Anyone who appreciates rustic cosiness, good home cooking and warm hospitality has come to the right place. The old hall tells many wonderful stories, the genuine ambience and the warmth of the landlady give you a feeling of security, and the Thuringian dumplings are unsurpassed.

A very nice hotel in Bad Salzungen. A very nice and competent team. My room was tastefully decorated and I slept in the bed like I was in heaven. I always enjoy coming here.

A kebab pizza with kebab meat and onions was ordered. After the pizza the gentleman said he added a little more to it. While eating I realized there was everything on it except no kebab meat Ham salami spinach peppers cheese onions tomatoes but no sign of kebab meat. It was also not edible

The food tastes good. The staff is friendly. The prices are okay. Next door is a playground for the kids. Fits.

At least I perceived my stay at the hotel as very unprofessional. There was no communication in advance that the reception would not be staffed at the usual check-in times due to a rest day. Afterwards, check-out arrangements were not kept and a dog ran around freely. You can do it, but I just don't think it's "professional." Afterwards, the negative assessment was taken and action was taken. The operator was also informed that my stay was negatively received. An honest apology would have been okay, but I found the reaction unfriendly.

Very nice place. We were there on a Saturday but unfortunately the restaurant was closed.

Great location for any celebration for around 100 people. Everything you need is there including a stage, bar, gallery, outdoor area...

The snack bar offers all kinds of Asian dishes, as well as fries and bratwurst. I ordered fried noodles with baked chicken. It was freshly prepared. The noodles were not fried and the baked meat was hard in places. Too bad. The portions are more than sufficient. I can't comment on the other dishes. The service was very friendly.
