Even though I ordered a sub of the day, I was charged the normal price. When I brought this to the attention of the staff I was told it was my mistake.

In all seriousness, this footlong SubMelt in the “savings menu” costs over €17. In addition, there is no discount for students (unlike usual). I have rarely experienced such poor value for money. It is also difficult to understand the employees due to their lack of knowledge of German.

Don't take part in the voucher campaigns, even though you have advertising for them in your mailbox.

The young man behind the counter was constantly arguing with everyone else, crushing a sub and throwing it away. He is unfriendly, overwhelmed and obviously has no idea how to behave in front of customers. My friend's sub was lost in the 10 minutes they were there. The new one they made was badly used underground. There wasn't more than a teaspoon of salad on half the sub. When asked for a little more salad there was only grumbling. This wasn't the first, but definitely the last time here!!

Terrible staff, impatient service, underheated bread, perfunctory packaging - there is nothing attractive about this store. I'm very surprised that this store hasn't closed yet

There was no bread because the oven was broken or something. Ok, that can happen. Instead there were wraps. Brought wrap to take away. The thing was open from both sides, everything that was inside was now smeared on the paper. Potatoes rock hard. Maybe it's been in the oven too long? You don't know. Wasted over €10 and left hungry. I don't come here anymore.
