Leider war unser Besuch im Restaurant Südtirol eine große Enttäuschung. Mein Partner und ich wollten dort essen gehen, doch bereits bei der Platzwahl begann das Problem. Als Zweiergruppe durften wir nur an einem der wenigen, eher ungemütlichen Zweiertische Platz nehmen – mitten im Raum oder direkt am Eingang. Auf unsere freundliche Nachfrage, ob wir uns an einen der vielen freien Vierertische setzen dürften, bekamen wir lediglich ein knappes und wenig freundliches „Nee, nur am Zweier“ zur Antwort. Dass das Restaurant fast leer war, machte diese starre Regelung für uns umso unverständlicher. Noch mehr als die fehlende Flexibilität hat uns jedoch die unfreundliche Art des Personals gestört. Diese Atmosphäre war für uns so unangenehm, dass wir uns entschieden haben, ohne zu essen wieder zu gehen. Kundenservice und Gastfreundschaft sehen für uns anders aus – daher können wir dieses Restaurant leider nicht empfehlen.

Went to the steakhouse for dinner with 6 men on June 29th, 2024. We were served very well and friendly. Individual meal requests were also fulfilled. The food was very tasty and sufficient. The drinks were very well chilled, which was very important given the heat that day. Many thanks to the steakhouse team for this experience.

Prices indexed to the wallets of the Swiss who frequent this place...therefore high. Entrance prices have also increased significantly for services not accessible when passing through such as jacuzzi

Very clean room, the kitchen really not great, the breakfast either. But the management and the staff are very correct.

Arrived on a Saturday around 1:30 p.m. we (2 adults, 2 boys) wanted to eat there. In terms of ambience, it looks very bright and inviting with all the glass. However, even in the entrance area there was a strong smell of fresh cigarette smoke (not shisha). We then decided to take the food with us. Order placed, waited about 10 minutes, food received as ordered, billing took a while (due to technical problems), but it worked after another 4 minutes. The following were ordered in detail: Veggie kebab, just salad with sauce: generously filled, lots of delicious sauce Doner kebab box with fries and meat, fries okay, meat sometimes very tough, but tasty Yufka without tomatoes and spicy, meat identical to that in the box, a solid 6/10 Döner plate with fries, plenty, same theme with meat Cost 44€ in total Cigarette smoke was a no-go for us. If that doesn't bother you... feel free to form your own opinion.

Very good food and super friendly service

For me it's the best kebab in Neueunbourg, by far, the owner is really very nice, a family business that he manages well. They speak a little French so no worries for us border crossers. I have tried all the kebabs in Neueunbourg and it is my favorite restaurant in terms of quality/price.

As a night shift worker, I stood at the pizza machine in Eschbach on January 9th. At 11:34 p.m. I ordered Pizza Diavolo, paid by card and immediately received the receipt without receiving the pizza! The address of the Neuchâtel machine was on the receipt.😕
