Friendly and cheerful staff. Delicious sausage (curry sausages) and käsespetzl. Definitely try Currywurst here and Flammkuchen.

Waiter Antonio is the star of the evening. I have never seen such rough service in my life. The waiter tried to convince us that we were to blame, that he mixed up the order. He was frankly rude and refused to listen. They accused us of paying for the dish. He refused to talk to a woman, this is open chauvinism. Such employees have no place in this institution. We can say that his manager is very good because he protected him. We didn't get an apology. I don't recommend this to anyone. Ruined evening, rough staff. This is a shame for Stuttgart and all of Germany! Not recommended this place at all

It's a disgrace to even charge money for the toilets. The food was edible but didn't blow me away. It tasted more like Aldi breadcrumbs.

Very tasty food, great beer and reasonable prices too. Service is suitable for city center guests, you feel comfortable and not handled. You can also go there just for a delicious beer!

We were here in the evening with a larger group. The food arrived very quickly after ordering, it was OK but nothing more. It is also very loud when there is a lot going on. It's sometimes very difficult to have a conversation.

The service was surprisingly very fast despite the fact that it was full of people when I went. The staff also left a very good impression on me, since in addition to the speed, they were smiling and very willing. I will visit again next time I'm in Stuttgart again.

Fast service, good beer and tasty food. Although the combinations of food are quite simple, they still deliver on traditional cuisine. However my food was a little cold and came very fast, suggesting it was plated a while ago. Overall a solid place for tourists and locals alike!

Was ok. Food mediocre. Beer delicious. The service staff was very nice and helpful. The ambience was ok. But what doesn't work is if I go out for a meal for €90 and am begged by a toilet attendant who wants money for cleaning, or rather not cleaning. The toilet wasn't exactly clean.

Modern brewery with a lot of activity and Swabian friendliness, cold beer and tasty food served irritatingly quickly in manageable portion sizes.

Very nice there. Had our vintage reunion. Food is very good. Prices are ok. Very friendly staff. I went back to Stuttgart with the SSB after 16 years. I live in the country. There is a lot going on in Stuttgart but also a lot of hectic life. I'm happy with the peace and quiet in the country without the hustle and bustle. I'm retired. But the brewery was worth going there. I'll go there with my wife sometime, it's just great there.

Commendable service 👍🏼 the men are really on their toes. Without a reservation, the waiters try hard to find a seat. No long waiting times for drinks and food, the food doesn't take long to arrive and is also neatly presented to the eye. The food is plentiful and delicious! 😋 And what I also enjoyed was that the service was humorous, people had fun working and there was a good, friendly atmosphere among colleagues. Kudos to the team!

Very disappointed and angry! I brought my in-laws, who are in Germany for the first time, here because I really liked this place. Everything was fine until the bill. The waiter Be. We found it very loud and rude because we hadn't given a tip. He started getting loud and complaining about Italians because they would never tip. It was very uncomfortable because the whole back corner heard us! This escalated in my opinion! It became very personal because we are Italian. By the way, he said that another waiter wouldn't even let Italians in! After we sought a conversation to clarify the situation, the waiter apologized. What I still didn't like was that it was laughed at and that my in-laws also found this situation unpleasant. His statement was that it didn't matter because they didn't understand German anyway and neither did the dark-skinned woman sitting next to us. This is so outrageous! You are labeled according to your nationality and respected accordingly. I will never come here again even though I always recommended this place. I feel sorry for my in-laws for the messed up evening.

Well-located brewery that invites you to linger. The employees are super friendly and helpful. The food is served quickly and delicious. And don't forget: the beer tastes good too! A clear recommendation from me.

Beware of waiter Besnik I am Italian (proud of being so). We came to Germany to meet my son's girlfriend, they wanted to introduce us to this place and we had a terrible experience The waiter demanded a tip and claimed that Italians never leave a tip and even his colleague doesn't even let them sit down I am very saddened by such behavior and I am sorry for the embarrassment caused to the boys We will definitely not go back there again

The atmosphere is a bit too modern for me but otherwise everything fits.

Food was barely ordered and then it was already on the table. The taste was good. Service very friendly and quick. The ambience was very loud. Conversation is therefore only possible under difficult conditions. Sound-absorbing elements appear to be missing.

Nice service and atmosphere. The house brand beer is really good, and the flammkuchen and kasespatzel that we ordered was also tasty. Not extra expensive but it wasn’t cheap either. I would highly recommend going for trying the beer.

Unfortunately, the food was subpar. Brauhaus special plate consisted of dry roast pork. Kässpätzle in which you could only guess the cheese (only cream can be identified). Maultaschen at burger level. Service and drinks were worth 4 stars. I can't recommend it for eating.

Enjoyed the most delicious German food at the Brauhaus Schönbuch Bolzstraße Stuttgart Germany 🇩🇪 since 1823 They serve regional specialities as well as light seasonal and vegetarian dishes. This is what we had and relished : A Large salad plate with lettuce leaf cucumber tomato and potato salad oil and vinegar 😋 Swabian roast meat with gravy and fried onions with swabian pasta 😋 Pork roast with gravy 😋 Ravioli with Meat and Spinach (Maultaschen) 😋 German white sausages 😋 Vegetable burger with beans and salad and fries 😋 For Desserts : Apple Strudel with Icecream 😋 Sliced sugar pancakes with raisins and apple sauce 😋 They have a good variety for Nonvegetarians as well as Vegetarians . Not only their beer but also all their products come from local region! If visiting Stuttgart and want to relish local food must visit !

Only a mediocre rating from me. The food is probably convenience, schnitzel was lukewarm and spaetzle tasted warmed up. Service seems overwhelmed. For tourists it's definitely an experience with the ambience and local dishes, but for me there's not enough of it

The service was super friendly. The beer garden was more of an indoor courtyard, but also quieter. I had ordered Kaiserschmarren, which needed another minute in the pan.

The store is a complete disaster, reservations were made for 7 p.m. When we arrived with the registered, not particularly large group, we were informed that there was no reservation and we were not offered a satisfactory solution. We were told off that it was already quite full when we called three days in advance and that we should count ourselves lucky that we were able to make a reservation at all (which ended in us having no room and having to look for another restaurant). Overall a very unpleasant experience we will no longer make reservations there for special occasions.

This is great place to enjoy some traditional dishes from Stuttgart. The waitress was super nice even with a very busy day.

We always enjoy coming there, whether it's eating or drinking, it's simply delicious. You can sit outside in the sun, it's in the middle of Stuttgart and still quiet.

For some reason, schnitzel with salad is more expensive than schnitzel with fries, even though the portion is smaller. The schnitzel is average at best. IMPORTANT: Do not order the Kaiserschmarrn, as you get small balls of dough from the packaging bathed in oil. Service is slow, even on a moderate Monday evening. Even if you talk to them as you walk past, they ignore you.

We were guests at the brewery yesterday afternoon. Unfortunately the service was poor. We stood at the entrance for almost 25 minutes until an employee wanted to give us a table (the store wasn't full). Then it took another 30 minutes until an employee came to take the order. But this only happened because we asked if someone could come. The service needs to be urgently improved here! Unfortunately this time the food was more cold than warm.

My wife and I went to the brewery for brunch today. Everything absolutely great. We first enjoyed the rich breakfast buffet and after a long break we decided to have lunch. Great selection of food, whether warm or cold. Absolutely great taste. A small highlight was the beer you could tap yourself! The staff was also super friendly and nice. 😎😃 We will definitely come back again.

I had the Maultaschen soup. The broth was very strong, but personally it was too salty for me. The Brauhaus Spezial was very tasty. The roast pork was tender, the cheese spaetzle was delicious, good cheese and I really enjoyed the Maultaschen.

Unfortunately we had to wait a while until someone assigned us a free table, but the service at the table was great! Drinks were there in no time and the food was on the table quickly. Roast roast, lentils with spaetzle, Swabian plate, cheese spaetzle - all delicious. Plus a beer. We'll definitely come back.

Whenever I'm in the Stuttgart area, I stop by the Schönbuch Brauhaus either here in downtown Stuttgart (or alternatively in Böblingen, as time permits) and eat the lentils with spaetzle and string sausages. Service was always very good and always very friendly (many of the employees have been there for a long time, which speaks for the brewery) and the food was always good. See you next time.

It was a pleasure for us to eat at this restaurant, our experience was entirely positive. Particularly noteworthy is the excellent service: The service staff was extremely polite, attentive and accommodating. The service was also very quick. Our orders were taken quickly and served within a very short time, without us feeling that the quality was compromised. We also really liked the peaceful atmosphere in the restaurant. Overall, a highly recommended restaurant that impresses with both its excellent service and its pleasant atmosphere!

The most rude waiters I have ever met. When I pointed out to one that we had been waiting 30 minutes to place an order, he laughed in my face and then called a colleague who said that if I didn't like it, I could leave. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone

The dishes are good (not mind blowing) and reliable. The service is excellent. It is just my one time impression- the mushroom sauce was a tiny bit salty.

We were with you with 6 people and we really enjoyed it. The different beers were very tasty. The outdoor area with the beautiful brewing kettle contributed to the nice ambience. The food such as cheese spaetzle, tarte flambée, Maultaschen and Brauhaus special plates were very tasty and well prepared. We would love to come back when we are in Stuttgart.

We used to love going here. Unfortunately, lately the service and food has also been a disaster! The service (if one is there) is only interested in its own area. Ordering therefore takes ages. Food arrives quickly, but (as others also write) tastes like finished goods. Portions have become smaller, but the price is in my opinion. has remained stable for 1-2 years so far. The only really good thing is the beer and the atmosphere. But you can also get beer at the palace in summer, and it's cheaper too 🙈

We've been coming to this place every now and then since it started. There was never really anything to complain about, except on Saturday when the order was a beer, a coke and a water. Cola stale and warm! For the price of almost 5 euros, we pointed out the condition, 10 minutes later a new one arrived, which wasn't exactly sparkling either. The day menu was still in the memory card, I wanted to order something and the nice waitress said it wasn't valid on Saturdays, a bit misleading if it was on the card. It's a shame, nice restaurant, good staff but asking for money for stale drinks despite being rejected is just not ok. There were three of us there and we felt it all that way. Schönbuch is no longer worth visiting for us

I waited 15 minutes while the five waiters around me cleared the tables. Then they started talking to each other without paying any attention to us... After 20 minutes a waitress came and just took our drink order. My wife called the waitress to continue the order but the waitress ignored her.

Large brewery well located in the middle of Stuttgart. Eaten outside in summer temperatures. Typical brewery kitchen where large quantities are processed. We were very satisfied. The service friendly and quick.

The food was good, but unfortunately only lukewarm (which is still a good way to put it).

We were eating there with children, the bill was around €65, I paid €70 including a tip with the card and later discovered that the amount had been debited twice. Despite repeated requests to pay back too much money that has been debited, nothing has happened so far, about 4 months have already passed! Absolutely not recommended!

Tasty German dishes. The potato salad is very refreshing and enjoyable in a hot summer day.
