Huge disappointment. Everything wasn't properly heated, the meat was slightly raw. The taste wasn't good.

Unfortunately, it was a disappointment... despite having space inside, we were repeatedly asked to go outside with our children, and we don't know if we ate our meal or what happened because of the cold. We asked again, but except for a few people who said they were cold, those sitting next to us were seated at the tables inside. It was both unfair and indifferent. We paid so much money, and all we got was freezing. This is not how service should be... I wonder if people only understand when you speak harshly instead of politely.

Moshallo is a super restaurant, there are no words.

One Saturday evening, a group of seven of us went to this restaurant. We were told there were no free tables and that we would have to wait at the entrance. Even though we were the first group in line, several groups of two and three people were let in ahead of us. We didn't say anything and continued waiting. Later, a group of nine people who had arrived after us were even let in before us. When we pointed out that we had been waiting in line for quite some time and that the group of nine had arrived after us, we received the response: "Am I supposed to seat seven people at a table for nine?"

It was my first time there, and the food was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was very cozy. The service was consistently friendly and attentive. We didn't have to wait long for our order at all. It was a very pleasant evening from beginning to end.

Friends, I definitely cannot recommend it; it's not worth your money.

The food was tasty and the restaurant was clean and tidy. However, the wait times were very long – so long that you're almost full before the food arrives. Overall, though, a good restaurant with room for improvement in the service.

Frankly, I didn't expect such a place. Everything was perfect and delicious. We ate a very delicious pita with minced meat. We almost ate our fingers on a stone. It was also very nice. I was very pleased.

I ordered Kuzu Şiş and didn't have to wait long for the food. The service was occasionally a little forgetful, but always very polite. It was one of the best desserts I've ever eaten.

Sent back lukewarm soup, second soup was similar 🤦‍♂️. Ordered a mixed grill. Similar story. The side dish was cold. Two pieces of meat were lukewarm.

They have the intention of forcing us to eat the meat that is not even cooked enough, saying it is cooked, even though we told them it was cooked, sending it back to the table is very rude, far from polite, it is a waste of my time, I do not recommend it to those who go, it will spoil your fun.

The restaurants I've visited in Germany so far haven't charged me as much for tea as this one. There was a bone in the Adana wrap.

The menu items are served solely at the discretion of the restaurant. So, if you request a kebab wrap, they'll use the excuse that they're busy and unfortunately can't make one right now, but for an additional 10 euros, they'll serve you a kebab, or prepare it on a plate. The restaurant's goal isn't to allow customers to choose freely from the menu; they're simply trying to market whichever item they want to sell the most. If you're thinking of recommending it to your friends, think again. Customer satisfaction is zero.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This Turkish restaurant offers truly delicious food with generous portions at fair prices. The service staff is friendly and attentive. With a bit of luck, you'll find a parking space right in front of the door; otherwise, you can easily find a spot on the side street. We had a grill platter for four people – the portion was so large that we couldn't quite finish it! Beforehand, we were served complimentary freshly baked sesame rolls, various dips, and salads. A delicious Turkish tea rounded off the excellent meal perfectly. Highly recommended! 👏

Unfortunately, we were very dissatisfied with the breakfast. The hot dishes, such as the eggs (menemen, etc.) and the fries, were cold and tasteless at all. We were looking forward to a good breakfast, but were very disappointed. That's a real shame and didn't meet the standard we expected. For €18 per person, that's a real shame.

The restaurant is beautifully and comfortably furnished. It looks very inviting and you feel at home here. Plenty of seating is available. A breakfast and lunch buffet are offered here. The service is hospitable, orders are taken quickly, and there aren't long waits for the food to be served. We ordered: - Tavuk Sis with rice - Mixed grill for one person with rice - Homemade ayran, still water The Tavuk Sis was very good. The meat was very juicy, tasty, and well-seasoned. It's a shame there's no tzatziki on the plate. The flatbread as an appetizer was very fresh, warm, and delicious. Unfortunately, the selection on the mixed grill for one person wasn't quite as great; the price isn't justified for the selection and quantity. The lamb was a bit dry, and the meat on the plate was unfortunately not impressive, except for the chicken, which was excellent. Nevertheless, a visit here is worthwhile just for the great atmosphere and because you can sit comfortably and the service is friendly.

Adana was really salty, the bulgur was old, the smell was very strange, the meat was like minced meat. A mini salad for three people wouldn't have tasted good either. The food was not worth it. Never again.

We came from Turkey for business and we saw it by chance. The food is very good, the dessert is very good, the staff is very good, there is nothing negative about it.

We ordered Adana kebab and Adana dürüm – both were very tasty, and the service was also good. The kunefe was also very good. It would have been even better if the Adana kebab were served with a little more flatbread and an onion salad instead of fries; that would have been even better.

The portions were large, but the taste wasn't great. People smoking at the entrance were blocking the door. They started clearing the table as if they were chasing us before we could even get up. I don't think I'll be back.

Best restaurant for me personally. I go there often and it's always perfect! The ambiance/interior design is a 10/10, the service is also between an 8-9/10, and the food is also perfect! There's one small thing I miss, though, and that's the serving trays, but otherwise, it's a real 10/10!

We went to dinner for a birthday and cut a cake. Because the edible glitter from the cake spilled all over us, they charged us an extra €40 on top of our €300 bill. Even though we tipped €30 upfront, the manager insisted on an additional €40 for cleaning. Don't accidentally break any glasses; you might be warned very rudely and asked for money. I don't recommend it at all.

My family and I came here for breakfast this morning. The buffet breakfast, music, and atmosphere were great, and the staff and waiters were very polite and friendly. If you're looking for something good for breakfast in this area, you can definitely go here.

Wow, finally there's a beautiful and cozy grill shop with great taste and high quality... Adana Beyti was great, not comparable to the other restaurants in Dortmund.

We've been customers there for almost two years. Everything was fine at first, but unfortunately, the quality has declined significantly in all areas. Last Saturday, we were there with our guests from Cologne – unfortunately, we regret having invited them. 😒 We ordered Alinazik. It was unappetizing and served carelessly, like a soup, and the lamb was partially raw and bloody. We couldn't finish it. Even though we informed the waiters, we had to pay full price – and they even charged extra for the small black tea. What a shame! It seems we'll have to find a new location now, as we always go home disappointed.

By far the worst service I've experienced in a long time. Despite the restaurant being empty on a Sunday evening, we had to wait about 10 minutes outside the door before we were even allowed in. There was no bread with the meal, and only three small salads were served for nine people. The kunefe arrived after 20 minutes and was still ice cold. When we asked about it, we received only a curt "Okay." The drink service was also disappointing: All nine drinks were placed in front of the first person, and the waiter disappeared instead of handing out glasses. We asked for glasses – we didn't get any. We asked for more bread – we didn't get any. If guests have to wait outside, they should at least be able to expect good service inside. Our group is certain: We will unfortunately not be visiting this restaurant again.

Truly one of the best Turkish restaurants in Dortmund by far. The food (meat) is delicious, the ambiance is lovely, and the service is good. The kunefes are especially delicious for dessert. Nevertheless, the parking situation isn't great there, and you can sometimes wait 10-15 minutes for a table.

Yesterday, we went to Selçuklu Künefe in Hatay. Initially, we ordered only pita because the prices were quite high. Unfortunately, the pita was a disappointment. Normally, the pita is slightly crispy on the edges and well-baked on the bottom; however, it arrived soft, oily, and almost doughy, and the meat was flavorless. Neither salad nor appetizers came with it; we requested one later. The appetizer was brought later, without our request, so we thought it was free, but it was added to the bill. The künefe also arrived very late, so late that we just wanted to finish it instead of enjoying it. On top of all that, the bill came to €77, and when we checked later, we realized we'd been charged €8 more. Overall, the service was poor, the food was mediocre, and the price/performance ratio was definitely unbalanced. I don't recommend it. I hope the establishment takes these comments into consideration and improves.

My biggest challenge on my first trip to Germany was figuring out where and how to eat halal, reliable food. I came across Selçuklu Restaurant through reviews and hearsay. It was definitely the right place. I couldn't eat anywhere else except Selçuklu Restaurant. Despite staying at a decent hotel, I traveled miles just to enjoy the open buffet breakfast and dinner. Unfortunately, the portions were tiny. Some of the pieces of meat were burnt. The quality of the meat was below average. The classic Turkish çay had been cooked for too long, which was unfortunately noticeable. Therefore, I cannot recommend it.

Not a hit! Some opinions from our group: Turkish pizza tastes very good. The Tavuk Sis portion is large, but the flavor isn't that great and the slices are too big. The portion of fries is too small, and there's not much choice for children. We were a large group, and some barely ate anything. Unfortunately, there was a lot left on their plates :( What a shame!

It is a 5 star restaurant for family dining in terms of atmosphere but it is a restaurant that falls short in terms of service. I ordered from the restaurant but unfortunately I was quite disturbed by the smell. The cook and waiters need to be changed completely.👍🏻👍🏻 Apart from this issue, it is expensive unfortunately.

We were there by chance and spontaneously. Since there was a wait for the à la carte menu, we were asked if we wanted to eat from the breakfast/lunch buffet. (Arrived around 1:00 p.m.). We opted for the extensive buffet and a seat in the quiet annex. The restaurant is clean. The surfaces at the buffet were wiped down frequently, so minor spoon spills were immediately undone. The staff is very friendly and quick. The food was very, very tasty! There were savory and sweet, cold and hot dishes. Refills were prompt. The meat in the display for the à la carte dishes looked fantastic and tempting! If the walk weren't so far, we would definitely come back! The price for the buffet is absolutely fair! What I would have liked would have been labeling of the dishes, ideally including allergens. But perhaps that's not even necessary for connoisseurs... Absolutely a thumbs up!

What a fiasco! Selçuklu Hatay Künefe has become a place that is definitely not preferred anymore, and should not even be passed by. This restaurant that we used to love to come to is now a complete disgrace. We ordered Adana kebab and chicken shish. The portions have become ridiculously small, there is no taste, no care. Adana kebab was not fully cooked, and the peppers were burnt like coal. Despite this poor quality and carelessness, we paid a high bill. We were literally disgraced with our money. However, the biggest scandal was about hygiene! The restaurant was full of flies. There were at least 15 flies on our table. We could not relax during the meal. A dead fly came out of the salad! It was either directly in it or one of the flies on the table fell into it and died. Hygiene is zero. This is an unacceptable situation. When we told the waiters, we got the answer “everywhere is the same, there is nothing to do”. In other words, flies are the general condition of the restaurant! It was also clearly stated that no pesticide was applied. This restaurant has either changed hands or has surrendered to a mentality that does not care about the customer. No service, no taste, no hygiene. Everything is a disaster. Serving food in this environment is clearly playing with human health. Definitely do not go! Do not throw your health and money away. It is scandalous that such a place is even open.

We waited an hour and a half for the food to arrive. The food wasn't cooked all the way through, and no server made any effort to fix the problem. This is a place whose quality and service decline with increasing popularity.

We went for the open buffet breakfast. We really enjoyed the Hatay palate. Everything was delicious, especially the pastries. The staff was attentive and friendly. The place is also stylish and comfortable. My wife got lamb chops. The service was fast, the meat was delicious. The service was plentiful. I recommend it.

We ordered kunefe for 4 people. We waited for the waiter for about 10 minutes. We waited for the kunefe for about 25 minutes. I think this waiting time is too long for such a place. There was no big crowd in the evening. Frankly, this affected my score the most. Kunefe was standard. Since I have eaten better ones, kunefe seemed average to me. I can say that the price is normal for such a place. The place is nice but the music is too loud. When you add the people's voices, it becomes a crowded noise. We could barely hear each other at the table. The waiters were very polite and polite. Thanks for everything though 🧡

The waiters are insufficient and they cannot get everywhere, there is no organization among them. Everything comes either too late or out of place. The kellepaça soup we drank was not cleaned well, if you say kunefe, it was a complete DISAPPOINTMENT. The only thing we liked was the consistency of the meat and the ambience of the restaurant. We went for the first time and we did not like it at all, the price was high, the service was low.
