Unfortunately only slept there one night. The room was spotlessly clean, the bathroom was large and the beds were fantastic. You can have dinner in the Lindenschänke, which is right in the neighborhood. The breakfast in Askania leaves nothing to be desired, rolls are from the bakery, everything is sufficiently available. The innkeepers are attentive, polite and accommodating. Gladly again 👍👍

A really great holiday park and always an experience for our children every day in the playground, the food, the petting zoo (big thanks to the young, super friendly staff) and the spacious rooms. We felt very comfortable in the park and the restaurants. All employees were very friendly throughout.

It was really a great experience. The food was authentic and the atmosphere was really pleasant. I would like to come back.

Dinner: 2/5 tastes like bagged food - not at all like fresh and home-cooked Room: 4/5 okay in terms of space. Hotel room. We had the family room. Hygiene: 3/5 The normal bed was moved a bit due to the extra bed, okay. Then it should also be cleaned there. There was popcorn on the floor, crumbs of no idea what. Bathroom: 3/5 yes, it is small and the showers are an absolute disaster. Bathroom is flooded with water after showering because the doors don't close properly, so you snake out like a snake. Neither hairdryer worked. Otherwise it was sufficient. Breakfast: 5/5 everything you need, everything your heart desires. Staff: friendly, very slow at the bar. Sometimes we waited 20 minutes for a drink Okay for 2 nights, but I wouldn't spend a week there

So, you should always report something positive first. The call with the reservation today went great! A nice male voice reserved table six (with a view of the lake) for four people at 5 p.m. We were there on time. At the entrance there is a notice from us that we have reserved (table 6). However, this probably also applied to other guests. I met them at the table and after a short conversation I wished the guests a nice evening and had someone else assigned to us. Assignment meant literally. With a finger pointing in the direction. Unfortunately, when I went there I found out that there were no seats! I then got a fourth chair from the nice table next door. After that there was a crack!! A waitress asked why we sat there? We explained that we had a reservation, but that didn't work out and were now sent here. His reaction was “I can’t do anything about it now”. Then we sat there. No service, no menu and no attention at all!!! We didn't sit with a view of the lake, but we had a great view of the parking lot and the dining room (sitting around for almost 20 minutes). During this time, 2 waitresses were running around, 3 tables were “supplied” with drinks and 2 with food. Then there was a bit of clearing up. Sometimes 3 plates and an empty glass or even less! But there couldn't have been a lack of work, because the table next to us was still full of empty plates and glasses (incidentally, it had already been there for 15 minutes). In short, as guests we have never felt so unwelcome and disrespected (this sometimes goes on in the hotel's beer garden). I/we are Templiners. It was my first time there because I was advised against it. Now I've experienced it. Is wasted time. I would be happy to receive a constructive response from the hotel. That's definitely not how it works!!!! That was just the short form of a 20 minute experience!! Every star given for today is an insult to every other well-run dining establishment.

Was here with my family, the service is nice and helpful. The food is super duper, everything is prepared fresh and crunchy... my recommendation: stuffed chicken breast😉 al dente, crunchy vegetables and super tender chicken breast. Simply great
