Unfortunately my visit to this restaurant was a disaster. First of all, the food came way too late, and then one of the orders was wrong. After the wrong dish was replaced, I found a hair in the kofta - absolutely unacceptable! But instead of apologizing, the court simply withdrew without a word. The treatment of customers here is really subterranean. For me one thing is certain: once and never again!

Everything is just great. No matter what I ate (except fıstık kebap, they can't do that) everything was great, great service, very nice atmosphere.

The mixed grill plate didn't taste like anything and the drinks came to the table warm. Very poor value for money and no longer recommended

There were 3 of us. We ordered 1 mixed grill plate for 2, a “spoon salad” (Kasik-Salatasi) and 1x lentil soup. The quantity of meat was adequate, but it arrived cold and was therefore inedible! In my opinion, the soup had nothing to do with a traditional Turkish lentil soup. Overall, the service was OK, but not great. In comparable restaurants in Dortmund you get more quality for a cheaper price. In my opinion the hype of this store is not justified and we are DEFINITELY not coming back.!

I was in the restaurant exactly today (October 3rd, 2024) and everything was a disaster right from the start. First we were taken to the back in a corner, even though there was still a lot of space at the front and it wasn't crowded at all. We waited forever, I asked for candles to be made with the Künefe order because it was my mom's birthday, but the order came without anything. The ice cream came a long time later, our künefe was already cold. We had ordered 2 more teas but they didn't come at all! When the other table ordered tea and received it, I told the staff again and after a very long wait nothing came. I immediately asked for the bill to pay, then an invoice came where a lot of things were wrong! I had the bill canceled and charged again (especially no tea!!). I paid €21.20 for a Künefe with ice cream. That was the biggest mess of my life. If I were in a restaurant of any kind, the service would definitely be much better and the prices would be great! Never again, honestly never again! The money should definitely come out somewhere!!!

I tried to reserve a table for my family on a Sunday, I was told that a reservation on a Sunday is not possible and that I should wait outside the door. On that day it was announced at the door that the group had to show up in full to be allowed to sit at a table. Due to this absurd regulation, my sister had to wait with her 3 year old daughter. An insolence that I have never experienced in any restaurant before. Due to the way the customers are treated, I cannot recommend the restaurant, especially for families.

It was hot, delicious and satisfying. Most importantly, the service was very good. We would especially like to thank Ms. Esma and Ms. Saniye for taking care of our table number 14. They welcome guests as if they were hosting them in their home. "Self-sacrificing, hard-working, devoted employees that operators should reward with bonuses" and "friendly" staff. We would also like to thank the Chief or Personnel Manager for his interest and approach. I express my respects and congratulations to the laborers and laborers. I wish to see you as a manager and a high-earning boss in the future. (I hope our observations and wishes will be taken into account by the operators.)

We booked the wedding dinner there, very good service, food was delicious, ambience, table and outdoor space - everything was well coordinated.

We ate here for the first time about 2 years ago. I would have given 5 stars for everything. Unfortunately, the service that impressed me so much back then can no longer be found. The service staff is still very friendly but the attention is lacking. The space we had yesterday, behind the counter on the inside of the door to the outside terrace, is not visually appealing and too busy. 2 years ago we were able to reserve a table. That is no longer possible today. Since we have a good hour's drive to get there, there is no alternative to waiting outside the door regardless of the weather. We would like to come there more often as the food is really excellent. But for the reasons mentioned above, we only eat there once a year.

I was coming here from Duisburg. I've always had good experiences so far. But we have gone a long way in terms of price, service and quality. Adana Kebab Wrap contains very little meat in very dense dough. You taste more phyllo dough. This is not acceptable. My friend ordered Kashar Pita, and they put it in front of him on a simple kitchen plate, as if throwing it in front of him. It used to come with a beautiful presentation on a wooden plate. The biggest plus for me in advance: the restaurant has backbone! No alcohol is sold and there is even no CocaCola in the range! 👍🏼♥️ The food is okay (the best is the pide), the restaurant itself is really very spacious and chic. The music is often too loud for a pleasant conversation and on some visits there were unhygienic numbers of flies buzzing over the food at the tables. The waiters are the biggest drawback; They are neither particularly friendly nor do they take their time while ordering. Many people don't speak German. It happened to me several times that my order was forgotten. I'm still happy to come support this rare restaurant! 🎈

When we arrived we were told it could take 30-45 minutes to get a seat. We still decided to wait. It actually went faster, so we got a seat after 20 minutes. We ordered our food at 10:20 p.m. After an hour, we were starting to get impatient. We were told it would be soon. So we kept waiting. The shop became more and more empty and manageable, we thought it had to start straight away, as empty as the shop has become. But still nothing came. 2 hours after we ordered, at 00:25, the food finally arrived, which we actually had no appetite for. We actually didn't want to eat anymore and complained to the waiter who brought our food. He said he couldn't help it, he would just bring the food when it was ready. We then asked him to send us a responsible person. Another waitress came who didn't necessarily seem more responsible. She apologized several times, told us that she completely understood us, etc. and said she would like to speak to us at the checkout after we had eaten, that she would want to make it up to us, would want to accommodate us, etc. For this, Since we had to wait two hours for our food, the drinks were on the house (one cola or ayran per person). We hadn't expected this kind of generous accommodation. We were thrilled. Conclusion on the food: Adana Kebap was nothing special, would taste at least as good anywhere else, it's definitely not worth waiting two hours for, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The ambience and location are really nice, but the whole thing is overshadowed by the poor service. We received our food a whopping 2 (!!!) hours after placing our order. It had been announced beforehand that it might take some time, but 2 hours!? I was also told 1.5 hours after ordering that there was no longer any minced lamb with pistachios, so I had to change my order. 10 minutes later I see this exact dish being served one table away. When asked, it was said that this is only served with the mixed grill plate. In the end, they apologized in a tour after they had barely paid any attention to us for 2 hours beforehand and wanted to make it up to the checkout by not having to pay for the drinks. The least would have been to not pay anything. The food is nothing special and tastes just like any other kebab. The minced meat skewer, which was still completely raw, was also a letdown.

5/5 for the staff and ambience, unfortunately the food was average at best. Personally, I don't think the price-performance ratio is justified due to the quality and portion size. It's very nice that you can get there in advance Bread and various Turkish antipasti get a salad, but based on the things mentioned above, I would suggest using the red pencil and investing the saved resources in the quality and size of the food.

I visited this restaurant twice within 2 weeks and had different experiences. On my first visit I was very happy with the food. The meals were tastefully prepared and of good quality. The service was attentive and friendly. Overall a successful evening. Unfortunately, I was disappointed at the second meal with my business partner. The meat dish I ordered was fatty and contained a vein, which significantly detracted from the enjoyment. It's a shame that the quality wasn't kept consistent. Because of the different experiences, I give it 3 out of 5 stars. The restaurant definitely has potential, but needs to work on maintaining quality. I hope that my next visit will be more positive.

Adında künefe yazdığı için yinede sipariş ettim yanında süt çerez ve ikram gelir diye diğer künefe yerleri gibi ama gelemedi ve küçücük çaydan bile para aldılar dişarda 6 Euro olan künefe neden 11 Euro burda . Since it says künefe in its name, I thought it would offer milk and snacks like other places... but it didn't, they even charged me for tea. We ate two kunefe for 25 Euros. 6 euros in other places.
