Heute nach längerer Pause von 2 Jahren zum Valentinstag wieder da gewesen ! Absolutes Sterneniveau. Amuse Geule, Brot, Wein , Menü. - alles Tip Top , auchvdie Bedienung , da kommen wir bald wieder , sicher !!

Best meal I've had in a long time. The menu is super extensive, there is brilliant sourdough bread and everyone (whether vegan, vegetarian or omnivore) definitely gets their money's worth! Don't skimp on the dessert either, the chocolate pudding is world class!

Food and drinks are sometimes very overpriced. I got a burger for €16 that was less filling than a Big Mac. The following day the three of us had breakfast with drinks at the bakery and I got it cheaper for all three people than the one burger. I felt really ripped off there! Conclusion: If you are happy to pay 5 times more for the organic label, this is the right place for you!

I was surprised by the really great and friendly service we got. That was extraordinary. We celebrated a bday and the staff come to sing spontaneously and sponsored a desert.

Super delicious food – the sushi in particular is very fresh and good. So far, we haven't been disappointed.

In my opinion, at least at lunchtime it's the best location in Minden. Good service, very good value for money, I have never been disappointed. There could be a bit of variety in the wines by the glass, but the ones that are available are good.

We had a sensational warm cheesecake and cappuccino here. Super quaint location. Very good service. The tarte flambée looked amazing too!

The food was absolutely brilliant, there were eight of us there and everyone enjoyed it very much. The service was extremely attentive and very nice. We were there again yesterday for the first time since the ownership changed. We had eight different dishes and everything tasted very good. I can only recommend Heitmann.
