Service wasn’t good, they brought us wrong food and when we said they said it was your mistake!! We had Burger as well and that wasn’t fresh, all in all I wasn’t satisfied with the orders.

Bad - and real - reviews are apparently removed via a complaint to Google. The positive rating is therefore doubtful!

The restaurant supposedly offers deals at NeoTaste, but these cannot be applied to orders. Last time we were told NeoTaste would only be used for take-out orders and this time they are told only for in-house dining. You're just being ripped off in this store - not a recommendation!

Food came quickly, tasted good and the delivery person was really correct

My review, in which I complained about the poor quality of the food and the delivery time being too long, was taken down due to defamation. I have lodged an objection. The fact that this restaurant suddenly has almost no negative reviews seems suspicious.

Food arrived after 2 hours. Food was ice cold, half of it was missing. Totally expensive, no answer to the phone. Reviews are all fake. Mexico Bowl was without sauce and without chips. Under no circumstances order.

Unfortunately the burger was cold and the portions were far too small. A portion of sweet potato was also forgotten.

We ordered 2 burger menus yesterday and I really have to say that it was just bad. It was just soggy, the entire burger was drenched in sauce, meat wasn't of good quality either. The fries were also really inedible: The frozen fries were fried in old oil and in order to disguise this taste, the fries were very, very salty and seasoned with a very strong spice that was very strong to me and someone unknown to me. Our evening was over and we gave the patties to our dog, because the cow that had to die for this burger couldn't help it either. 1

The broccoli is rotten and homs is just as old, the food is old

I'm surprised the health department isn't closing the place down. It's super unhygienic and disorganized. Employees go to the toilet and leave the toilet area without washing their hands. Another employee goes outside to smoke with the disposable glove on and doesn't throw the glove away. Continue working with the smoked glove. Never again. Please ask the health department to take a look at the store.

This restaurant is a complete disgrace. Hands off! We first tried to order via the in-house online portal. The required minimum order value of 40 euros was pointed out. So we wanted to order at 7:55 p.m., during regular business hours. Restaurant closes at 10 p.m. last delivery at 9:40 p.m. In the very last step in the online portal it was displayed that you could only pre-order for tomorrow? Then there was a call to the restaurant where we were given the opportunity to order by phone, which was no problem, which the employee with very poor German knowledge then told us. After we spent 15 minutes explaining our order to him over the phone, we said: we will take care of your order and it will be delivered within 30 to 40 minutes. After a long wait, we called again around 9:40-9:45 p.m But these calls were deliberately ignored by the restaurant was still open, the calls were ignored and we heard nothing more about our order. It almost seems as if it was more pleasant for them to simply let the whole thing fall under the table an hour before the end of the workday just because they didn't pay in advance online but ordered by phone. Such behavior is not very customer friendly and for this reason I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

On Sunday I went to the restaurant, but the cashier was very nice and served us bulgur, and the food was delicious. I will be happy again.

Delivery time stated 40 minutes. Food doesn't come after more than 1.5 hours. Fries very labrig and citizens no better than at McDonalds. They didn't even bother to put the citizen's sesame rolls on the grill. They looked like they were fresh out of the packaging from Aldi. DO NOT ORDER

A magical place that also serves Sunday breakfast. Everything is HALAL and the as the name says everything is super fresh, delicious to boot!

After we ordered 4 burger menus and one burger and had a voucher for €10, we were only credited with €9 and a chili cheese burger menu was even missing. This was only noticed in the office. There was no one available on the phone, so I went there. Of course I was a little annoyed, but the manager reacted very rudely and then promised me 2 chili cheese burgers with fries. Unfortunately, instead of chili cheese burgers, I only received a cheese burger that had way too much sauce on it. While I was waiting, more customers arrived whose orders were incorrect.

I have ordered here several times and the food is good. However, I cannot recommend this place because the delivery time is so horrible. I have waited 1.5 hours for my food with no updates or communication. If they can't handle the volume of orders, they need to be more upfront about the delivery time. I can only say that if you want to order from here, I recommend avoiding the frustration and picking it up yourself.

I discovered the shop three years ago and loved the food, especially the bulgur bowl or the bulgur wrap. Unfortunately, I noticed that over time the quality of the food decreased. Nevertheless, I wanted to give the restaurant another chance today. I ordered a bulgur wrap. While eating I noticed that the bulgur smelled and tasted very sour and the consistency was not normal, I think it was bad, which is not that unlikely given the high temperatures. In any case, I called to describe this, but the response on the phone was very rude and not very understanding. In the end the only question was "What do you want?". I found the service very bad considering the fact that I probably ate something spoiled. I didn't order anything new either because I had lost my appetite anyway. All in all, I think that's a real shame.

If you are very hungry then yes. When we arrived we wanted to use the toilet, but it was broken. Neighbors Cafe wouldn't let us in. The table was dirty. Forks and glasses made of cardboard. Staff was unfriendly. Prices are reasonable, food tastes okay. Chairs are uncomfortable. So I won't go in there anymore.

Mind you, I had been a regular customer. Order should arrive after 30 - 45 minutes. She was there after just over 75 minutes. Driver came without change or wallet. (I'm certainly not mentioning that not all of the designated products were in the salad.) When I complained on the phone, instead of an apology, insight or anything else, the other person said the following: "We don't need customers - we have enough!" I could leave a bad review. When I finally got through after numerous calls, I was told on the phone that it wasn't their fault that the product was missing and that they wouldn't do anything. We had bowls today and it contained variety of ingredients in a bowl. The ingredients were very fresh and the taste was delicious. We were great to have our lunch here. We will come back in future for a fresh and healthy bowl.

The employees couldn't do anything with our existing voucher, but implemented it anyway. However, we didn't get the two bowls we wanted. Half of the one I put together was missing. And the bowl by menu included other things. To the annoyance, the sauce was left out completely (it was to go). A pity.

I ordered a classic falafel bowl with extra Halloumi for 2,50€. The rice portion was very small and I got only one small slice of Halloumi for this price. The taste was good, but I don’t think I will get food from here again, since I don’t think it’s worth the money.

The staff was very nice and tried hard. I ordered a bowl, which was completely okay. Overall, the sauce was missing, the fresh ingredients weren't really fresh and it simply wasn't enough of a meal to fill you up. I ordered it to go and was then annoyed that I didn't order more/eat somewhere else. In my opinion too expensive for the amount and quality of food. There will certainly be better alternatives all around.

We ordered 2 wraps. We really enjoyed them, all the ingredients were freshly prepared. The only thing that bothered me was the prices were a bit too much at €8 for 1 wrap. But otherwise we have nothing to complain about.

We ordered 2 chilli cheese burgers, they were very good and ordered 2 more, they have the right taste of meat, super nice staff, clean restaurant and quick preparation, I can only recommend it. Everything is 10 out of 10

The bowls are fresh and healthy. I usually order the Falafel Bowl or the Mexican one. The guys working there are also friendly. I never had issues with the delivery time, besides one time I ordered at 21:15, but they actually closed at 21:30, whereas online it stated that they close at 22:00. But it was all cleared out at the end. :)

Kann man nicht meckern. Schmeckt. Könnte etwas hübscher sein. Aschenbecher und traurige Blumen die schon Algen im Wasser ansetzen sind nicht ganz so schön.

Lucy Pommes bekommen 4 Sterne, da sehr knusprig aber zu wenig Salz Cheeseburger bekommt 3 Sterne, da Fleisch nicht gewürzt und zu wenig Käse im Vergleich zum Brötchen und zu wenig Sauce

Essen 10/10 liebes es. Aber die Lieferanten hatten nicht einmal Rückgeld dabei, habe da schon bestimmt 7 mal bestellt und jedes Mal musste ich 3-5€ verschenken! Obwohl ich da 3 mal angerufen habe und mich beschwert habe hat sich nichts geändert. Beim letzten Mal war ich ziemlich sauer habe jetzt eine Gutschrift erhalten aber das geht trotzdem null! Ziemlich enttäuscht der Lieferung würde 0 Sterne geben Katastropheeee!

Das erstemal hier und es hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Für jeden etwas da Bürger, Wraps, Bowls etc. sowie Veggie und halal. Personal sehr freundlich und drinnen und draußen Sitzmöglichkeit. Nochmal zu kommen lohnt sich aufjedenfall!

Bestellt. Bowls kamen leider mit Reis, obwohl ohne bestellt. Als Kulanz dann aber 2 weitere Bowls und 2 Donuts erhalten!

Wir waren zum ersten Mal dort. Es hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt, die Bowls waren frisch, das Personal freundlich. Preislich war es gut, aber 1-2€ weniger für die Bowl wäre für mich persönlich akzeptabler gewesen. Die Portionsgröße passt für mich nicht so zum Preis. Insgesamt sind wir zufrieden und haben uns wohlgefühlt. Würden wiederkommen und das Lokal weiterempfehlen.

Selbstzusammengestellte Bowls waren nicht richtig zusammengestellt und die Lieferung dauerte statt angegebene 45min knapp 90. das Hähnchen war trocken, Mango überreif und nicht mehr frisch und alles natürlich schon total kalt. Dementsprechend für 2 Bowls 32€ ziemlich viel, schade.
