We had a delivery order so I can't comment on the service. We have visited the store before, hence the rating for the ambience. Unfortunately the food was below average. For just under 30€ there was a Japanese salmon bowl with dry rice, a chicken Caesar salad with rubbery, not at all crispy chicken, a few parmesan crackers, a few tomatoes and mainly lettuce as well as tasteless and not at all spicy sweet potato cubes, some of which were not right were even. Unfortunately for us it was absolutely a waste of money, the quality was subpar for us. Unfortunately we can't recommend it, it's a shame!

Halal helal and NO alcohol sales. My previous reviewers complained about the Indian. He was very friendly towards me and there was even a free drink to the house. You may have already treated the person with kindness beforehand, so that you can get it back. Almost like calling in the forest... So I can't understand the previous criticism. PS: three pizzas for less than €30 is also absolutely reasonable

I thought for a long time whether I should comment on this and have now decided to do so. We had a dinner date at the weekend and both the food and wine were good. What caused irritation at the end was the bill with an ominous amount of €30. When we asked what this unmarked item on the bill was supposed to be, we were told that this was the corkage fee... you take this because you are a wine bar... We didn't notice this on the map (it might be written somewhere) nor was it said so (I would have wished)! So a bottle of wine costs €49 instead of €34…. I know corkage differently, so it irritated me a lot and unfortunately left a bad aftertaste on the evening...

Had my second dinner at Otto tonight, the codfish was perfectly done. The service by Achmed was even better- thank you!!

I ordered there today and also specified the company and floor, but the doorbell didn't ring in our office. They tried to call us, but unfortunately they didn't follow the instructions and then just left. In addition, the app was not updated, but the whole time it said that the originally scheduled time would still be adhered to. Ultimately my voucher was used up, so I couldn't order again and didn't get anything to eat. Very annoying.

Excellent pizza with a crispy base - definitely worth the money.

We were there for dinner today, very nice bar to sit in, very very very nice waiter, very accommodating, delicious food and drinks, we really liked it, highly recommended, top value for money.
