We were there for the first time. The location...we hadn't even been inside (29°C)😁 was very nice, with various seating options and a very clean atmosphere. We shared a tzatziki, very fresh with delicious olives and a good hint of garlic. For the main course, we had the accompanying dishes. Highly recommended! The prices are in the standard range. A little higher here, a little lower there...so it's quite balanced. We love Greek cuisine and will definitely be back!!! Efcharisto😃👍

Disappointing Unfortunately, we didn't feel well looked after. The welcome was okay. But when it came to ordering, things became problematic. The staff member didn't seem particularly friendly and was also unable to pass on the individual dishes appropriately. We received our food in batches. And on top of that, the wrong one was brought. After a conversation with the only friendly staff member, a correction was supposed to be made. However, the order was completely negative. Instead of pasta with shrimp, we were served a mixed grill. After the correction (apparently, there were no pasta), we were served a portion of mixed salad with 6 shrimp and a little oil over it. All for a hefty price of €22.50. We've always enjoyed the previous restaurant. But this evening was truly disappointing.

We've been eating Greek food wherever we live and on vacation for over 40 years. Yesterday, my husband and I wanted to try the former Elinikos restaurant under its new owner. House music greeted us in the beer garden? Nothing like a Greek vacation atmosphere. We had previously checked the menu online; no salads or vegetable side dishes with meat or fish dishes were offered, which was confirmed upon inquiry. The waitress's explanation: "That's not usual and a matter of taste." We haven't seen it like that, not even from the previous owner, and it's contrary to all culinary culture. The waitress then turned around without comment and left. We also left without eating there. Our first and last visit.

Best Greek restaurant in the area, almost all dishes are freshly prepared, top-notch prices, highly recommended!

Today was our first visit since the new owners took over, and I have to say the food was okay, the service was friendly, but the table was dirty and the seat cushions were pretty worn. In short, the place lacks that big Greek heart, and in my personal opinion, there's still room for improvement. I don't necessarily need to go back.

The waitress stood at the door the whole time, smoking and scratching her head, and then served or washed the tables... 1st visit: Back then, it was still Ellinikos: We were there with a group of 17 people and everyone got our food at the same time. Bike parking and parking for cars available! Very tasty, well-prepared and not overly crowded, not your typical Greek dishes. Nice beer garden! Service is good and fast. Ouzo on the house!

We had reserved a table here for seven people. We received a friendly welcome, and since it was my birthday, I received flowers. The waiter was so attentive that he immediately brought a vase. We ordered quite a few appetizers: fried eggplant, tzatziki, grilled pepperoni, feta, and vine leaves. They were all excellent. The bread served with them could have been better. For our main courses, we ordered gyros, souvlaki, chicken breast skewers, chicken breast strips, and a children's dish. Everything arrived within a reasonable time and tasted absolutely delicious. They specifically asked if the children's dish should be served with the appetizers. Great, very attentive, and friendly. At the end, we had something packed for us, as the portions are really generous. A truly great restaurant, highly recommended, and we'd love to come back.

The food was delicious, and the service was very attentive and friendly. I don't know what others have to complain about. We ate outside on the spacious lawn, with plenty of space, even to the neighboring tables.

So, basically, a superbly located restaurant with a lovely outdoor dining area. The service is very attentive, but the food leaves a lot to be desired. We were apparently the first guests at 5 p.m. who immediately ordered and received food. The fries that came with the dish had been in oil at least once, if not twice. Very unappetizing; you didn't even need to taste them; you could immediately tell they hadn't been in oil for the first time. After a complaint, new fries were brought. Our Pilsner was placed in front of us in a way that you wouldn't serve someone a glass, namely with all of their fingers on the rim. Not very appetizing! We also have to complain about the lack of hygiene among the service staff. They smoke and use their hands to cut bread, put it in the basket, and who knows what else, and then serve it. It's a shame, really. Nice facility, but the service leaves a lot to be desired.

It's a shame. Unfortunately, it's a terrible improvement. The ambiance has been improved with a few details, the staff is very friendly and dedicated, but halved portions at increased prices are completely unacceptable. The menu is reduced compared to its predecessor, which is fine for a start, but why raise the prices right away? There are Greek restaurants with better value for money.

We were able to make a short-notice reservation for 18 people within two weeks. It was a lovely evening with good food and excellent service. We felt very comfortable. We highly recommend it and would be happy to come back.

There's been a change of ownership since then, the EllNikos team is gone, and the restaurant is now called Orakel. The prices are higher, the portions smaller (even side dishes are less common, and they cost next to nothing), and the drinks menu has been "adjusted" in a capitalist way (+ 0.4l soft drinks are no longer available; instead, you're now encouraged to order several smaller glasses if you're thirsty). The mixed appetizer platter used to have four homemade dips at the previous restaurant, but now there's just a dollop of tzatziki. A bit sloppy, and we didn't like it. Overall, a shame. We've been here at least once a month, but we'll probably have to look elsewhere.

Ideally accessible by bike. A small but good menu. Drinks are well chilled. The owner himself serves. Friendly staff. Parking is available. A covered beer garden. Restrooms and the restaurant are accessible via stairs.

Went there for the first time for a celebration and won't be back. Reserved table with no placemats, no napkins. Service was okay...room for improvement. Food was not served correctly from the right, across the table. Food...phew, difficult. Lamb chops: bones, fat, VERY little meat, disgusting garlic sauce simply poured over the food, disgusting. If it hadn't been a celebration, I would have sent the food back. Nothing was mentioned on the menu. Not good. Not at all. The restaurant was empty, by the way! The others had chicken swimming in fat. 🤐😡 And over 25 euros for that.

The service was more irritated than engaging (except for one young woman, who was very nice). This is just our opinion; tastes and opinions differ.

What a fantastic place! The food was absolutely delicious – fresh, prepared with love, and full of flavor. We were immediately impressed by the new opening: modern decor, great vibes, and an all-around relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. Absolute disaster – never again! This “Greek” restaurant is a complete disappointment! The food has nothing to do with Greek cuisine - it tastes like it came from a can. Carelessly prepared, without taste and of poor quality. The service? Simply outrageous! The staff is extremely unfriendly and seems like they don't want to work at all. And the best thing: you're basically thrown out at around 8:45 p.m., even though the restaurant is still open! Conclusion: If you want bad food, rude staff and an incredibly unpleasant atmosphere, this is the place for you. I can only advise everyone else: stay away!

As new arrivals, we spontaneously decided to explore the immediate surroundings because it was very convenient for us to find a Greek restaurant nearby. We came at the right time and a table outside was just available for us. The diverse menu didn't make the decision easy for us. The food was really excellent. Everything was made from fresh ingredients, homemade, hot and the waiting time wasn't too long. The dessert was homemade and very tasty. Everything was completed with a Greek beer and at the end there was a schnapps on the house. Thank you for the great service and the food, we will definitely be back.

Food was very good, service could have been better. My husband was treated less kindly than I was, perhaps because of the color of his skin. Ordering more drinks was almost impossible because the waiter ignored us and despite clearly visible empty glasses no order was possible. It should be said that only three tables were occupied... Still 4 stars because the food was really good.

Actually a good restaurant, but not suitable for celebrations We ate here twice before in preparation for my birthday. Everything was great there and the portions were really big. At the celebration itself, we sat upstairs and decided on three dishes as a buffet, as this would be easier for the kitchen with 16 people. I also ordered a mixed starter plate and dessert. Unfortunately, the portions that evening did not correspond at all to previous experiences. The appetizers ran out very quickly without everyone having a chance to eat a bite of everything. I had to order 8 portions of the main courses, and the second helpings were quickly empty. We then waited forever for dessert. I think we were either grossly ripped off with the quantities or completely misjudged things. It's a shame because we won't be going here anymore.

Freundliches Personal und schönes Ambiente drinnen und schöner Außenbereich. Vorspeise war vielversprechend. Hauptgang war ok - meine Frau war zufrieden, mein Oktopus war leider geschmacklich echt nicht der Brüller. Schade, da man aus den Tuben sehr viel rausholen kann. Zusammengefasst: Wir kommen sicherlich nochmal wieder - aber um das Gericht werde ich einen großen Bogen machen.

Ein weiteres griechisches Highlight in der gastronomischen Landschaft Korschenbroichs. Wirkt von außen sehr einfach, überrascht innen nicht nur mit aufgeräumten Service sonder auch mit exzellenten Speisen. Abwechslungsreiche Speisenkarte. Ein weiterer Besuch ist geplant und lohnt sich bestimmt.

Preis-Leistung sehr gut. Qualität nur durchschnittlich. Bernaise aus der Tüte, vieles frittiert, Grundprodukte standard aus dem Großmarkt. Im Restaurant eher eng mit kleinen Tischen. Service sehr nett und freundlich.

Wir wurden am Wochenende sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Bedienungen war sehr zuvorkommend und angenehm aufmerksam. Das Essen war super lecker, gute Portionen und alles frisch. An unserem Tag gab es auch noch eine Suppe vom Haus dazu ... super lecker. Leider waren wir so satt, dass kein Nachtisch mehr reinpasste. Das müssen wir wohl beim nächsten Mal probieren. Das Restaurant sieht sehr gepflegt und sauber aus und lädt zum verweilen ein. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Das was wir an essen hatten war super Lecker. Auch der Vorspeisen Salat war sehr lecker. Was aber hervorragend war, die Bedienung die sich sehr um unsere Kinder gekümmert hat. Wir werden auf jedenfalls wieder kommen.

Das Essen war sehr lecker und die Portionen waren ausreichend. Kleiner wäre zu wenig, größer zu viel. Das Fleisch war zart, die Beilagen gut gewürzt. Lediglich das Bifteki war meiner Meinung nach etwas zu würzig. Das Personal war wirklich sehr freundlich. Wir waren mit 2 Kindern und 4 Erwachsenen dort und die Kinder haben genau im richtigen Maß aufmerksamkeit bekommen. Die Preise sind für ein griechisches Restaurant typisch.

Wer hierhin kommt, wird sofort sehr freundlich aufgenommen. Das Essen bietet reichlich Auswahl und ist stets frisch und gut zubereitet. Ein echter Tipp sind die frittierten Sardellen zur Vorspeise: sie sind so zart, dass keine Gräten zu spüren sind und in einem so dünnen Teig ausgebacken, dass sie auf der Zunge zergehen. Auch die Leber ist frisch und gut und im Gegensatz zu anderen griechischen. Restaurants ist hier alles auf den Punkt gegrillt und nicht schwarz verbrannt. Das finde ich persönlich besonders bemerkenswert. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder!

Voll lecker und wir kommen wieder

Das Essen war leider nichts besonderes, das Ambiente ok. Der Service steht’s bemüht, hätten jedoch gerne noch ein zweites Getränk geordert, sofern es möglich gewesen wäre. Schade hätten uns insbesondere wegen der positiven Bewertungen mehr erhofft.

Waren letzten Sonntag mit 4 Personen zum Essen an einem Reservierten Tisch dort. Alles war bestens Service , Freundlichkeit , Speisen top , Doch was ich besonders positiv bewerten möchte ! Bevor bei uns die Bestellung aufgenommen wurde , bekam mein Hund eine Schüssel mit Wasser hin gestellt. Das fand ich sehr lobenswert.

Wir waren zu viert das erste mal hier. Ich war wirklich sehr begeistert. Wir wurden sehr sehr nett empfangen und toll bedient und es schmeckte richtig gut. Vorspeise, Hauptgang und Nachspeise waren wirklich Volltreffer. Die Nachspeisen mit griechischem Joghurt und Früchten darf man nicht auslassen, das muss einfach sein. Wir kommen sehr bald schon wieder.

Ganz liebes Personal, nicht überlaufen, keines dieser Abfütterdinger, wo möglichst viel Essen für möglichst wenig Geld zu zweifelhafter Qualität angeboten wird. Unser erstes Testessen hier hat uns schon ziemlich überzeugt und hebt sich in einigen Punkten angenehm vom Standard-Einerlei ab. Und nächstes Mal trinken wir den Tsipouro👍 Hier fahren wir auch gerne ein paar Kilometer weiter für...

Das griechische Restaurant liegt etwas versteckt in Kleinenbroich am Wald. Die Inneneinrichtung ist geschmackvoll und gemütlich gestaltet. Vor dem Eingang befindet sich noch ein Außenbereich, der ebenfalls sehr einladend aussieht. Der Service vermittelt einem den Eindruck zur Familie zu gehören. Kein Wunsch bleibt offen. Super freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Essen wird schnell gebracht, ist auf hübschem Geschirr ansprechend angerichtet. Es schmeckt sehr lecker. Wir werden dort auf jeden Fall nochmals einkehren und sagen danke für einen schönen und leckeren Abend 😊.

Wir haben hier am Samstag, 11.11.2023, erstmalig zu Abend gegessen. Am Wochenende sollte man auf jeden Fall reserviert haben. Die Atmosphäre im Restaurant ist bei Vollbesetzung lebhaft. Das Angebot an Speisen ist reichhaltig und vielfältig und bietet viele unterschiedliche griechische Spezialitäten. Wir waren zu Viert und hatten unterschiedliche Vor- und Hauptspeisen. Alles war von herausragender Qualität und mehr als ausreichender Menge. Die Servicekräfte waren sehr aufmerksam und auf nichts musste lange gewartet werden. Alles in allem ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Wir werden dieses Restaurant zukünftig öfter aufsuchen.

Das "Ellinikos" liegt kurz vor dem Ortseingang zu Kleinenbroich und bietet außen eine Art "Biergarten" unter großen Kastanien. Von der Gestaltung gibt's hier Luft nach oben, allerdings ist es trotzdem sehr gemütlich und vor allem unkompliziert. Die Küche ist wirklich toll und vor allem etwas raffinierter als ich es sonst von griechischen Restaurants gewohnt war.
