The staff (middle-aged man with glasses) served us in an incredibly condescending manner. The sub for €9.5 is definitely not worth the money in this store.

I have negative experiences with the employees at this branch again and again, even though there are new faces there every time. This time I was ignored at first, and then when it was brought to my attention, I was asked in a very unfriendly/unwilling manner whether there was anything else to do (? Strange question if there had been no communication until then).

So I really have to say it was a lot better, no question about the cheese, so I left it out then the sub fell apart completely and the long cookie was so hard as rock that I could make a wall break with it

The people who work here truly know their craft. Every move is perfect, and the team works together brilliantly, sharing tasks among themselves. I've never experienced a Subway where everything worked so flawlessly. All in all, a very pleasant experience!

Putting it together is extremely annoying

A lot of skilled workers work in the restaurant. You order two different footlongs with different side dishes via Lieferando, but you receive two identical loaves of bread without side dishes. For this I paid delivery fee, service fee and transaction costs. I went there (additional costs) and complained. The staff was unreasonable and rude. Apparently they hadn't made a mistake, but strangely enough, there was a correctly prepared order sitting next to the cash register. This was now cold and I had to pay even more. This wasn't the first time an order had problems, but this time it would definitely be the last. German is not spoken here, let alone read. This place should be closed by Subway. Never again!!!
