Fully satisfied was really good

Unfortunately the visit was not convincing. The baguette was too dry and the wait to order was quite long. The cutlery could also have been cleaner. Overall not recommended.

Super friendly staff and incredibly delicious pasta

We were looking forward to a lovely evening with six people, but unfortunately our expectations were disappointed. The food was staggered and the main courses came at the same time as the starters, so the main course was cold. When I mentioned this to the boss, he reacted very unprofessionally and said that something like this was normal in the catering industry. It is absolutely unprofessional how paying guests are treated here. The customer is definitely not king in this restaurant.

There is currently a large construction site all along the street surrounding the cafe/restaurant. (Attention: few free parking spaces in the immediate vicinity). The construction noise makes it a bit uncomfortable outside. Otherwise, it's nice to sit under beautiful, large trees, in the shade in the morning. Very pleasant! The service staff are very attentive and friendly and not intrusive. Our breakfast came to the table pretty quickly, fresh and tasty. But the store was only ¼ full. Some of the fruits on the plate were rather bland to mealy. The requirements for the rolls and the rolls themselves were completely fine. Total The facility is a bit old but still OK. The toilets were clean and not disgusting (as is the case in some places). There is a changing table under the stairs, accessible to all guardians, outside the toilet rooms. The breakfast variations are priced between approx. 7-15€. A hot drink then costs another €3-5. We had a leisurely breakfast for about €40 for two and spent two hours there. Gladly again!

The food was super delicious. We tried several dishes and everything was very tasty. The service was very nice and took our special requests into consideration very lovingly. The atmosphere is very nice and cozy. The prices are reasonable for today's times. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely eat there more often.

In the North Pole you can have a very cheap and good breakfast. The ambience is simple but solid.

So I have to say the shop can only be recommended, the breakfast was very tasty and the nice and helpful employees were also great. It also has a good price-performance ratio and you pay €13, you really get a lot. I can only recommend it and I have to say when it comes to breakfast I can only recommend the Westerland.

Unfortunately our online reservation was overlooked. After 15 minutes we were given a table for 6 people. Breakfast was great as always, but it took a long time to be able to place an order and no one came to take another order.

We come for breakfast once a month with up to eight men. Almost everyone orders something different. It tastes very good and everything looks delicious and fresh. Price/performance is good. A very nice owner with a good service crew looks after his guests. We enjoy coming here and can only recommend it.

On March 16th d.J. At around 11 o'clock it was raining heavily and right in the middle of the staircase the water was running down, so I wanted to pass to the right but my crutches slipped on the wooden floor and I was lying there, if guests hadn't come from inside and helped me with one leg If I had, I would probably still be lying there... there was no one of the staff there, only one was standing in front of the entrance door and staring at me... Unfortunately, there was no jam at breakfast. therefore only 3 stars....

Café Nordpol is always worth a visit! The breakfast is fantastic and the service is great! I have been to the North Pole many times and always enjoy going there!

The extensive breakfast and also generous individual portions satisfy your hunger excessively and deliciously. The ambience, the atmosphere with unobtrusive, varied music, the friendly service that does not allow for unnecessary waiting times for all sorts of matters. All in one, a successful composition of enjoyment and comfort. Always happy to come back.

It is rather rare that it snows at the North Pole and that the snow stays there, because there is almost never snow in the northern part of the city. But when we visited the North Pole today, it snowed and the snow stayed put. 😉 The Café Nordpol in Nordstadt is a very good restaurant in Kassel. The service is outstanding! 👍 Friendly, attentive and fast service, as well as very moderate prices. Not only is the portion size fantastic here, the side dishes are also very nutritious and varied. There were only 2 very small points of criticism as to why the food here "only" got 4 stars... The croissants were fresh, but unfortunately not as fluffy as they should be. And the banana pieces still had 2 threads on them. More attention could be paid to this. There were two of us there. There were enough seats and we felt comfortable the whole time. The drinks are great, the side dishes are fantastic, the service staff is super nice and attentive. A place where you would like to spend your lunch break and also with a laptop from the university. Breakfast is served here until 3 p.m. and the opening times are extremely customer-friendly. But even the little things stand out here: perfect salt shakers, very good pepper shakers, exactly how you want them. Everything is clean, the food is delicious. Only the butter could be a little more in relation to the sufficient amount of bread, toast and rolls. You can get here easily with 16 euros. You get very full and are satisfied. The ambience is good and modern. Comfort at least 4 out of 5 stars. I think it's even more comfortable here in the evening. I can only praise this cafe from the bottom of my heart. It was a recommendation that I followed today and I can definitely imagine going here again. A lot of choice for a café. 👍

Hier stimmt alles, vom Angebot über Service bis Preis/Leistung. Wer in Kassel ist sollte auf jeden Fall hier rasten.

Wir haben einen schönen Abend dort verbracht. Das Essen war sehr lecker und die Speisekarte sehr vielfältig. Es ist für jeden etwas dabei. Die Bedienungen waren sehr aufmerksam und immer freundlich. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder.

Das Essen ist geschmacklich und portionsmäßig gut, aber die jetzigen neuen Preise sind nicht gerechtfertigt und nicht mehr zu bezahlen. Die Erhöhung ist bei vielen Gerichten weit mehr als die 12% der Mehrwertsteuererhöhung. Sehr enttäuschend, hätten wir nicht gedacht.

Nette und zuvorkommende Bedienung. Lockere Atmosphäre. Frisch zubereitetes Essen in überschaubaren Portionen. Kostenfreie Parkplätze an der Straße. Gut besucht am Dienstag Abend - also besser vorbestellen.

Wir kennen das Café Nordpol schon über 20 Jahre. Wir wohnen nicht mehr in Kassel, sind aber in unregelmäßigen Abständen immer mal wieder da. Die Qualität und Frische der Speisen ist nach wie vor sehr gut. Das Ganze schön angerichtet schmeckt es noch besser. Preis/Leistung stimmt und der Service ist TOP! Wir haben schon einiges getestet, aber für uns gibt es kein besseres Frühstück.

Das Café hat eine ruhige und angenehme Atmosphäre und Einrichtung. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es gibt eine große Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken. Ich habe nichts auszusetzen und kann es nur empfehlen.

Es war ganz gut aber nix wirklich besondetes. Die Lage ist ganz schön. Die Straße und alles drum rum. Schöne Umgebung. Das essen war lecker aber nicht berühmt...alles in allem ein schöner abend ber nächstes msl wieder wo anders...

Das Nordpol ist eine Institution. Hier kann man nett Frühstücken, Kaffee trinken oder Abendessen. Der junge Mann vom Service total aufmerksam und nett. Das Essen sehr lecker.

Service war gut. Wartezeit aufs Essen war in Ordnung. Essen ist schön angerichtet gewesen. Ich hatte Medaillons, die haben sehr gut geschmeckt. Mein Freund hatte das hessische Schmandschnitzel, die Sosse war da leider etwas lasch. Portionen waren gross

Bombe Frühstück, reichliche Portion, nette Bedienung, gemütliches Ambiente.

Was soll ich sagen? Dieses Café sticht beim Frühstück wirklich heraus. Alles war üppig, frisch und schmackhaft. Die Garnierung und Ausrichtung vom Teller wurde mit Liebe zum Detail hergerichtet. Die Ambiente ist schön und die Musik im Hintergrund passte auch. Die Bedienung war nett und höflich. Rundherum ein gelungenes Konzept. Wir kommen wieder.

The food and atmosphere is pretty good. Although the waitress was so nice but she brought the wrong food, and instead of pork it was chicken and I am looking forward to getting better service next time.

Das Café ist recht schlicht eingerichtet. Die Wartezeit war schon sehr lange, aber da alles frisch gemacht wird und wirklich viel los war, war es OK. Ich hätte mir bei den Frühstücksvariationen etwas mehr pfiff gewünscht zum Beispiel Bacon, kleine Würstchen oder gebratenes Sucuck. Alles in allem war es aber Recht lecker und die Portionen mehr als ausreichend. Wir hatten die Platte für 2 Pers und extra Rührei dazu.

Eigentlich gibt es fast nichts zu meckern. Das Essen ist super und die Angestellten nett und flott. Lediglich diese extreme Geräuschkulisse ist echt furchtbar.

Preis Leistung super. Waren schon oft hier zum Brunch. Menü Westerland mit Lachs ist unser Favorit.

Ein entdeckenwertes Café neben der Uni. Zu schade, um da nur vorbei zu laufen. Damit ist eigentlich das Wesentliche gesagt.

Also das Beste: Sehr freundliches Personal, daher 4 Punkte! Das Essen war okay, aber der Spargel für meinen Geschmack zu bissfest. Der Roséwein, den wir dazu hatten, war zwar kühl, jedoch zu warm für unseren Geschmack.

Sehr schönes Ambiente und gutes Essen. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist angemessen, hängt wahrscheinlich auch mit der Uni Nähe zusammen. Der Service hätte etwas besser sein können, aber es war zwischenzeitlich auch sehr gut besucht da hat der junge Mann etwas den Überblick verloren. Wir werden auf alle Fälle wieder dort essen.

Ich kann nicht sagen wie oft wir schon im "Nordpol" waren, sei es zum Frühstück oder zum Mittag-Abendessen. Heute waren wir endlich mal wieder zum Abendessen da, schön auf der Terrasse vor dem Lokal und, was soll ich sagen: es war wieder suuuuperlecker 😊 Dazu der sehr netten und aufmerksame Service, DANKE, und bis ganz bald 👍👍👍

Aufgrund der vielen guten Bewertungen waren unsere Erwartungen vielleicht zu hoch. Die Qualität der Speisen war eher durchschnittlich, Kochschinken, Salami, Putenbrust und der zusätzlich bestellte Käse (2,50€ sehr einfallslos) waren wie aus den eingeschweißten Packungen vom Discounter, der Lachs und die Waffel waren gut, die Brötchen leider nicht knackig und frisch. Die Dame, die uns bedient hat, war zwar freundlich, hatte jedoch die meiste Zeit die Maske unter der Nase. Das vermittelt in Omikron Zeiten nicht so ein sicheres Gefühl, insbesondere wenn Abstände nicht eingehalten werden können.

Alles war wie immer Top :-) Speisen sehr Lecker - immer frisch, Frühstück sowieso Schöne Getränkeauswahl

Wir waren zu viert zweimal zum Abendessen dort. Es lag in der Nähe unseres Hotels und nach der ersten guten Erfahrung sind wir daher auch noch ein zweites mal hin. Die Bedienungen waren sehr freundlich. Die Karte ist vielfältig, das Essen schmackhaft, die Portionen ziemlich groß und das alles zu moderaten Preisen. Das Cafe liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße und bietet Plätze innen und außen. Uns hat's gefallen!

土曜の午前に訪問しましたが、カフェの店内、外のテラス席ともに、沢山のお客がいました。ほとんどの人が、朝食のメニューを食べ に来ていたようです。12時以降は、温かいメニューも注文でき、値段も手ごろで利用しやすいです。

Ob zum Frühstück oder Mittagessen - wir kommen regelmäßig her und wurden noch nie enttäuscht! Handfestes Essen, freundliche Bedienung in quirliger Atmosphäre - das ist bekannt und deshalb unbedingt Tisch bestellen.

Really nice place to breakfast - but not alone! There is a lot of options of breakfast, but in my opinion most of them is for more then one person. The menu is quite diverse and it has also many options to lunch, which I have never tasted.

Found this restaurant for breakfast on trip advisor. We went there early on a Sunday morning and it was empty but very quickly was extremely full. Would advise to book. Great choice of breakfasts and cost around 10 EUR with coffee/tea. Very friendly. Only downside is that there is area for smokers which was enclosed with glass but the door was kept open. It did not bother us as there didn't appear to be anyone smoking but it could become unpleasant. Would definitely return.

Love the bread, if you want a boiled egg, please specify, 4 minutes, etc, but otherwise, great, coffee was normal, not great, but very nice atmosphere, and great service

For more than a year, I used to live just in front of this place, that I can see it from my room, despite the fact that I was using their wifi in the first 2 weeks when I moved on, the service and food were really delicious, the waiters are super friendly, it even has smoking place indoors (of course separated that non smokers). definitely recommended
