Today, August 2nd, 2024 at 3:45 p.m., the staff really put me off with their unfriendly behavior. Before that, I always got my kebab there and I was always served nicely, but this man smoked a cigarette in front of the door before serving me and when I did Entered the store, he came in, just put his hands under the water for two seconds and touched the bread straight away. I pointed out to him why he didn't wash his hands with soap or at least didn't put on gloves, then he replied really cheekily and asked me whether I wanted to eat or not. I left the store immediately and will never enter this store again. Unfriendly and unghyenical, bye.

We love going to dinner here before events at the Philharmonie. The food is very tasty and the service is also very good.

Neither regular cleaning nor disinfection was evident. There was no hot water supply throughout the company. All contact surfaces were dirty. Staff hygiene, particularly hand hygiene, was inadequate. The staff toilet was very dirty. There were no suitable dispensers for disposable paper and hand soap at the heavily soiled handwashing facility. The washing machine in which work clothes are cleaned was dirty. In the kitchen, the exhaust system was very dirty with old grease, and some old grease was dripping down from the exhaust grilles. Drawers and storage areas were dirty. The wall tiles were very greasy/dirty, the actual tile color (white) could only be seen in a few places, the majority of the wall tiles had a yellowish-brown coating. The electrical installations (sockets, light switches) were partly defective and dirty. The ventilation pipe that ran along the ceiling area was very greasy. Grease dripped into the freezer below. Pots and pans on the stove were used and crusty. In the refrigerators and freezers, food was sometimes not properly covered/wrapped, and raw meat was sometimes stored together with ready-to-eat salads. The refrigerator seals were broken and dirty. The saladette and the microwave were dirty and some of the paint was peeling off. There were very dirty vegetable boxes in the cold room, some of which had a mold-like coating on them. In the cold store, the evaporator, the wall and floor tiles were dirty and some of the ceiling tiles were hanging down. In the scullery, the dishwasher inside was dirty. The rinsing spray was leaking and temporarily fixed with blue adhesive tape. The beer fridge that was in the scullery was dirty. The keg tap head was contaminated with a brown sticky mass. In the bar area, the wooden cabinets were swollen due to moisture and were no longer easy to clean. The dispenser was fixed in the base area with several layers of adhesive tape, which meant regular cleaning was not possible. There were neither suitable cleaning and disinfecting agents available in the company, nor was there sufficient expertise or awareness of hygiene. Food was handled improperly. There was no adequate keeping hot or cooling down. There was a significant risk of the food being adversely affected due to the lack of operational and personnel hygiene. A business closure and basic cleaning were ordered. Status of defect elimination During follow-up inspections on February 1st, 2024 and February 15th, 2024, there were still massive hygiene deficiencies. There was still no concept for keeping food hot, cooling or cooling down. The basic cleaning that had been ordered was inadequate. The company closure could therefore not be lifted

We always come to you for the best pad thai. But today was the last time. The pad thai previously consisted of chicken, shrimp tofu and egg. Now it only has chicken for the same price. We ordered it anyway and it was absolutely inedible. Really no taste, we had to add seasoning and it still tastes like nothing. The service is very slow and the shop is simply too narrow for the number of tables. Very unfortunate.

I was at a restaurant with friends. From the start we were served by a young waitress. She was nice, but later the service was taken over by an older person. She must have been some kind of manager because she gave orders. She wasn't nice. During our stay she took a table from us to distribute to German-speaking people. Although there were many free tables. When my friend came back from the toilet there was no space left. The service was poor but the waiter who served the food was nice. A manager should learn culture from his employees.

Nice quiet place, cosy environment and very friendly staff! We tried beers but next time we will go for the cocktails as it has a very long list of them!!!

Bouncers do not allow groups of men (4 and over) in. You don't even have to try. Well, if you can afford to reject a flat rate of 50%. Looked very empty inside though...

We recently had dinner at a restaurant with a friend. Ambience very pleasant, service friendly. Later it was well filled and we sat in front of empty plates and empty glasses and no one came. But the biggest disappointment was the food. My port wine chicken was swimming in plenty of sauce, unfortunately so were my fresh vegetables and they were only lukewarm and mushy from the sauce. The bowl of potato gratin was also placed in the middle of the sauce, which I found very strange. My friend's vegetables weren't hot either and one of my husband's pork steaks was raw. When asked, they ordered it medium. Yes, but that's not it. Then let's hope the rest was okay. No, he wasn't, but that's irrelevant to us. Once and never again.

The grill plate is a recommendation. You will be served like royalty and get a lot for your money. Update: Last time we visited it wasn't exactly clean. The toilets were in a terrible condition and many of the tables were dirty. It didn't look like anyone on staff felt compelled to do anything about it.
