I've been coming here more often lately and was back again yesterday, so I can't understand the bad reviews. Even though it was really busy yesterday, I didn't have to wait long. The Green Gorilla and Teriyaki Chicken were excellent, as always. After a brief chat when I ordered, I learned that the owner is new, having started in August. I'll definitely be back, and it absolutely deserves 5 stars!

The service staff are super nice!

Was there last week with my family. Very friendly and flexible staff. I have to honestly say the last two or three months have been a big change from the past few years. 😊 Despite the long line, we were served quickly without having to wait long. We ordered two wraps, four smoothies, and two salads. They were well-informed about the food. If you want healthy food, this is the place to go. 😊😊 Highly recommended ✅

The staff is friendly and helpful, but the store has no structure! I waited 42 minutes for a smoothie—I won't do that again.

Completely overwhelmed employees as soon as more than two customers order something; they move in slow motion and seem completely listless. Food: Completely unripe and hard avocado in a wrap. Green Guru juice, which is actually made with spinach, apple, cucumber, and ginger, comes without cucumber and ginger. When asked about both: "The avocado couldn't have been hard; you confused it with the falafel. Yes, I forgot ginger in the juice." No mention of the cucumber. No apology, nothing at all. That was my first and last time here.

The taste was a disaster. The wrap had apparently been sitting on the counter too long and tasted rotten. The staff were completely listless and overwhelmed. I had to ask three times to write down two dishes. The meat in the bowl was completely soft and tasted of nothing. Never again

The service was really bad. The waitress give me another poke. I wait a long cue for a tasteless poke with another ingredients. It’s cheap but of course doesn’t worth it. The service must be more active.

The wraps and smoothies are really delicious, but the staff's work ethic is terrible. There were two girls there who acted like they were 14 years old, were incredibly unprofessional, and incredibly slow. You wait forever for the simplest things.

Reheated dirt sits around all day. The wraps taste awful, and the bowls are covered in sauce and other things.

Unfortunately, the ladies behind the counter are often quite lackluster. I ordered a bowl there. They didn't ask whether it came with mashed potatoes or just salad. The picture speaks for itself. Very unloving, and the taste was awful. The meat was cold and bland. I texted Evergreen, but never got a response. Too bad. That was the last time I went there. For €13 a bowl, I expect something different.

The taste was perfectly fine (salad bowl + smoothie). I've been there two days in a row and was still disappointed twice. Day 1: Even though there were only three people there, all the orders were mixed up, some were made incorrectly, and others were completely forgotten. The salad was only sparsely filled. Absolutely (and I mean, absolutely!) unacceptable for €12. Day 2: The store had already been open for an hour and a half. All the displays were empty. No sign of any staff. There were only a handful of wraps on display. So I waited, since after yesterday's experience, I only wanted a smoothie anyway. After waiting several minutes and checking Google to see if the store was even open at 11:30 a.m., someone finally came. When I asked if I could order a smoothie, I was actually told no, they could only sell wraps today. Since the fresh salad displays were all empty, as mentioned above, I suspect these wraps are also from the day before. Sorry, great concept, but I've lost my trust.

The price-performance ratio is not right at all and totally overpriced for what you get.

I ordered a smoothie with extra protein powder from Immer grün, but they obviously added far too little. For the extra charge, I expect a reasonable amount – this feels like a rip-off. Very disappointing and definitely not what you should expect from a reputable service.

Unbelievable... I ordered a wrap and it doesn't look like the picture. The wraps seem to have been stored for days and are no longer fresh. My salad in the wrap had no green color at all, and it tasted accordingly. Never again... huge disappointment

I am appalled by the lack of care at this business. The fruit isn't even washed before juicing! When I legitimately asked why this was the case, I received the succinct and completely inadequate answer: "We don't have time for that." Such behavior demonstrates absolute indifference to basic hygiene standards. For me, this is unacceptable – I cannot recommend this business under any circumstances.

Quite good service. The employee Alaa in particular took great care of me – friendly, quick and attentive. The smoothies are fresh and delicious. I'd love to come back.

First and last time. The employee didn't feel like it and probably had no training period on his first day. After touching the change, his hand goes into the vegetables. The bowl wasn't even half full. Not recommended, price-performance ratio doesn't fit at all. For €12 I expect to be full and not wait hungry for the main course like I would after a small starter plate. What is commendable is that this shop doesn't skimp on sauce. I assume that you can also take these home with you. Added to this is nausea on the way home.

they had many healthy options, smoothies tastes great , the prices were reasonable for the quality they provide , also a great service overall the staff were friendly.
