Went to the steakhouse for dinner with 6 men on June 29th, 2024. We were served very well and friendly. Individual meal requests were also fulfilled. The food was very tasty and sufficient. The drinks were very well chilled, which was very important given the heat that day. Many thanks to the steakhouse team for this experience.

Delicious food under the plane trees! I had the grill counter and my wife the "rindfleischpfanne mit mususe". Both very tasty. Also very friendly staff who regularly came to ask if everything was okay.

I often come here to the steakhouse, including with my martial arts team. Why? I feel comfortable there and the food is good 👍

There wasn't much flavor to the meat. You got thin fries and some lettuce. Not a culinary masterpiece.

Visited again for the first time in two years and wasn't disappointed. The owners have changed, but the cuisine is just as impressive as the first time. Friendly and courteous service. Especially those traveling south from Europa Park can end the day relaxing here.

Excellent service, welcoming and smiling staff. Very good value for money, well located in the center with a beautiful terrace. I recommend.

We ate there several times for lunch. Simple welcome but done with a smile. The plates are plentiful and the value for money is quite reasonable.

It is not a very large restaurant, but the food was very good, we opted for the rump steak with fries. The service is also good. I would definitely go back again.

We stopped by the steakhouse on our bikes for a little refreshment and were unfortunately very disappointed. The waitress didn't smile, you didn't feel welcome. Despite the fact that we were the only guests, we waited 40 minutes for a portion of spaetzle and a plate of food. The spaetzle wasn't homemade - it was carelessly prepared. The service wasn't actually there at all. A pity !

Dear steakhouse team. I was on your terrace yesterday in warm spring temperatures. Service was friendly and quick. I had the delicious beef steak with grilled vegetables and fries. Perfectly fried. Would come back at any time. Then I'll have to try the other dishes. Thank you for the wonderful evening.

We ended up there by chance while passing through and felt very comfortable. Our daughter has an allergy and this was well addressed and an alternative dish was suggested. Super nice service! All of our food was good. We can only recommend it!

We spent a very nice evening. The service was very friendly, attentive and tried hard. The food was very good, especially the beef pan with vegetables and spaetzle. Also the chicken breast with delicious mushroom cream sauce. Everything was perfect and plentiful. The tiramisu at the end and the delicious coffee liqueur rounded off the evening deliciously. I walked into Steakhaus Neuenburg and was greeted with a warm welcome from the staff. Their rump steak was delicious and tender, which made me very happy. If you are ever hungry, I recommend this restaurant for excellent food along with being able to experience some good vibes. 10 out of 10 rating!

The rump steak (medium) was super tender and tasted great. The side dishes were also very tasty. All in all, thank you very much, I'll be happy to come back!

We were passing through and visited the steakhouse for the first time. We were warmly welcomed and served attentively by a young team. We felt very comfortable in the restaurant. The dinner was well prepared and very tasty. The menu was small but nice and had something for every taste. We liked that very much. (Sustainable) The prices are reasonable. We will be back.

Nach dem Besitzerwechsel war der Anfang etwas holprig. Es wurde aber besser. Heute haben sie es geschafft uns komplett zu überzeugen. Essen super lecker und große Portionen. Service freundlich und nett. Wir empfehlen es auf jeden Fall weiter. Macht genau so weiter.

TL;DR: Ein Ort der widersprüchlichen Gefühle, wo die Serviceleistung träge und die Essensauswahl begrenzt ist. Das Steak schmeckt gut, der Rest enttäuscht. --- Die Zeit dehnte sich unerbittlich, während wir im Dunst der Erwartung verweilten. Obschon die Küche ein Klimpern von sich gab, stellte sich ständig die Frage, ob diese Geräusche uns galten. Der Vater, dessen Gesicht sich allmählich rötete, fand Zuflucht im Sudoku, ehe das erste Gericht nach 35 Minuten erschien. Eine Inspektion der Online-Bewertungen enthüllte eine Kursänderung des Etablissements, verkündet durch einen Besitzerwechsel. Der Chickenburger, ein krasser Kontrast zu den Erwartungen an ein Steakhaus, bestätigte diesen Wandel. Ein Gericht, dessen klägliche Anordnung der Zutaten und mittelmäßiges Fleisch kaum Belohnung boten. Die Speisen kamen einzeln, so als könne oder wolle die Bedienung nur einen Teller tragen. Kein scharfes Messer begleitete unser Mahl. Ein völlig geschmacksloser Champignon-Dip wurde zu fast allen Gerichten gereicht. Nach einer endlichen Befriedigung suchend lädt man sich fortwährend Unmengen dieser immer verstörender schmeckenden sahnigen Flüssigkeit auf seine Pommes, nur um schlussendlich einen faden Pilzgeschmack und eine sahnige Textur auf der Zunge zu verspüren, welche, ähnlich wie Salzwasser den Durst nach Frischwasser weiter anregt, die Lust auf einen vollmundigen Dip ins Unermessliche steigen lässt. Der Grillteller versprach Rind und Pute, aber lieferte statt dessen augenscheinlich Pute und Schwein. Das Steak jedoch war eine Insel im Ozean der Enttäuschung; zart und geschmacklich gut, wobei die Soße ein trübes Spiegelbild der kulinarischen Absurdität war. In der Gesamtschau erreicht das Restaurant eine dürftige Wertung von 3/5 Sternen.

Net restaurant met goede service en goede burgers!!

Bei einer Zwischenübernachtung am 06.08.2023, auf dem Weg zu unseren 2 Enkeln, stießen wir zufällig auf das Steakhaus in Neuenburg und wurden von unglaublich leckerem Essen überrascht! Die Bedienung zauberte eine sehr nette Atmosphäre - wir waren so zufrieden, dass wir nun jedes Mal bei unseren Reisen dort essen werden! :)

Aardig personeel maar sinds dat het restaurant overgenomen is, is de kwaliteit van het eten afgenomen helaas..

C'EST une très agréable surprise et une vraie découverte. D'autant que notre restaurant habituel, voisin, venait de fermer définitivement et sans préavis. Grâce et gentillesse du personnel féminin. Une cuisine bien germanique matinée d'esprit Turc avec de vraies frites, Un régal ! Seul bémol, Un faible choix de desserts. Bravo pour l'ensemble !

Heerlijk gegeten super hamburgers....4 jaar geleden hier heerlijk gegeten, nu helaas een stuk minder....voorgerecht en hoofdgerecht tegelijk geserveerd... Patat heel zout, drinken verkeerd geserveerd, veel verbetering mogelijk, jammer, bediening wel heel vriendelijk en aardig.

Jammer dat je ze gewoon ziet roken door het raampje in de deur naar de keuken! En zodra de chef ziet dat jij hem ziet het snel probeert te verdoezelen erg onprofessioneel en smering om te doen in een keuken van een restaurant! Verder was het eten wel ok net zoals de bediening

Ich liebe das Hähnchenschnitzel hier, für 15.90 bekommt man dazu noch Salat und Pommes. Preis/Leistung ist also sehr gut. Der Burger mit Spiegelei ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Die Servicekraft ist wirklich super nett und das Ambiente wirklich schön. 5 Sterne ☆☆☆☆☆!

We ate here with 4 persons because we stayed for one night in Neuenberg on our way to Swiss. Such a great place, nice food and friendly staff. When you’re looking for a quite cheap and simple but very good meal you really have to go here.

Wij hebben heerlijk gegeten bij dit restaurant. De schintzel en steak waren super mals. Bediening erg vriendelijk en loste een foutje in de aangeslagen gerechten goed op. Goede ervaring gehad.
