Quite good service. The employee Alaa in particular took great care of me – friendly, quick and attentive. The smoothies are fresh and delicious. I'd love to come back.
Normally one star is too many!
Ordered online and then waited 60 minutes to receive completely cold, partly frozen food.
To order:
- The pizzas consisted of 90% ready-made cheese, the rest was burnt dough and ready-made sauce that tasted like water.
-About the Rigatoni Carbonara: What creature comes up with the idea of mixing mushrooms, corn and disgusting, grainy broth into this normally tasty dish? This wasn't food, it was an insult. Plus, scented like a polecat ready to mate.
- The dessert: tiramisu that would make an Italian cry (not with joy) and muffins. All frozen goods, not homemade. How do I want to know that? Because a: Everything was delivered frozen (including ice crystals) and b: When I asked the restaurant by phone, they said that it was frozen and not made in-house.
Speaking of telephone conversation:
Very unfriendly and they hung up in the middle of the conversation, but I wasn't even unfriendly.
Conclusion: Food that tastes like you've eaten it before, regurgitated it and then packaged it, an outrageous, snooty and cheeky telephone service and a price for which you can eat very well in good restaurants, but far too expensive for TK Fras.
An absolute disgrace, never again!
I was a guest in the bar on Saturday afternoon and also had dinner in the restaurant in the evening. The first thing that caught my eye was the stylish furnishings. I really like the design and the layout of the rooms. The employee Richard not only gave us good advice in the bar, but was also able to give us many helpful tips for our stay in the city. Thank you again for the great service. At the beginning of the evening he was replaced by a colleague who seemed a bit unsure and, unfortunately, forgetful. Unfortunately, this also became apparent when I forgot my main course on the first attempt, and on the second attempt unfortunately due to the missing side dish. At the end of the evening, our waiter from the afternoon came back into play and was able to smooth things over again with his confident and professional manner. Overall, we can all look back on a successful evening.

Malo. Der Raum riecht sehr stark nach Rauch, wahrscheinlich weil direkt anschließend ein raucherraum ist. Das Essen war ok, preislich sehr hoch. Der Service war überhaupt nicht gut. Wir wollten eigentlich noch einen Nachtisch bestellen, aber wir haben uns so unwohl gefühlt, dass wir gegangen sind. Location ist top, eins der schönsten Restaurants in denen wir waren. Wir würden aber nicht nochmal kommen.

Unfortunately, unfortunately, unfortunately, the restaurant has been closed since April 1st, 2023. Whenever I was in Cannstatt, I enjoyed the real Swabian food and wine.
A disappointing experience - a restaurant to forget
As a restaurant critic, I have rarely experienced such miserable service as in this Stuttgart restaurant. When we sat down, it took what felt like an eternity for a waiter to come to us. When he finally appeared, he gave us a disparaging look, as if we were out of place or unwanted guests. He responded to our polite request to bring us the menu by rolling his eyes and looking at us dismissively.
After the menu was finally brought to us, an even more unimaginable wait began. We sat for at least 20 minutes while several waiters walked around us, but none bothered to serve us or take our order. Despite our attempts to get the staff's attention, we were consistently ignored.
To make matters worse, there were guests sitting next to us who had arrived at almost the same time as us, enjoying their meal and already eating and drinking while we were still waiting for someone to take our order. Ultimately, we left the restaurant hungry, disappointed and extremely frustrated.
A restaurant to avoid if you expect a pleasant evening and good service.
Absolute failure – never again!
I waited forever for my food and when it finally arrived, everything was ice cold - the fries, the burger and the currywurst. An absolute disgrace! When I called to ask, all I was told was: “You live far away.” – I have never experienced anything like this!
After a long and annoying discussion, I was finally promised a credit. If this is not adhered to, I will definitely post it here again!
Conclusion: This was by far the worst meal I've had delivered recently. Absolutely not recommended!
