Actually I love this place a lot. But since the staff kinda changed the food ain't good. Usually their baguette of the day's one of the best but last time I ordered I got one without any sauce just meat. And the next time I ordered I was plain again. In my opinion the woman who works there makes the food not nice at all.

Staff were very friendly and sandwiches are good and everything is fresh. Unfortunately there is no customer toilet here, which I found very stressful because I had a drink on site and had to go to the toilet. There was also no way to wash your hands before eating (or after eating), even though you eat with your hands...very unpleasant, hence only four stars.

First of all, the food was delicious as always. But when you eat something delicious, you want to be able to enjoy it. I was there this afternoon, around 5 p.m. A young, southern man works for them. Totally aggressive from the start, throws everything loudly on the shelf, slams doors, throws things down and is totally unfriendly. I was sitting at the table and he was cleaning a table where guests were already sitting and walked past mine, where you could see without looking that everything was dirty and full of crumbs. I asked him to please clean my table too, he just said "What?!" replied. I repeated myself and he cleans the table, but all the crumbs flew onto my clothes. During the meal it was a catastrophic atmosphere, he continued to throw things on the counters, the metallic sound was also very loud. And to top it off, he starts whistling non-stop! What kind of atmosphere is this?? You should perhaps train your employees on how customer friendliness and appropriate behavior work in the catering industry. I will never set foot in this store again and will pass this on to friends and family.

We went to the store at 11 p.m. today. I don't understand why people don't turn up the heaters. It's 0 degrees outside and almost as cold inside. We once only left for 20 minutes after eating, but it is unreasonable for your employees to work in the cold.
