Clara-Zetkin-Straße 1Today was an absolute disaster. We've always been happy, but today you guys really went above and beyond. I ordered a doner roll and a takeaway doner. It's okay if something breaks (you can wait), but the finished doner is sitting on the counter and then 10 minutes later you realize, oops, there's another doner roll to go with it, is completely unacceptable. I then asked for a fresh new doner to be made, but no, the doner was completely wrapped in foil, just briefly put in the oven. FRESH!!!!!! In any case, I could already tell: the doner was dry and burnt, so it went in the trash. 0 stars for everything....
