Unfortunately due to the epidemic only call & collect. Food and side dishes were very tasty.

JUST GREAT!!! Absolutely recommended: loin crispy on the outside and to the point on the inside - spaetzle great - delicious Calvados sauce - salad fresh with fruity dressing - porcini mushroom soup creamy and tasty - all staff very friendly and accommodating - prices really moderate, would pay more for such good cuisine pay 😉

They cheated me out of 42 euros. Wanted to cancel a Lieferando order, called hours before delivery. The operator was allegedly technically unable to do this. It was agreed that I could request delivery a few days later. Since then I haven't been able to reach anyone there and it's now permanently closed. Thank you very much too!

I ended up here by chance. What joy. Found a place by chance. Food great, service honestly friendly. Authentic historical ambience.

Great hotel, attentive, friendly and helpful people work there. There is a delicious breakfast, including vegan products. People like to address food intolerances. A small but nice wellness and fitness area, very well maintained. The hotel is located right next to the spa park and the city center. We had booked a small room, but due to the hallway that was spacious and led to the large daylight bathroom, it was very large, almost like an apartment. Room cleaning is done on request, bathrobes and sauna towels are available free of charge at reception upon request.

Very nice view over Bad Kissingen, very nice staff and the flatbreads are excellent. The only thing you could do is lend a hand ✋ to the inventory.

We arrived a little late, but were well received by a very competent waiter, delicious food, with good dessert, good service and quiet in the restaurant.

05.01.25, 6.30 p.m We took a special exit from the A7 motorway. An old inn like we remember from childhood memories. Desired food: Breaded schnitzel (Viennese style) didn't exist, but... Food I.: 1x sauerkraut, potato dumplings, breaded cutlet (would have needed another two minutes to be fully cooked). Still tastes very good. Food II.: 1x sauerkraut, fries, chanterelle sauce, breaded cutlet (it would have taken another two minutes to cook completely) Still very tasty. Food placed somewhat carelessly on the plate. -Friendly service -Friendly locals who sat around the regulars' tables and greeted and said goodbye - Cook could do something look friendlier. Saying good evening with a smile on your face would be more fashionable. - Price/performance fits.

Waited far too long and the food was disgusting

Food was good but the handling and noise level behind the counter was subpar. The way the “management” dealt with the pitiful staff was catastrophic. Actually nicely decorated but under the circumstances you can't give more stars for the ambience!
