Very nice staff and the food is very varied

We were there today (March 23, 2026) for brunch. And we were unfortunately very annoyed by the buffet they offered. We had invited people there for brunch, and we were embarrassed. The breakfast buffet was very simple, with pre-packaged cold cuts and cheeses. But the breakfast was still the best part of the buffet. The hot dishes were poorly seasoned or not seasoned at all. (You can add more seasoning, okay.) What was even worse, however, was that the meat was dry and tough. The service also could be improved. We were asked at the beginning if we would like a glass of sparkling wine. After that, we could hardly approach the waitress to order drinks.

Very tasty food, the delivery time is sometimes a bit long, but still recommended 🙂

This restaurant can easily be described as unique. For me, the food there has “soul food” status. After visiting there, you are simply happy and full. In general, I recommend just getting involved in new things. If you can do that, this is absolutely the right place for you. There is no standard run-of-the-mill food here, but everything is perfectly balanced, freshly prepared from the highest quality ingredients and served appropriately. - Just great. I find it a shame that people who do not understand the concept of this restaurant sometimes make such unobjective arguments in their reviews. If you know and can appreciate good food, you've come to the right place!

If Dortmunder Pfefferpotthast is served for €19.90, there should also be pepper on it. 😉

The quality of the buffet at events cannot be faulted, but the service we experienced at the Schlagerboom 2018 was subpar. The first drink order came after about 15 minutes, the second order still wasn't there after an hour.

You get sauces for the nuggets that you didn't order and when you tell them there is no other sauce

The worst pizza I've ever eaten in my life, the dough was shit and the pizza tasted like garbage. I discouraged everyone from eating anything there. I will never eat anything like that again and hope that no one has to endure that again.

In some cases, cheap baked rolls are sold at the same price as bakery rolls. Generally very expensive and a lot of convenience food, which is not possible otherwise, with little staff.
