MC HAN in Essen

I've been a customer of this store for years and I can't understand these negative reviews at all. I've never been harassed or anything like that. The owner is a nice and helpful person, and I've never had any problems there. And I've never seen anything like that written there, even though I live right there. The people posting these reviews are probably fake accounts. The store is GREAT 👍🏽

I live very close to the kiosk, and I find what's currently going on there very worrying. The owner seems to have made a habit of inappropriately addressing almost every woman who enters the store. It's particularly noticeable that at night—when the kiosk is officially closed—women are repeatedly let in and later come out looking quite worn out. Personally, I find the owner's behavior highly questionable and inappropriate in any way. What further concerns me is that some of the girls I saw there didn't seem to be of legal age.

In all my 40 years of working, I've never experienced such a chaotic and unprofessional kiosk. First, the DPD parcel service was down for weeks – and then nothing worked at all for over two months. Then, at one point, I just wanted to buy a drink, and suddenly a woman was locked inside the kiosk with a knife in her hand. It makes you seriously wonder if it's even safe to walk on the street anymore. What is going on in this country? And as if that weren't bad enough, you then watch the dark-haired employee, whose name I believe is Mehmet, approach every girl and woman. Absolutely inappropriate and disrespectful. I can only advise everyone: Avoid this place.

The parcel shop was closed despite the posted opening hours. No sign on the door, no information. The trip there was in vain, and I couldn't pick up my parcel.

Unfortunately, it looks very chaotic and untidy. It's also a DPD depot. The packages are stored in a confusing manner, and in some places you have to search for a long time.

It's okay, unfortunately dkisksksksksksisuwuwuwuu is no longer there and that was the only option for me and my mother isn't worth it for them to behave the way I am. I told her that I love her but I know that I won't be there that often anymore you because she was always so important to me but she's just not that nice to her because I'm just sad and I also know that I'm no longer with you and that I can't meet her anymore because I am disabled

The store is a DPD parcel collection point, and my parcels weren't accepted. They refused to accept them. I find that extremely antisocial, especially right before Christmas. The response was that the employee probably didn't want to accept them 😂🤣 Stay away from this store!!!!!

I'm actually almost always satisfied. Once, the beer in the fridge wasn't cold, and once the popular Essen beer Stauder was out of stock, but otherwise, everything was always fine. You can also sit comfortably in the shop.

Although it is banned throughout the EU, the kiosk charges a fee of 0.50 cents on card payments or forces you to drink/chew gum with your tobacco (again, this is not legally allowed). I spoke to consumer protection today and further steps will be taken. The law remains the law

Very tidy store, great prices and the employees are very accommodating and polite, especially the boss, good opening hours and always polite customers.

Sollte um 7 Uhr geöffnet sein und um 7:30 Uhr war immer noch niemand da ... ganzen weg von frintrop umsonst gelaufen ....

Total unfreundlich mit müh und Not mal ein guten Tag Und wen man Bierflaschen die man da gekauft hat umtauschen will heißt es Nachdem man sich in die Ecke gezwungen hat um an die Kisten zu kommen Nein heute nehmen wir keine an obwohl er zugesehen hat Ich musste meine 3 Flaschen wieder mitnehmen aber als abends jemand anderes mit noch mehr Flaschen kann wurden sie angenommen Frechheit!!!!!!!!!!! Und der Laden hat zwar alles mögliche ist auch dafür extrem Teuer Ich werde obwohl ich direkt gegenüber wohne nicht mehr dahin gehen Lieber gehe ich an das an der Hauptstraße
