Great home cooking, value for money couldn't be better.

My aunt was always raving about it, so I went along. Now I'm jealous that I live so far away and can't go back so soon. Super cute little restaurant, with homemade dishes that change daily. Everything in bowls and mostly vegan. Sometimes you also have the meat option to choose from. They also have to-go portions in mason jars. Should have brought some...Oh and you have to try the coffee! I picked up a small bag of beans from the sun bean roastery. A must for coffee lovers, so smooth and velvety. Many thanks again to the nice lady who served me!

Anyone who appreciates rustic cosiness, good home cooking and warm hospitality has come to the right place. The old hall tells many wonderful stories, the genuine ambience and the warmth of the landlady give you a feeling of security, and the Thuringian dumplings are unsurpassed.

Good home cooking, a pure family business with a small hall for 70, a restaurant for around 30 and a party room for 20 people.

You should always reserve a table in advance. Is very well attended. The food was delicious and inexpensive. Unfortunately, you cannot pay by card at the moment.

Very courteous, nice service. Very tasty and authentic food. Swiss schnitzel and steak pan, again and again. Chocolate soufflé with vanilla sauce was also great

The kitchen deserves 5 stars. The service was attentive and courteous. If the restaurant is full it takes a while. It is one of the few German restaurants in Gotha that can be fully recommended.

Mit meiner Mutter durfte ich ein unvergessliches Abendessen geniessen. Wir sind noch Heute begeistert von einem Abend an welchem alles Topniveau war. Die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen, mit Leidenschaft zubereitet mit lokalen Produckten! Der Service war perfekt, das Ambiente steht in Nichts nach. Wir werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen.
