keep it up ….

Although the menu said “breakfast until 12 p.m.,” we were no longer able to order breakfast at 11:40 a.m. The replacement order took 55 minutes to reach us. Kaiserschmarrn, without raisins, very very fatty and without sauce…

It took more than 1 hour to prepare our meal and none of the waiters know what was going on and even they did not apologized for such a delay, I definitely won't go there again!!

The service was outstanding. The food tasted very tasty and there is a good selection of dishes. There is also something for vegetarians and vegans. The portions were very large. The atmosphere is pleasantly designed. Clear recommendation.

Pure disaster!!!! 40min. Waited to order drinks. For the second round we were ignored four times by the waiter, who had no real knowledge of the language, and had to call inside and ask for someone to serve us. At the end when we wanted to pay it took another whole 20 minutes. Waiting time for that. The waiter didn't even apologize and said that's just the way it is now. I just can't recommend it!

We went for breakfast with the family. Great food and great play opportunities for the children when the weather is good.

Very nicely located, especially the pasta with chanterelles is recommended. An absolute highlight in the summer.

It's being renovated, we stood in front of it and had to look for another café. Wasn't that customer friendly.

Well frequented, but not too loud, somewhat idiosyncratic menu in terms of offers and prices. Friendly service, problematic parking. Maybe I'm not the target group?

I've been there several times, usually for business dinners in the evening. First of all, a huge compliment to the waiters, the service is second to none. Tiptop-super friendly-really on point!!! The food was great and very tasty - unfortunately a tiny limitation, when there is a lot going on the food is not hot enough but still tasty 😋. Depending on the time, the space situation can be difficult, despite prior reservations. This makes it difficult to have a conversation with the other person when you would like to have a little more distance from other guests. All in all, a top restaurant with reasonable prices and a high feel-good character! Always my pleasure !

Very friendly staff, dogs were also welcome. If guests can't behave, there's only so much the staff can do about it. The food (lamb with vegetables and fried potatoes) was excellent.

Zu allererst möchte ich den tollen Service loben. Super freundlich und sympathisch. Und ganz schön sitzt man hier auch im beheizten Wintergarten. Drinnen wäre es uns wahrscheinlich zu laut gewesen. Auf der Speisekarte sollte eigentlich jeder fündig werden. Alles bisschen teuer, aber aus jeder Richtung ein bisschen was dabei und solange die Qualität stimmt passt das ja. Mir hat mein Essen leider nicht so wirklich geschmeckt, aber sowas kommt halt vor. Alle anderen von uns waren zufrieden mit ihrem Essen. Noch dazu ziemlich große Portionen, fast bei allen Gerichten musste am Schluss was eingepackt werden. Für mich ein Unding ist aber, dass die Zitronengras-Suppe mit versteckten Shrimps kam, die aber nirgendwo auf der Karte standen. Wenn alle Zutaten auf der Karte vegetarisch sind, werde ich ja nicht bei jedem Gericht extra nachfragen, ob Fleisch, Fisch oder Shrimps drin sind. Naja.
