Bistro Mocca in Schmelz

When we arrived, no one was there. We had to call to get the key, but to get it, we had to kneel down at a key box with a combination lock. It's not suitable for elderly people with PLM. And deaf people can't use the phone. Closed on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. We were unlucky; no breakfast was available; an employee was sick, so we had to go to the bakery. Too bad for us, too. No air conditioning!!!!!

In einem Brauhaus kann man doch immer ordentlich essen und der Service ist da auch immer flott … Das Essen ist ok, der Service hat gleich mehrere Probleme: zu häufige Nachfragen, zu langsam, es dauert zu lange. Und was gar nicht geht: eine Bestellung ablehnen!! Wenn es schon so organisiert ist, dass nur bestimmte Servicekräfte die Bestellungen aufnehmen (dürfen), dann MUSS aber doch der- oder diejenige, an den/die der Kunde sich wendet Bescheid sagen - oder???

Always top-notch taste, great and friendly service... always happy with the whole family. That was back then, unfortunately, I have to correct my review. Last night we ordered there again; I heard they have a new owner now. You can tell right away. Pasta was good, pizza was "okay," but then came the no-go. Unfortunately, the salad we ordered came alive (a maggot). After calling the store, it seems no one is interested or has the time to clarify or rectify the situation... too bad, but customer satisfaction can be achieved in other ways.
