Einfach nur PERFEKT Wir waren zum ersten mal hier. Schon das Ambiente und die herzliche Begrüßung haben uns verzaubert. Champagner in mundgeblasenen wunderschönen Gläsern ist in anderen Restaurants eher selten. Aber hier spiegelt sich der Gastgeberpaar Julia und Tobias Lohrengel wieder. Es ist spürbar… diese zwei wundervollen Menschen lieben ihren Beruf, und sind glücklich wenn der Gast zufrieden ist. Das Essen ist mehr als perfekt. Ich hätte gerne persönlich der Küche meinen Dank ausgesprochen. Mache ich beim nächsten mal. Und die Weinauswshl ist legendär. Herzlichen Dank für dieses wunderbare Erlebnis. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

The two of us enjoyed breakfast in the North Pole on Sunday. Everything is very fresh and tasty, the service is very friendly and attentive. It's best to call in advance and reserve a table, the restaurant is busy, which doesn't surprise me 😇 Highly recommended.

Not recommended! We were passing through on Sunday (March 9th, 2025) and visited this restaurant because we didn't want fast food. Unfortunately that was a mistake. As soon as we entered, we noticed an unpleasant smell, probably due to years of smoking in the interior. We were led into a separate room, which seemed cool but still pleasant. The service was mainly carried out by a friendly man, but he appeared to be very drunk. In addition, nothing was asked when ordering - I ordered a rump steak without even having the option of choosing how I wanted it. My friends chose cordon bleu and a pinsa. The drinks came quickly, but my friend's beer was one of the worst he's ever had - warm, too. The food took an extremely long time to arrive, even though the restaurant wasn't particularly full. After more than an hour we asked and were assured that it would “come soon”. After another wait, the food was finally served - but with further disappointments: my rump steak was replaced with another piece of meat, my friend's fries were neither cooked through nor salted, and the salad was almost inedibly salty. The only positive exception was the pinsa, which actually tasted good. Overall, a disappointing experience that we will not repeat again. We strongly advise against a visit!

Nice restaurant, with good facilities and helpful staff. I was received quite well and was very attuned to the atmosphere. The food made my taste buds explode. I recommend this wonderful restaurant and can only recommend it to you. Best regards Fardin

It often seems implausible to write “best schnitzel in the city”, but here it is actually true. Wild mushroom cream, croquettes, salad, schnitzel, simply first class. My belly button smiled.

I've never eaten so badly. What are they researching, how to throw up in the toilet. That doesn't work at all. 1st day Königsberger Klopse. Salting. Yes, how do you make vegan food tasty? It's clear. Day 2 Rice, roasted cauliflower, chickpeas, carrot salad and an indefinable sauce. How you can go so wrong with a simple carrot dish is a mystery to me. Service is nice, but it has as much to do with gastronomy as a rooster has to do with laying eggs. Namely, nothing. Some were already finished and left, but the “food” still wasn’t there. You can't call it food, more like an attempt to keep the water from burning. Zero stars 🌟

A wonderful restaurant with fantastic cuisine. We had the anchovies as a starter and the black risotto with seafood and fish fillet as a main course. The fish was fresh and a generous portion. The Croatian wine paired perfectly. The service was friendly and very attentive. Highly recommended!
