Today was an absolute disaster. We've always been happy, but today you guys really went above and beyond. I ordered a doner roll and a takeaway doner. It's okay if something breaks (you can wait), but the finished doner is sitting on the counter and then 10 minutes later you realize, oops, there's another doner roll to go with it, is completely unacceptable. I then asked for a fresh new doner to be made, but no, the doner was completely wrapped in foil, just briefly put in the oven. FRESH!!!!!! In any case, I could already tell: the doner was dry and burnt, so it went in the trash. 0 stars for everything....

The food tastes good. The staff is friendly. The prices are okay. Next door is a playground for the kids. Fits.

We spontaneously wanted to go out to eat today at 5:30 p.m. Unfortunately, they didn't want to serve us, despite the availability. Here, you have to be hungry for something hearty and make a reservation weeks in advance. What a pity. Even as a person with a walking disability, you get turned away. That's how German hospitality and service works. Despite the busy place, we managed to get a seat at the Italian restaurant, something to eat, and the necessary humor.

At least I perceived my stay at the hotel as very unprofessional. There was no communication in advance that the reception would not be staffed at the usual check-in times due to a rest day. Afterwards, check-out arrangements were not kept and a dog ran around freely. You can do it, but I just don't think it's "professional." Afterwards, the negative assessment was taken and action was taken. The operator was also informed that my stay was negatively received. An honest apology would have been okay, but I found the reaction unfriendly.
