We were warmly greeted upon entry and the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff throughout our stay was truly remarkable. We were served quickly. The food was very good (bourgeois burger, goat cheese, falafel bowl). The ambience is modern, everything makes a high-quality impression. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back here more often.

Update in September 2024: I'm really disappointed that you have to close and I'm upset that the city isn't doing anything about this situation in the square in front of your restaurant. Now I no longer have anything in Paderborn city center where I can easily reach (since I'm not mobile) have a healthy snack, sit casually and comfortably during a break and be served by friendly people. A terrible loss, in my opinion. Now all that's left is Back Factory and Co. All the best to you! Always delicious, always friendly! I like going here, very pleasant and friendly staff and pleasant furnishings. The food also tastes super fresh! The only drawback is the prices; unfortunately, if you have to be careful about your money, you won't be able to go here as often. There should be more shops like this in Paderborn, something other than burgers and fries.

As always a highlight. Super nice and smart staff, great boss, super nice atmosphere and very, very tasty food. Every wish and every concern is implemented here. A true taste experience! I had the pleasure of dining at this wonderful restaurant and it was an all around great experience. The food was simply outstanding. The service was also first class: the staff was extremely friendly, attentive and made sure we felt comfortable from start to finish. The ambience is stylish and cozy, ideal for a relaxed evening with friends or family. I can highly recommend this restaurant and look forward to my next visit!

We were recently guests at Napulé on the outskirts of the core city of Paderborn. The restaurant looks very inviting from the outside. The atmosphere in the restaurant is super pleasant. Since there were 6 of us there, we were seated at the round table, which we remember positively. It was perfect for conversations in a larger group! As a starter we chose the bruschetta, which impressed us all. In the main course, both the pizzas and the pasta tasted very good! The prices are high in line with the quality, which is why we think the restaurant is more for special occasions. Overall, we were thrilled and can highly recommend it!

This has history. Suburban for around 60 years. Always been in the family business. Good service. Great German cuisine. But due to staffing concerns, it was decided to change the use. It will then become a retirement home. It's a shame but this is the way. As long as employees see work as a nuisance. 😊

I've been going here for years, even before Heide Grill was renovated. Employees are always super friendly! The homemade sauces like Parmesan mayo are particularly delicious, simply brilliant! I will continue to go to you, I can only recommend you, thank you!

Nice staff and super quick preparation. There are a few tables but it is very small. I would argue that the focus is on delivery or collection of the order.

The food and the customer service cannot be described as catastrophic. The rice is completely sticky, the lamb chops are completely dry and very small. When paying, the cashier adds up the total, the individual prices differ from the board on display
