A real lucky find! We happened to pass the Waldschänke while hiking and stopped by spontaneously. The atmosphere is extraordinary, really a special restaurant and there are little details to discover in every corner. The menu sounded exceptional and our dishes were equally exceptionally delicious! We'll be back, I definitely have to try the desserts :)

As soon as you enter the restaurant you can feel the inviting atmosphere, which is underlined by the tasteful and stylish ambience. The brunch buffet was a real highlight. It was not only extensive, but also rich, so there was really something for every taste. From fresh rolls to a selection of cheese and cold cuts to warm dishes and delicious desserts - everything your heart could desire was there. The quality and freshness of the food on offer was particularly impressive. The ambience in Lammers is simply great. The furnishings are cozy at the same time, which makes the stay very pleasant. You immediately feel comfortable and can enjoy brunch to the fullest. The service was also top – friendly, attentive and always making sure that the guests didn’t miss anything. All in all, our visit to Lammers Esskultur & mehr was a completely successful experience. We can't wait to come back and be pampered again by the great atmosphere and delicious food. An absolute insider tip for anyone who wants to have brunch in Melle!

We celebrated our wedding here and were more than thrilled by the charm of the hall. Only the location is rented. You have to take care of catering etc. yourself. The owner is very helpful and friendly. Implements wishes regarding seating, also takes care of drinks and, if desired, covers, etc. Price performance fits here 100%.

Somewhat bad acoustics due to all the plastic chairs and glass tables. But otherwise very nice and spacious.

Good restaurant with nice staff and live music

Every time we order, be it with the company or privately, the food is almost cold and the special requests such as spicy powder are rarely taken into account. The food itself tastes good but you should put more energy into the service. And the most important thing is that the food arrives hot or very warm to the customer.
