Always top-notch taste, great and friendly service... always happy with the whole family. That was back then, unfortunately, I have to correct my review. Last night we ordered there again; I heard they have a new owner now. You can tell right away. Pasta was good, pizza was "okay," but then came the no-go. Unfortunately, the salad we ordered came alive (a maggot). After calling the store, it seems no one is interested or has the time to clarify or rectify the situation... too bad, but customer satisfaction can be achieved in other ways.

They still use outdated language (Z_sauce), the food is totally non-vegetarian – friendly, at least at Christmas. Such a shame.

We booked Frischbier's for our wedding. The date was reserved a year in advance. The entire booking process, including signing the contract, was convenient and digital. Tasting: Generally, a tasting is offered to all couples getting married within the same quarter or half-year. Scheduling and adding extra guests (in our case, five friends) was straightforward using the online tool. The tasting offers a selection of dishes from their banquet menu. I have to admit that the tasting didn't impress me at first, but we've eaten there frequently in the past, and the food has always been excellent on other occasions. Shortly before the wedding: The final guest count could be adjusted. Even switching to three vegan menus was easily arranged at short notice for a small additional fee. The evening before, we were able to take a look at the venue with our best man and maid of honor and discuss the final details. Our wedding cake, which we brought ourselves, was easily stored in the cold storage. On the wedding day: We were able to use the room a little earlier at no extra charge, which allowed us to get ready right there. The service and cuisine on our wedding day were absolutely top-notch—attentive, friendly, and professional. The next day: The experience was rounded off with a shared breakfast with our loved ones. Leftover food was already packed and ready to be taken home. Conclusion: Frischbier made our wedding an unforgettable experience. Torsten Frischbier is a passionate host. Highly recommended!

The restaurant is really good, very nice waiters, one called Volker and the other Heinz, Peter and Annie, everything is really good. Every Saturday there are rolls and coffee/tea. I recommend the big roll with meatloaf. Everything is actually good.
