I was at a birthday party (private party) at Vis a Vis for the first time, and I have to say hats off to you. That was a really, really nice evening. The rooms are very attractively designed and furnished. The food, which was presented as a buffet, was super delicious, I'll boldly say that it couldn't get any better, huge praise to the kitchen👏👏💪. There was plenty of everything, so no one had to worry about missing out. The waitresses also deserve high praise, they were all very friendly, attentive and hard-working but without being intrusive😘. In summary, I have to say that you can celebrate well and beautifully here without having to worry as a host. I was won over by the ambience of the restaurant's hospitality and the delicious food. I will happily recommend it to others with the firm conviction that the à la cart service is also great.😋😋😋👏👌👍💪

Mom had ordered a pasta. As soon as I opened the pasta, I was met with a pesky smell of mold. I was still brave and tried the pasta, where the taste was confirmed by the smell of mold. I wouldn't even expect that from my dog. You have to be afraid of that Getting mold poisoning or whatever else the worst is to come, that was the highlight. In both dishes, both in the pasta and in the salad, there were some hairs which was disgusting and we couldn't eat anything like that. Of course we immediately took photos of the hair in the food made and also informed the restaurant that you should take it back and pay the money back because the food was not eaten and could not be eaten. They refused to pay the money back and wanted to make us a new dish instead, which we refused because we didn't have anything could and understandably wanted to eat more.

Based on a recommendation, we ate there with friends. It didn't work at all. Either the pictures here are wrong or the owner has changed. Spaetzle was offered on the small menu (which is actually always good), but unfortunately it wasn't available. So I ordered schnitzel with cream sauce or paprika sauce and tagliatelle with beetroot. The schnitzels were frozen products😡, the sauces came from a jar or package, the tagliatelle was overcooked and had no taste at all. We had to wait a long time for our first beer because something had to be booked for a party first. The service was friendly, but that was about it for this restaurant. 19€and, for a frozen schnitzel with fries that weren't cooked through. Definitely too much. Could have eaten better and cheaper in every other chip shop. 😡

Wir waren um 12:30 Uhr mit 12 Personen zum Weihnachtsessen und bekamen unsere erste Vorspeise "bereits" um 13:45 Uhr, Getränke mussten wir uns selbst an der Theke abholen. Auf Nachfrage, ob die beiden kleinen Kinder ihre Schnitzel wenigstens zur 2. Vorspeise erhalten könnten, kam die Antwort, dass dies aus ablauftechnischen Gründen nur zur Hauptspeise möglich sei. Einfach nur lächerlich. Als wir um 14:15 Uhr immer noch keine 2. Vorspeise hatten, baten wir die junge Kellnerin um die Rechnung für die Getränke und das bereits verzehrte Essen und erklärten, dass wir das Lokal verlassen werden. Daraufhin äußerte die Kellnerin, dass sie dies erst mit dem Chef abklären müsse. Nach dieser Abklärung wurde uns eröffnet, dass wir nur die Getränke zu zahlen hätten. Der Chef hatte noch nicht mal den Anstand selbst Rede und Antwort zu stehen, sondern ließ dies seine junge Kellnerin erledigen. Absolut unterirdisch, leider kann man keine 0-Sterne-Bewertung abgeben. Absolut schlechter und unorganisierter Service. Die recht jungen Bedienungen waren heillos überfordert und hatten solchen Service augenscheinlich vorher noch nie gemacht. Das Restaurant ist nur Leuten zu empfehlen, welche ca. 4 Stunden für ein Mittagessen benötigen. Offensichtlich ist hier nicht nur der Service sondern auch die Küche heillos überfordert. Wer nicht in der Lage ist für eine größere Kundenanzahl einen entsprechenden Service zu leisten, sollte dies einfach nicht anbieten und bei einem kleinen Gaststättenbetrieb mit einfachen Gerichten bleiben. Hier kann man jedem Gast nur abraten die Lokalität aufzusuchen. Heizkosten scheint man im großen Saal auch zu sparen, da es dort noch recht frisch war. Wir können hier nur von einem Besuch abraten, falls man mit mehreren Personen gleichzeitig speisen will. So kann man anderen Leuten auch ein schönes Weihnachtsessen verderben. Aber vlt. handelt es sich bei dem Küchenchef ja um den "Crinch" ...

I have to say that I don't know of any brewery in Saarland and the surrounding area where the food tastes better, the beer is so excellent and the ambience is better. Most breweries have a canteen feeling, but that's not the case here at all. A lot was invested in service and quality here and it was worth it.

We're actually big fans of Black Star. Normally the food is delivered within a very short time, even faster than announced. Burgers are also super tasty when delivered and not soggy. Unfortunately today (Friday evening) we had to wait almost two and a half hours. After the first call they said it would take another twenty minutes. After another thirty minutes, another call informed us that the driver would be there in three minutes. The burgers and twisters were still tasty, but unfortunately only lukewarm. It's a shame that there was no compensation or at least a sincere apology for the long waiting time. Three stars because otherwise everything went really well!

I've been here twice now and haven't been disappointed once! The food is super tasty, the kebabs are fresh and always well filled. Especially the hot mango sauce together with pickled cheese... simply amazing! The employees are extremely friendly and the boss is really nice and accommodating. When I'm in Schmelz I only eat kebab at Pamukkale. Absolute recommendation! See you next time. Herbijî je were ✌️
