Aparthotel Hohenzollern in Bad Kissingen

The check-in process went smoothly (email regarding the small safe by the entrance door with keys, cards, etc.), the rooms are spacious and appeared clean. Unfortunately, they are quite dated (50+), and the toilet and bathroom have already been renovated. The overgrown entrance area gave my wife quite a hard time, as there were some very large spiders there. Unfortunately, the website is only partially up to date; breakfast is currently NOT offered because they are looking for a new tenant for the restaurant. You only find out about this in advance if you read on under "Restaurant," otherwise, when booking, you are left with the assumption that you can also have breakfast there.

My wife and I were on a short trip to Bad Kissingen with our granddaughter and stayed at the Aparthotel Hohenzollern. Excellent service, a clean apartment, bread roll service, and very friendly staff. We were very satisfied and would recommend the hotel. We would gladly stay again.

Moderately clean, light broken, noisy street

I travelled to Bad Kissingen last year as part of a national education project, and I was very happy with this hotel. I shared my room with two friends, and even the sofa bed was very comfortable! Everything was spotlessly clean, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was varied and excellent, and the prices were reasonable. I was also pleasantly surprised that the waitress spoke Croatian. All in all, I think this hotel is the perfect choice for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday in such a wonderful town. I would highly recommend it!

The reception staff were friendly, but the rooms are a bit dim depending on their location, so you need neon lighting even during the day. The bathrooms need updating. The location is very convenient, close to the train station. The Wi-Fi in the hotel is unstable, no matter which floor. The attached restaurant is smelly and inaudible if you close the windows quickly enough. We liked it.

We stayed for three nights in a newly renovated apartment and felt very comfortable. We didn't miss anything: the beds were super comfortable, the balcony faced the back, and it was quiet. We were given a parking permit for our stay that allowed us to park quite close to the hotel. Everything was within walking distance. We received a friendly welcome and farewell. You can enjoy peaceful days here.

We took a short trip and had nothing to complain about. Everything you needed was there. We were 5 people and finding a hotel is not easy. We were very pleased that we were all housed in one room and that everyone still had their own retreat. You could go in and out quietly, it's a very quiet hotel and it was also very pleasant. We found the price-performance ratio to be great. Especially since all other hotels were significantly more expensive. We had a lovely weekend and left happy and satisfied.

The staff is very nice. We booked a room for 4 people and unfortunately it was only prepared for 2 people. After we asked, someone else came and prepared the sofa bed for us and brought towels. In general, we found it a bit too expensive for a shared room (72 euros per couple). We had planned breakfast there and asked the evening before whether we needed to make a reservation. (You didn't have to). After checking out at 10 a.m. on New Year's Day (which was also a little early for us) we wanted to go to the restaurant and we didn't get anything. According to the lady, breakfast is only available until 11 and yet we were sent away again at 10.30 a.m. We then spontaneously had to look for something in the city... Check in was super easy with a safe in front of the apartments even when the reception was no longer manned.

I have just been a guest in this beautiful apartment hotel twice in quick succession for several days in different room sizes and felt very comfortable there. Always very clean and well maintained, only the shower could use a little more water pressure and temperature stability. The beds are great, a radio alarm clock is provided. The kitchenette is really very well equipped, even with a dishwasher and microwave, depending on the size of the room. I booked without breakfast. If you like it quiet, you should book towards the back, as the street side is often busy in the evenings/nights. Bicycle boxes are new, so even expensive e-bikes are in good hands and not too expensive at EUR 2 per night. Guests receive a parking permit for their car, which allows them to park nearby free of charge. The location is ideal, directly opposite the Saale Clinic, very close to the spa park and within walking distance of the city center. Customer requests are responded to in a very friendly manner. I would stay here again at any time, the price-performance ratio is unbeatable for Bad Kissingen!

Gutes sauberes hotel ,alles sehr sauber , sehr nettes Personal, Zimmer sehr groß, gutes Frühstück auch frisch gemachte Eier auf Wunsch gerne wieder .auch nicht weit vom Zentrum entfernt ca 700 Meter Fußweg bis zum Zentrum

Nach so vielen erholsamen und sehr schönen Aufenthalten in diesem Haus war der jetzige Aufenthalt leider durch einen Pächterwechsel im angeschlossenen Restaurant sehr beeinträchtigt. Es kam zu ständigen Lärmbelästigungen während der ganzen Woche zu jeder Tages und Abendzeit. So gab es leider kaum ruhige Minuten auf dem Balkon zur schönsten Sommerzeit. Leider hatten wir diesbezüglich keinerlei Information. Die Frage bleibt, bei Nutzung der Terasse der neuen Restaurantpächter bis 21:30, ob ein ruhiger Abend auf dem Balkon noch möglich sein wird.

Alles sehr sauber,freundliche Gastgeberin und alles in der nähe,nur weiter zu empfehlen. Auch kleine Geschenke machen Freude. Wir sind für eine Woche im Große Apartment und sehr zufrieden.Wir sagen Vielen Dank !!!

Sehr schönes, liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus mit gediegenen Flair, wie es zu Bad Kissingen passt. Frau Kanz ist sehr um das Wohlergehen ihrer Gäste bemüht. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolles, gemütliches Hotel, drinnen und draußen sehr ruhig, wunderschön gemütlich eingerichtet, die dicken Teppiche haben das Flair eines noblen, ehrwürdigen Hotels. Man fühlt sich in eine andere Welt versetzt - wie überhaupt in Bad Kissingen. - Danke auch für die kleinen, netten süßen Überraschungen im Treppenhaus! Sie sind gute, tolle und jeden Wunsch erfüllende Gastgeber!

Das Hotel hat vier Sterne liegt aber deutlich drüber. Die Apartments sind richtig gut und man wird hier von Kopf bis Fuß verwöhnt und das beste is, dass das Restaurant Legere gleich unten drunter ist. Sie machen das Frühstück und die HP für die Hotelgäste.... Und es gibt auch immer gute pauschal Angebote.....
