I have rarely had such a terrible experience as my last visit to Subway. The service was just hell - unfriendly and completely disrespectful. You were treated like you were a nuisance or stupid, rather than a paying customer. Instead of politely asking for wishes or giving assistance, you were treated condescendingly. Questions or uncertainties were only responded to with annoyed looks or snarky comments. Such behavior is completely unprofessional and inappropriate - you felt like you were intruding by even coming in. I was literally taken for a fool and the staff was just rude. Customer service looks different! For me, that was definitely the last time I visited this branch. Very disappointing!

It's open until midnight on Friday but closed at 11:30 p.m

Delivery only took 12 minutes… How can the subs get so cold in 12-15 minutes? They were ice cold! The cookies weren't good either!

Really super good (not) we ordered there. The woman called us after ten minutes and said that no Terryacken Chicken was available for the Terryacken Raps. As compensation, we got chili concarne on top (tastes really bad). Afterwards, we didn't know if we could use the packaging as a vomit bag, so we used the local toilet. My Rap, on the other hand, only came with salad and sauce. I don't know if half of it fell down, but it was really unbelievable. We also got 10 cookies. 6: The woman on the phone was completely unrepentant and said she could count. PS: I can too. Her excuse was, I forgot, oh, there weren't any. As compensation, she said we'd get three cookies the next time we ordered. However, we won't do this again. This was the first and last time. Simply disgusting.

Best branch, awesome boss, incredibly friendly and nice, would love to go again!!!
