On Rose Monday, we experienced an unforgettable celebration at the Gasthaus Kranz in Cologne-Porz. The service was excellent, the staff extremely friendly and attentive. The home-style cooking offered delicious dishes that left nothing to be desired. The cozy atmosphere and the freshly tapped Reissdorf Kölsch beer made the evening perfect. A place we'd happily recommend!

I really had a great time in this cozy, rustic restaurant. The furnishings are really nice and inviting, you just feel comfortable there. Even though I'm not from the area, I already know that I'll definitely come back here! The food was absolutely amazing! You can tell that everything is freshly prepared, we even heard how the schnitzel was freshly made. And it tasted fantastic – just like grandma’s at home! The staff was super friendly and totally helpful. It was also really nice how they treated my little 8 month old son. Even though he yelled a bit at times, they were totally calm and nice. That really meant a lot to me. All in all: An all-round successful evening with a great atmosphere, delicious food and great service. I can only recommend it to everyone! 😊

Went to LuMar for the first time in March 2025. The restaurant has a very nice atmosphere. The view, directly over the Rhine, with a large terrace, also invites you to visit. The dishes are all super delicious and freshly prepared. The entire staff is also very friendly and attentive. The prices aren't like chip shop prices, but I'm happy to spend a euro more for good quality. I can only recommend it. Will visit this restaurant again soon. Beautiful restaurant in the middle of the Kreuviertel in Münster, which has retained its “restaurant around the corner” flair and doesn't seem aloof. On the contrary, what is sold and offered here is service at the highest level with a friendly calm. Each course is personally explained and served by the team and the respective chef. The boss also comes to see us and asks if everything is OK. The service on our day last late summer was truly as good as I have rarely experienced in my life. Attentive, helpful, personable and not the kind of person who tends to be a little tense or aloof in fine dining. Oh yes, we ate too. The pictures certainly speak for themselves. What I would like to emphasize is that the menu was perfectly tailored to summer (light cuisine) and the entire menu impressed with the quality of the products and the high level of craftsmanship of those involved. I would love to come back and look forward to my next visit to the BOK.

The store is an absolute disaster! We waited 1 hour until we were allowed to order! The food was ok. They mixed up the order and didn't bring cutlery

Perfect combination of a pub with a bar and a restaurant with “solid” pub food. Ambience is what you would imagine a pub to be like. Including clientele.

Schönes Lokal,sehr gemütlich, aber mit Schwächen. Wir waren zu dritt, 3 x je ein unterschiedliches Schnitzel. Alle drei Schnitzel waren nur lauhwarm, wir haben es beanstandet, aber es wurde ignoriert. Der Wirt stand hinter der Theke, war ständig kräftig am Husten und hustete in die Hand, mit der er alle Gläser anfasst. Das ist schlechter Stil und nicht hygienisch. Beim bezahlen wurden wir gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung war, also unsere Beanstandung war vergessen. Aber dann erhielten wir ein Dessert .

Two weeks ago we were in Brienen by boat and walked there to take a break. Great service, we felt comfortable. Unfortunately the card payment didn't work. But we were still allowed to order and pay online at home. Thank you for your trust!
