We ate there for the first time this evening. Unfortunately we weren't received very friendly. Well, we thought, let’s find our place. Then one of the two unfriendly ladies came with the menu and asked if we wanted something to drink. We said we'd take a look first. She waited until we decided. When the drinks came, she asked if we knew what to eat yet. We again no, we still have to look, people shook their heads and rolled their eyes. We actually wanted to get up and leave. That doesn't work at all. Well, we still ordered our food. We have nothing to complain about there. It was very tasty and sufficient. After that we weren't served at all and felt like we were being ignored. Other guests were able to pay at the table, but unfortunately no one came to our table so we went to the counter. We were asked what we wanted. Pay? Pay what? Yes, eat all that? Which table? Card or cash? When I answered with a card and held my card up to the device, I was cheekily told that Visa wasn't possible! Wow okay. At least there was a thank you at the end! I didn't know that we had ever been in contact before so that I would end up on first name terms, but perhaps I generally didn't like the annoyed mood of the waitresses. At the beginning I thought we were having fun here or something, but when the service staff at the other tables were like that too, it couldn't be fun. I think some people really missed the job. Too bad. It's so close and unfortunately we won't be setting foot there again. I'd rather spend my money on other great restaurants.

We made a reservation at 3 p.m. in the afternoon to eat there around 6:30 p.m. Upon arrival it was very cold inside, the staff walked around in a thick coat and the heating was still off. The only thing that was on was a television with a roaring fire. My negative review that I wrote about this on the 13th was unfortunately deleted the next morning. Quite unsportsmanlike. We did have something to drink. Unfortunately. Hot chocolate was lukewarm and lumpy. Not exactly cheap either. 13.80 for 1 coke, 2 chocolate and a mulled wine. However, at checkout they only wanted cash. When we refused, after some grumbling, an ATM machine was brought. Unfortunately we did not receive a receipt. I had to give my email address and they would send it. Now After 3 days nothing. I think the positive reviews and high rating are a hoax and may be of their own making. This cannot seriously be called a restaurant. More like a canteen.

Extremely cozy atmosphere, friendly and courteous service. And most important of all: the food far exceeded our expectations in every respect and was extremely tasty!

We were there for schnitzel day. Beforehand I had only heard good things about the food. But we were disappointed. The schnitzels were solid but not outstanding. The plates were carelessly prepared. Unfortunately the schnitzels (I assume) were not freshly pounded and fried. We got the dishes too quickly for that. The service staff was so friendly.

The food was good, the Kölsch was very good. The service was unpleasant and she was still angry, not wanting to divide one Flammkuchen between two people. Because they would have an extra knife and fork to wash. It's a shame, but there were 5 of us there and they definitely did their job well. In the 25th year of the 21st century, the possibility of paying by card is simply embarrassing

Yesterday, we went to the coffee shop after the market festival. It was very crowded, which is understandable given the event, and we also understood that the staff were very busy. Unfortunately, something happened that spoiled our experience: A server accidentally knocked over our glasses... things like that can happen, of course. But we were completely covered in the drink: our pants, shoes, jackets, bags, and even our cell phones were wet. What really disappointed us, however, was the way the situation was handled. No offer of help was made, and only after we asked for it were we even brought a cloth. We were told in an unfriendly and completely inappropriate tone that we were "sitting in the way" - at a perfectly normal table that had been placed there by the staff themselves. Mishaps can always happen, but the way we were handled afterward makes all the difference. And unfortunately, that was disrespectful and unprofessional here.

Super delicious cuisine, always prepared with Sil!!!! Steak with asparagus was fantastic...sweet potato fries were unique. Price-performance ratio was fair. Very friendly staff. It would be so nice if you stayed!!!! ♡

Absolutely chaotic shop. Cleanliness is really borderline and the food (if there is anything at all) is underground!
