I can understand the positive reviews very well. The food is very tasty and also reasonably priced. Unfortunately there were unpleasant scenes between some people about 4 weeks ago. You could hear the noise all the way down the street. It's a shame that there are people who think they have to behave like the last thing they want. And I think it's especially bad when you walk past the bistro with children at exactly that moment and then they ask: "Mom, are they bad people or why are they screaming like that?" Do you have to behave like that? Aren't there already enough problems in the world? At first they are “just” literal arguments. But how often do these end in fistfights and fights. If serious bodily harm occurs, it ends in criminal charges. You then end up in court and (depending on what you already have on your criminal record) in prison for a few years. With all the consequences for later life (if you still have one, because which employer wants employees with a criminal record or those who have already been in prison?

Very attractive outdoor area, so our anticipation was great. Nice atmosphere in the dining room and nice, friendly service. The salads looked very appetizing, but unfortunately they were a very dry affair, and we were given house dressing upon request. My linguine with plenty of truffles looked wonderful, but was still far from the ideal cooking point, far too hard.....when I asked, I got a new portion....cooking point now perfect, now unfortunately drowned in cream and only with a touch of truffle. It's a shame, price/performance is in no way consistent. ....Furthermore, the walk to the sanitary facilities was very unpleasant; in the beautifully designed cellar, which also includes a wine cellar, there was a pungent smell of manhole. ..... Unfortunately, our expectations were not met.

We just had a drink. Beautifully located directly on the Moselle and the old wine cellars are simply fantastic.

Nice location and outdoor benches. The schnitzel is delicious, the breading just lacks a bit of seasoning. The side salad is really well prepared. We'll be back!

An absolute revelation. The pastrami burger is a poem. Ambiance 5 stars, on a clear day you can see for ages over the wine route. Staff super friendly and accommodating. Always my pleasure!

Went to the restaurant last Sunday after the hike with 16 people. There was again delicious food that everyone really enjoyed. For me, as always, “tasty-crispy gyros from Spyros”. Finally, the obligatory ouzo. The landlord and his people are very friendly and the price is right. Local is highly recommended. Keep it up.

Nice destination. Self-service. Access by car possible via dirt road. Food rather average. Cheap. There is a playground for children.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Abend! Aufmerksamer, netter Service; das Essen (Gerberschnitzel, div. Salate, Flammkuchen, Pfälzer Maultaschen) war sehr lecker; Digestif empfehlenswert; Preise angemessen; gemütliche Sitzgelegenheiten. Gerne wieder in diesem schönen Ambiente.
