absolute scam! 7.80€ for an L pizza is as small as a small pizza and really disgusting. Dough not tasty and too much cheese (about 2/3 of the pizza is just cheese and the other 1/3 is the dough) little tomato sauce and not recommended

Ordered pizza, an "L" pizza about 23cm tall for €12.50 Dough tastes totally like yeast and the topping is tasteless just like the sauce would give 0 stars, there is no way to rate the shop on Uber eats, the worst meal I've ever had in Düsseldorf.

I order the pizza here in restaurant and took a seat. After I finished eating. Then I wanted to go to the toilet, then the Ambiente came and complained: The toilets are for customers and no one is public. I ate here and paid the bill. The atmosphere is really rude.

The medium pizza is quite small. The large one is again too much for an average eater. In my opinion the medium pizza should be bigger because if I pay 10-12€ I would like to get a normal sized pizza that fills me up. There is only an artificial-tasting hot sauce and ranch dip with garlic notes, but no real garlic oil. I missed that a lot. Although I ate the pizza on site, the cheese was unfortunately solid and not melty, as you would expect from a fresh pan pizza. There is a lack of salt and seasoning in the dough and cheese. Now for the positive. The shop seemed very clean. There is a nice selection. The ingredients all tasted super fresh. The pizza was generously topped. The ground was airy and crispy. The pizza was tasty and you can eat it well, but I was missing that certain something and the one from Pizza Hut is simply tastier. The employees seemed friendly and in a good mood. It didn't blow me away, but I would go again.

**Review** I've been there before and my first visit was really good - everything was perfect. Unfortunately, my second visit was the exact opposite. I was there at lunchtime and was told that there are no more small pizzas, so I ordered size L. But instead of the large pizza, I got a small one again, but had to pay for the large one. This was a clear rip off! Additionally, the quality of the pizza the second time was completely different than the first time - just disappointing. It seems that there is no consistent quality here. Conclusion: I was deducted and will definitely never come back!

My girlfriend and I wanted to eat something at Pan&and Pizza. Since my girlfriend urgently needed to go to the toilet, she ran towards the toilet and I ran towards the counter to order. When my friend approached the toilet, the saleswoman spoke to her harshly and prevented her from entering the toilet (the toilet was locked). Only when I told her several times that I wanted to buy something was my friend “allowed” to go to the toilet. We had the feeling of being petty criminals rather than customers. The service is definitely not recommended.

We had an XXL pizza with a cheese crust and a latte macchiato. We enjoyed it very much and the coffee was great. This restaurant is definitely recommended. The staff is very friendly and helpful. And the toilets were clean too. We'd love to come back.

Ordered via Lieferando, order accepted, order is prepared, suddenly canceled after almost 2 hours, no one answers the phone, never again.

Very tasty food (many different types), soft ice cream, cheesecake - all excellent. The homemade iced tea (I recommend orange) + cappuccino were also very good. The staff is friendly. The food comes to the table quickly. The toilets + the restaurant were very clean. Only the pizzas could be bigger. ;-) All in all - very satisfied!

The tomato sauce tasted like ready-made sauce from a jar, the chicken looked like it wasn't cooked properly and there were very few noodles floating in a lot of sauce :(

Bottomless impudence. We sat at a table and were looking forward to our meal. Suddenly we are asked to change places for another family. We were told to go one space to the back which was extremely narrow. Even though we were there first. We were also asked to change tables in such an unfriendly manner and there wasn't even a thank you. We then waited until another table became available, which unfortunately was completely dirty. It wasn't even wiped clean. The highlight, however, was that we had to change our seats even though a table was becoming free and there were enough other tables where only two people were sitting. I am extremely disappointed. It's a shame I've never had such a bad experience, although I've eaten here several times. Despite everything, the service gets 2 points because the other employee was very nice in contrast to the other one. (My review was even deleted apparently can't handle true criticism)

I ordered food via Uber Eats, 1x pizza, 1x chili cheese nuggets and such bread. Pizza was forgotten, I understand that sometimes you forget side dishes or something like that, but a whole pizza? The most important thing… Then I called the store 6 times and no one answered. The Uber driver was so kind and canceled the order and waived his share. But that is absolutely catastrophic and not possible at all. In addition, the remaining dishes were all cold and tasteless. Thanks for nothing

I was there this evening and ordered a salami pizza. In the pictures it is so that the salami on top of the cheese is topped several times or there are several slices of salami on the pizza. When I received it, the service network asked for garlic sauce and hot sauce. Unfortunately, when I got home I realized that this name was under the cheese. The cheese was burnt very dark. The salami slices were not on the cheese but under the cheese cart. There were only four slices for a small pizza. Find out whether the salami is made from pork or beef, I assume it's more likely from beef. Personally, I was very annoyed because I don't like the taste of beef salami and I should have been told this in advance, the tomato sauce has no taste, but the dough is delicious

The restaurant is clean, the tables are always freshly wiped. The menu is modern, with animated photos on digital screens. Looks appetizing. The three employees present (July 18th around 6:40 p.m.) were all very friendly! The pizza has a very tasty dough, extremely fluffy and crispy on the outside like a croissant. Lots of cheese on the Margherita, it was tasty. a delicious pizza, similar to Pizzahut. However, it was missing that certain something that makes you addicted to Pizzahut Pizza in the short term and tempts you to devour the pizza. I was also missing some salt. That's why unfortunately no 5 stars and because there were few vegetarian options

It is a basic site, it has nothing that stands out from other sites. Normally it would have to have 3 stars, since it does not stand out for its flavor, nor for a good price, nor for large portions. I gave it 2 stars for not giving it just 1 because it just happens to be the usual coincidence that the bathroom doesn't work. Both the men's and women's bathrooms said they were “broken down,” so I couldn't eat comfortably.

We ate large bacon pizza, it was delicious. Their lemonade also seemed refreshing. The place was larger and more spacious than many pizzerias in Düsseldorf. The employees were friendly.

I recently tried a pan pizza from a local pizzeria, and my experience was, in a word, average. The crust, typically the star of a pan pizza, was decent but lacked the crispiness and buttery richness one expects. Instead, it leaned more towards being chewy and slightly doughy, which was somewhat disappointing. The sauce had a standard tomato base, mildly seasoned but missing a vibrant kick. It wasn’t too tangy or sweet, just plain and serviceable. The cheese, however, was the highlight—melty and plentiful, creating those delightful strings when you pull a slice away. It did its job in bringing the components together, even if the overall effect was not particularly memorable. The toppings were not generous in quantity and varied in quality. The Chicken was tasty and slightly crisp around the edges, adding a nice texture contrast. However, felt like an afterthought, not as fresh as they could be and lacking in flavour. In terms of presentation, it looked appetising with a good distribution of toppings. Despite the average taste, it was filling and had the comfort food factor one looks for in a pizza. While it didn't wow me, it served as a reliable option for a casual meal. Overall, it was an okay pizza that met basic expectations but didn't stand out in any significant way.

Today we actually wanted to try the Poldis sandwich in the neighboring kebab shop. But it was very crowded there, the tables were dirty and so we had to look for another alternative. We went to the restaurant right next door to Pan & Pizza. And because it was very quiet and clean here, we ordered Pizza Alaska in size L for 2 people. It was the tastiest pizza I've eaten in my life. Delicious fluffy dough, delicious cheese and wonderful garlic sauce. Not only the pizza is praiseworthy, but also the extremely friendly staff, who treat the customers excellently. Keep it up!

Tastes great like in Dortmund. However, on the day we were there there was only one person on staff. She had to take, prepare and serve orders at the same time... so everything took significantly longer. At some point more staff were added. The gentleman also apologized for the circumstances.

I waited 40 minutes for this pizza. While waiting, many customers complained about the waiting times and that items were missing from their order. One even waited 2 hours. I actually wanted a large pizza, but apparently they only had medium ones. The medium one would probably be a small one in a normal store. While we were waiting, the boss harassed us with "You've been waiting so long, you ladies are great" and just called us ladies the whole time. That was very ridiculous. My pizza would actually have been ready before 40 minutes, but it was simply given out to another customer. After 20 minutes the pizza was supposedly ready but still needed to be packed, but that wasn't the case.

The pizza tastes good. But the price and what you get as positions is a joke. Medium pizza is a small pizza everywhere else. A small pizza is more for the hollow tooth. And the large pizza is a medium pizza everywhere else. A tip to everyone: just buy a medium pizza with a cheese crust that is the size of a large normal pizza

Here is my personal opinion. Before I got to the store, I was offered drugs in front of the door. Completely relaxed with grass in a fresh bag. The place is clean and tidy. The tables are cleaned after each guest. The staff is very nice. The pizza is delicious. But I don't think the price-performance ratio fits. Pizza really small and drinks incredibly expensive. You can do it.

Looked very interesting, but the waitress (with a headscarf and somewhat dark complexion) at the checkout was simply arrogant and snippy. I went straight back out. As a customer you also pay for nice and friendly service. Especially when opening a new business, the focus should be on being extremely friendly towards customers. Well, I'm no longer interested in setting foot at Pan&Pizza Düsseldorf again.

I was in this store for the first time today and I was disappointed. I ordered a medium pizza and got the smallest pizza in the world for overpriced money. Even the bakery at the main station has larger pizzas and cheaper than this shop. I won't come here anymore.

Very tasty pizza. In my opinion the No. 1 pan pizza. The dips are a must. Both dips go perfectly with pizza. I have to deduct two stars from the service. Some things were very disorganized.

Yesterday I spontaneously tried a Margherita pizza. The taste is great, especially the garlic sauce, which is served alongside ketchup. The service also provides a nice, honest and competent service. But my suggestion would be to make the sizes of the pizza a little more transparent.

Be careful: the small pizza is in fact the smallest pizza I have ever seen! The “Western” version was delicious, though, and it came with two dips. Not bad, just too expensive, even the pizza shops in the old town deliver more substance for less money.
