I've never eaten so badly. What are they researching, how to throw up in the toilet. That doesn't work at all. 1st day Königsberger Klopse. Salting. Yes, how do you make vegan food tasty? It's clear. Day 2 Rice, roasted cauliflower, chickpeas, carrot salad and an indefinable sauce. How you can go so wrong with a simple carrot dish is a mystery to me. Service is nice, but it has as much to do with gastronomy as a rooster has to do with laying eggs. Namely, nothing. Some were already finished and left, but the “food” still wasn’t there. You can't call it food, more like an attempt to keep the water from burning. Zero stars 🌟

The location for the research cafeteria is a great choice. You can look out of the window onto the bustling campus of the University of Kassel, but it's not too far into the campus to feel intimidating. We registered as a group and were able to choose from two vegetarian meals. I had a mixed mezze plate, and it was delicious. I really liked the drinks selection, as they had a wide selection and many different flavors. I thought the decor of the room was very nice. It had a certain clean look, but the lighting also made it very cozy. Accordingly, I would like to go again.

Varied lunch, freshly prepared every day. Almost always vegan or vegetarian, but also just vegetarian or omni.

Very tidy and yet comfortable. Not only organic and regional but also well cooked, fried, deep fried... There are usually two dishes, so it's worth taking a look at the menu before you consider a long journey. ;) The people are friendly and relaxed.

Very friendly staff, good food and a nice atmosphere. What more do you want?
