Unfortunately, the quality and quantity have declined significantly over the last year, but the prices have increased. About my combo meal: The rice was bone dry and there weren't enough side dishes. The taste was so-so. It used to be better.

I visited this restaurant with my brother for dinner. First of all, when we arrived, the staff were standing around debating who would come over to assist us, and no one seemed eager to help. The tables were fully booked, but they offered us seats at the bar, assuring us we could still have dinner there. We sat at the bar and waited for 15 minutes, yet not a single member of staff came over. Even the people working behind the bar didn’t make eye contact with us during that time. Eventually, we decided to leave. The service was absolutely awful. I understand that Germany isn’t particularly known for great service, but this was beyond disappointing. I won’t be coming back and would suggest others to consider different options.

We spent another wonderful evening at our Old Town location. Everything is just perfect here. It starts with the ambiance and culminates in the hospitality, service, and delicious food. You can eat the menu from top to bottom. Everything is cooked with love and leaves you wanting more! It tastes simply amazing! Huge praise to the entire team! We were guests at Franky's Cafe for the first time today and were very enthusiastic 🥰The atmosphere is very lovingly designed, you always discover something new 😊 The host is very warm, you can only feel comfortable there. ☺️The food was really very good. You can taste that it was prepared with love. 🤗We haven't eaten so well in a long time. We'll definitely be back, even if it's just for a drink. We went there with our team from work and had a little meat-making workshop with a tasting, and it was simply fantastic! We learned a lot, and our husbands also had fun preparing our appetizers! The food afterwards was also exceptionally good. I would definitely recommend it!

The food is incredibly good. You should reserve a table. The dining room is not so big that you can get a table on the weekend if you want to go out for a spontaneous meal. Word has spread about the quality of the food. There are no vegetarian dishes here, but meat lovers will get their money's worth. Mr. Weise is a great and entertaining host. Always friendly and in a good mood. 5 ⭐️ the monastery hermitage deserves more.

A nice restaurant with delicious food. We had a great Viennese veal schnitzel, as it should be. The salad was also fresh and tasted great. The service was also great.

The food is great, the ambience is also ok, it could be more comfortable, but that's a matter of taste. What annoyed me today is that the opening hours are until 3 p.m. and I didn't get any food at 2:15 p.m. This could be communicated better.
