Honestly, the service is good, but the chicken is expensive and a bit rancid. I felt that it was more expensive than other restaurants.

The food is very excellent and perfect, may God bless it, but the size of the pizza is small compared to its price.. apart from this, the food is top. The shish, kashkaval, and sfiha pie are large in size 😋

I ordered the Arabic shawarma plate and manakish from Ayam Zaman, and honestly, the taste was horrible. The food lacked flavor and didn’t feel fresh at all. There are plenty of much better Syrian restaurants in Essen with way better taste and the same prices. I had high expectations, but this was a total letdown. Definitely not going back.

We hope to improve the quality of the food in all dishes, especially the shawarma. The grilled chicken has a rancid smell and is not seasoned enough. There is no taste to it. The coleslaw salad is very dry and the tomato salad is also bad. We hope to improve the quality so that the restaurant continues to do well.

You call to order, they say wait a moment and hang up. 1 minute later I call again and they don't answer and just ignore me. That's not how you treat customers

You can pay with a card there, but the employee and the boss said that you can't pay with a card there because it's not worth paying €40 in tax, plus fresh employees and unclean work, I don't recommend anyone to go there

Really speaking, I don't recommend going there, they are very unfriendly and you can't even eat there because of the screaming from the workers.

Far below zero, it is forbidden to serve old grilled chicken that has been sitting for two days and the shawarma is zero. It feels like the food is improvised and used, haha.

I mean, half a star is a lot for this restaurant. I ordered an Arabic shawarma, a regular meal, honestly, without exaggeration. It took more than 30 minutes for me to prepare the meal. After I sat and waited for the meal for 20 minutes, I went to his place and told him I had forgotten about you. He was eating, knowing that he was not in a crisis. He brought me the shawarma as if I was an uncle. Plastic food stuffed with blessings, bad service, worse food and a bad experience.

Ich wollte Essen kaufen, der Kassierer stand hinter der Kasse und rauchte E-Shisha !

Schöner Laden, kompetentes Personal und dazu noch sehr freundlich , essen hat sehr gut geschmeckt Immer wieder gerne!

Can only pay cash. No receipt. The waiter overcharged us since we didn't have a look at the menu (we already knew what we wanted). Next day when we came back we looked at the prices and there was a big difference between what we paid and what the actual prices would be. The food was not bad actually (not too good though). The cleanliness wasn't perfect, I give it 3 out of 10. But my assessment for the whole restaurant is with no doubt not more the 2 out of 10.

Was erwartet man für 2,5€-3€? eigentlich nicht viel. Man bekommt das was man bezahlt. Fleischqualität ist mies nur die Preise sind gut. Ob man sowas unterstützen will muss jeder selbst entscheiden

War heute wieder wie immer prima. Ich wohne 30 Kilometer weit und egal wenn ich in Essen bin muss ich immer hierhin und was essen. Nettes Team (sehr freundlich und hilfreich). Leckeres Essen und Riesenportionen. Sehr gute Preise.

Die falafel waren fantastisch. Das Brot mit Käse und Nigella ist auch vorzüglich gewesen

Wahrscheinlich gibts in Essen keinen Döner mit besserem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. 2€ für die Dönertasche sind wirklich unschlagbar und die Qualität stimmt.

Was hygene und geschmak angeht eine nulll ekelgaft !!!! in diesem laden gibt es ratten und mäuse deshalb war dieser laden eine zeitlang zu.! einfach nur bah ..!!!!!!!!

Lecker und Günstig, aber auf Kosten der Hygiene. ECKELHAFT!!! Ich hab gesehen wie ein Angestellter (?) auf Toilette war, sich nicht die Hände gewaschen hat und den nächsten Kunden bedient hat.
