Pizzeria Milano in Dortmund

​Die Pizza war einfach schrecklich. Ich habe über Lieferando drei Pizzas mit Hähnchen und anderen Belägen bestellt, aber in keiner einzigen war Hähnchen zu finden! ​Geschmacklich waren alle drei wie die billigsten Pizzen aus dem Lidl, und auch der Teig schmeckte furchtbar. Man hat das Gefühl, dass sie einfach billige Pizzen im Lidl kaufen, nur ein bisschen Käse drüberstreuen und sie dann aufwärmen. ​Es war kaum Belag drauf! ​Ich werde hier nie wieder bestellen! Absolut nicht empfehlenswert.

ACHTUNG !!! Nicht dort bestellen da sie euch über den Tisch ziehen bei Lieferando Pizza 10,64€ mit Rabatt und der Fahrer kassiert einfach 14,64€ Einmal und nie wieder!!!!!

Kann die schlechten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Ich bestelle immer zu abholen, mitarbeiter sehr nett, top preise und geschmacklich auch sehr gut.

Grauenvoll da muss man das Gesundheitsamt informieren echt jz die Mitarbeiter können nicht mal deutsch sprechen keiner davon wäre schlau wen man!!!!!

Es war ein Totalausfall. Das Essen kam kalt an, das Schnitzel war innen roh und kaum genießbar. Das “Dressing” war eine einfache Cocktailsoße, die wohl nicht mal zum Gericht gehört. Der Käse war billiger Standard und geschmacklich eine Enttäuschung. Für das, was versprochen wurde, ist das inakzeptabel. Definitiv keine Empfehlung und nie wieder. Der lieblos geschnittene Salat war genauso enttäuschend wie der Rest. Noch dazu war der Lieferant unfreundlich und sprach kaum verständliches Deutsch. Da war nichts, was dem Versprechen entsprach. Das war einfach respektlos und schlicht unterirdisch.

Habe gerade angerufen und wollte wissen wo man aktuell online bestellen kann, weil die Pizzaria auch bei Lieferbär steht. Man kann dort auch bestellen nur wartet man vergebens denn die Bestellung kommt nicht an. Und das Geld kommt auch ein paar Tage später erst zurück. So nun zum eigentlichen Thema rufe dort an, es geht einer dran sehr unhöflich ich frage wo kann ich aktuell online bestellen? Kommt die Antwort wie ist die Adresse? Daraufhin sagte ich, ich möchte online bestellen. Dann will nochmal fragen ob lieferando.de bei denen geht und es wird einfach aufgelegt. Heute bestelle ich da nix mehr.....

The worst restaurant ever . The food sucks . They are not punctual . They don’t even deserve one star

The delivery driver had a smile on his face and was extremely friendly. I personally found the mozzarella sticks very good – crispy on the outside with soft, stretchy mozzarella cheese on the inside – and the pizza was quite good. For such a late order, it was perfectly acceptable. Thank you.

The pizza is really bad, but the burgers are okay.

I want my money back because the chili cheese nuggets were forgotten. The driver said he'd give them to me in 10 minutes, but if he didn't, we'll take legal action.

Not recommended. The first time I was there I said I wanted a baguette and when the supposed baguette was ready he pushed a pizza on me. Today I wanted a baguette with Remo and he put a cocktail in it. 🤦🏽‍♀️

Truly disappointing. Outside, it says "Pizza €5" in big letters, but inside, it costs €6.50. The first time, they made it for €5, but this time we had to pay €13 for two pizzas. On top of that, we ordered wrong – we wanted tonno and Milano, but we got almost the same thing twice, with no mushrooms and no tuna. The staff were also totally irritating. The pizza tasted like pickles. Never again.

I think the pizzas are not bad, you can enjoy them, I don't understand the bad reviews

Hands down, worst pizzeria ever!!! I ordered a pizza with hollandaise chicken and a main course + pasta tonneau. I already knew that pizza and pasta are bad here in Germany, but what I ate yesterday was 100% the worst food I've ever eaten. The pizza was honestly garbage, the dough was disgusting and raw, the chicken was frozen and not even seasoned, which was also garbage, the hollandaise sauce was almost nonexistent, the corn was just corn and the only thing that had any flavor. Pasta was even worse and more disgusting: pre-cooked pasta that had easily been chilling in the fridge for 5-6 days. The pasta stank like I was eating laundry detergent (I think because the oregano was being burned), the tuna was of the worst quality, the sauce wasn't even cooked, just a ready-made sauce poured straight onto a can, and the onion was the size of a 2€ coin. The only thing I liked was that they had cans of Hot Blood iced tea, which is a luxury, but unfortunately not enough to make up for the bad experience. Pizzeria Milano? 0/10.

Delivery man very friendly. Unfortunately, the pizza was crustless :(

I called the restaurant and they weren't interested in delivering the food I ordered. I placed a €20 order, and the restaurant just told me, in their own words, "I don't know." I wouldn't recommend ordering there at all. Unfriendly and rude.

The people who give this restaurant bad reviews have never eaten a pizza in their lives; they should be ashamed of themselves. I ordered two pizzas, pure quality, maximum flavor. If you don't like that, buy it from Dominos and their American pizza with pigeon droppings sauce.

The worst pizza I've ever eaten arrived cold. Secondly, instead of a basil mini tomato pizza, I received a cold pizza (probably frozen from Lidl) that tasted like nothing. No basil and no mini tomatoes on it just a few small tomato slices!! Never again !!! Look at the picture

I've ordered there before and it was okay. The problem was I wanted to order again and I thought so Support your Locals. I order through their website so they don't have to charge any fees. After 1 hour I called there only to be told that the order never arrived. However, I received an order confirmation by email. So I just haven't eaten anything at all. Too bad. :(

Not recommended. The food is very bad, the pizza was burnt. Nobody speaks German on the phone and communication is difficult to understand. Absolutely not worth it.

Complete order was wrong. Food arrived cold. Employees on the phone were totally unfriendly and says the employees don't speak German That's why they couldn't tell you that instead of a Hawaiian pizza without pineapple they would be delivered. He can't arrange for new pizzas or a refund and he didn't really care.

I have no idea what experiences everyone has had here, but I'm ordering from Milano for the fourth time this month and so far I haven't been disappointed with any single order. Delivery time is completely humane, if you order at rush hour you also have to expect delays (which we made up for with the attention of the house) If you want good pizza, you should have it made by Italians, but for the price the Milano pizza is okay.

It's a shame this shop, worse than any frozen pizza, half ended up in the trash, it tastes super mushy like it came from the microwave

The worst pizza I've ever eaten in my life, the dough was shit and the pizza tasted like garbage. I discouraged everyone from eating anything there. I will never eat anything like that again and hope that no one has to endure that again.

By far the worst pizza I have ever eaten in my life. The dough tastes like untoasted white bread, the cheese is like the sole of a shoe and the hollondaise is hardly present. The meal is rounded off with a subtle Eckel feeling, overall a really shitty experience.

I think it's very bad from delivery time is actually not that far but still eating was horrible really ZERO STARS BESTEL ON GUARANTEED NOT AT ALL THE BREAD WAS WARM AND MEAT WAS ONLY STONE 🪨 I ORDERED TWO BURGERS ONE CHESS AND THE OTHER WITH SPICY THEY JUST PUT TABASSCO IN I DIDN'T EAT REALLY A COURSE AND THEN THE MONEY FOR NOTHING COMPLETE WASTE 100% GUARANTEED DO NOT ORDER!!!!!!!!!!

Pizza tastes like it's a few days old and made warm. Pasta zero seasoning and no taste. Side dishes such as onion rings, chilli cheese nuggets and chicken wings were burnt. Disastrous food. If I had read the reviews beforehand I would have left it alone.

Even if the food is really good. Unfortunately the service isn't even worth 1 star. The order was partly wrong. We called and were told it would be taken care of. Waited 45 minutes and unfortunately no longer available since then. So I definitely won't be ordering again after the campaign and won't recommend it to anyone from my family or friends with such crappy service Then we ate the wrong order anyway (chicken baguette) And dry and disgusting as anything!!

The worst pizza I could ever eat in my life is a frozen burnt oak pizza, it's like I'm throwing away money, I will never ask for it in this place again.

Disaster… made 2 pizzas without love and vomited and had diarrhea the next morning. Never again to everyone who reads this don't do something like that to you

Unfortunately, I decided to place an order with this store today. The taste of the pizza is on the same level as a frozen pizza and the cheese used in the tuna pizza tastes disgusting. The pigs delivered are infested with mold, see pictures attached. Our dessert, the chocolate pizza, was also not enjoyable. I recommend trying this pizza.

Enormous waiting times of more than 2 hours and then no apology. Afterwards you have to chase your money. No thanks.

The food was super disgusting! The pizza has a bitter aftertaste and is dripping with oil.. same with the calzone.. never again!

Apparently you can't get away with serious reviews here, so again Did the pizza taste like a frozen pizza? and how much did it take them 2 hours? Questions after questions but I don’t even want to know I wouldn't recommend it to anyone Explanation: Apparently my last comment must have been reported, which is why I like to make a longer comment. The topping on the pizza was rubbery even though it was warm. Plus we had to wait hours and honestly it wasn't worth it

The pizza tastes like it comes from Kaufland. For two euros.

Kleiner Laden , gute Getränke Auswahl. Pizza ist gut belegt und sehr lecker, der Teig ist auf den Punkt durch gebacken. Die Hamburger die es dort gibt sind klasse und lecker . Die Preise sind im normalen Bereich und angemessen. Wer in der Nordstadt in Dortmund eine vernünftige Pizza möchte soll in der Burgholzstr 32 vorbei schauen.
