I ordered a box a while ago. The food is undeniably very, very tasty. However, since then I have been constantly receiving advertising emails even though they have already been unsubscribed dozens of times. Therefore 2 stars for the delicious food. Accept the advertising opt-outs and there will be 5.

Nelson Müller's cooking boxes are consistently delicious. But if you have a customer complaint about a missing component, then everyone simply doesn't care and you don't get a response to emails. Nobody answers the phone anyway. I am now submitting a refund request to PayPal.
