Very good canteen. Ideal place to grab something to eat during your lunch break. There are several restaurants inside where everyone will find what they are looking for, from pizza and pasta to meat dishes and vegetarian. The prices are between 4-6 euros, very humane for a canteen with the quality of the food. There are outside and inside areas to sit.

Unfortunately, on both of our visits to Ignatz, we were completely ignored by the wait staff present. This despite the fact that 8 people were working in service. Like the first time, we left after 20 minutes of unsuccessful attempts to order. Fortunately, the HerzoBar is located below the Ignatz, where we were served promptly, in a friendly and courteous manner. So it turned out to be a nice evening after all.

It is unimaginable that an industrial site does not have a rail connection. The hotel is clean and functional. Without breakfast it was ok.

Very good food. It was really delicious 😋 very friendly waiter.

I have been a couple of times and everything has always been great. They usually have nice jazz music playing and the service is quick. I would recommend it to anyone.

Although there was little going on on a Wednesday evening, it took 1.5 hours for the food to be served. My pepper carp was very well peppered, others in our group complained about over-salted carp. Generally speaking, no one really enjoyed the meal. There was also no apology for the long waiting time or that the landlord had offered an espresso or something similar. Despite the thirst and empty glasses, the innkeeper took his time. We had to call for him to come and pick up the drinks. Almost as if he wanted to call it a day...

The food and the atmosphere is nice however the service done by a lady with black hair who’s short was very unfriendly with a bad attitude. This wasn’t a first experience where she would act that way as I do come over every now and then but that server was a no go. No smile at all, looking at you with an attitude. Even with the smallest request. I also saw how she treated other puma employees which was not great! Definitely need better lessons at customer service! The foods are delicious however it is pricey so get ready to spend a huge amount just for a small sandwich (around 6€)
