I had reserved a table for 6 p.m., which was actually intended for us for two hours. But after less than 1.5 hours we were more or less forced to leave because the next guests were already ready. Without a reasonable explanation from the waiter we had to pay and clear the table. Something like that doesn't work! Treating guests in this way is unacceptable. While the food was okay, it wasn't anything worth coming back for - which we won't do anyway.

Today we had dinner at La Piazza in Kerpen with 7 people. The food was generally good and tasty. The service was helpful, friendly and tried hard, although in some cases overwhelmed. The seat away from the actual restaurant area, directly in front of the counter, next to the fish counter, the toilets and near the open kitchen was unfortunately a disaster. There was noise from all sides and the service and kitchen staff were shouting various things at each other at appropriate volumes. At 9 p.m. the coffee machine was cleaned with a lot of noise and the fish counter was emptied, in which not only the fish but also the ice was removed with noise. We were really at a loss for words. Two dishes were no longer available on the daily menu at 7 p.m. How can practically happen at the beginning of the evening??? Unfortunately, the children's “Safari” chicken schnitzel was pressed meat in the shape of dinosaurs from Aldi or Rewe. The children's plates must have been on the table for an hour from the time the appetizer was served until our main course. Nobody felt responsible for this. Unfortunately the Kölsch looked like an apple spritzer. Despite the nice advice, things didn't get better... The boss accepted the feedback about volume and seating, but we won't be coming back. It was an evening that ultimately just put us in a bad mood.

Good burgers, much better than expected!

The food was really tasty, a good selection of side dishes and sauces and large portions!

Ordered food (pasta Tris 3 types of pasta, pizza salami, pizza Hawaii) and I was there 5 minutes before the agreed time. The food was already ready and therefore no longer very hot. The two pizzas were wafer-thin and extremely dry and unfortunately only warm, even though our place of residence is only 3 minutes away from the location. The pasta dish was a complete disaster. For a whopping 15 euros, I was treated to around 6-7 tortellini, a small corner of lasagne that only consisted of hard tomato pieces and a few canelloni rolls. The cheese was so burnt and hard in one place that you couldn't eat it. I paid 50 euros for very bad food and I was still hungry afterwards. Not recommended.

We made a reservation and still had to wait over an hour for our table In addition, the food was cold and the drinks that were included were almost all empty, which was just a shame

This store is a mystery to me. The food is excellent, the waiting times are horrible. The opening times remain a mystery to me. You can only tell whether it is really open by whether the door opens. But the owners are super nice and love to talk about the preparation and their homeland, or give help in deciding on the menu. And how you really get fresh squid here remains a mystery to me. I want to love this restaurant and the quality speaks for itself. But you really have to be able to tolerate the waiting times.

Very affordable pizza, lovely staff and quick service (we ordered four pizzas that should be ready in 25 minutes, but in 20 minutes we were able to pick them up). Had the one with spinach and really liked it

If you rely on the opening times you are left out!

Food is fresh and delicious. Very accommodating and reliable 😃👍

After over 2 hours the order finally arrived. Instead of the 3 subs we ordered, we only got 2. After waiting for another hour, the third sub finally came, but with half the wrong bread and no sauce, no compensation or anything.
