The food was delicious, the Postheimschnitzel was highly recommended and the dessert (fried vanilla ice cream) was simply amazing. The service was also great and quick...thank you very much

Very very tasty!!! The mango flammi was super delicious!!! And the edge is millimeter thin and crispy. Drinks quickly and well chilled. Next time we will need cutlery, which can be brought upon request. The restaurant is beautifully decorated. We'll be back!!!

Unfortunately only slept there one night. The room was spotlessly clean, the bathroom was large and the beds were fantastic. You can have dinner in the Lindenschänke, which is right in the neighborhood. The breakfast in Askania leaves nothing to be desired, rolls are from the bakery, everything is sufficiently available. The innkeepers are attentive, polite and accommodating. Gladly again 👍👍

Unfortunately, our stay at the holiday park was overshadowed by several unpleasant experiences. In our holiday accommodation we discovered a silverfish in the bed of the second bedroom, which meant that this room could not be used. We also found more silverfish on the wall in the bedroom, living room and utility room. We reported this to reception the next day. The lady at the reception kindly offered me a room change, but we declined due to our short stay (only one more night) and the additional inconveniences of moving. Instead, I expressed that we would leave an honest Google review to let future guests know about our experience. Unfortunately, this was received very negatively at reception. Two employees reacted verbally with derogatory, unprofessional comments that made it clear that they understood our criticism as an attack on the holiday park. This meant that objective communication to solve the problem was no longer possible. The inability to criticize is also clearly reflected in the holiday park's responses to the bad reviews here. Instead of understanding or a further solution, I was told several times that such an assessment would harm the holiday park and that everything in the park was expensive. I would like to make it clear that my intention was not to intentionally harm the holiday park. Reviews are an important tool for many travelers to get an idea in advance - and that was exactly my goal. Summary: the holiday park may otherwise be fine, but the way we dealt with our legitimate criticism and the lack of professionalism in dealing with complaints left an extremely negative impression. We hope that the feedback will help us improve the way we deal with guest complaints in the future.
