During our stay at the Gugel Camping we had several delicious meals at Au Savoir Vivre. What good service and friendliness of the staff. The food is nothing short of magnificent. Everything prepared with enormous passion, with a pleasure to eat it. Monika and I say: Thank you for the great food and the good atmosphere. We say see you next time. Thank you for the 2 glasses.

We had ordered a table, we were just left standing in the dining room, no good evening and no moment please. Here it seems that people are full and don't need it!

We had a lovely evening, the food was delicious and the service was friendly. We had pizza, penne, salad and chicken fillet with fries.

Very nice staff, fantastic salad (always served with delicious pizza bread), delicious pizza fresh from the oven! We always enjoy going there :) Pizza is definitely also possible to take away.

This is a very nice Italian restaurant. It is located at a campsite, but is not a camping restaurant. Located 2 minutes from motorway 5 in Germany. Worth a visit.

Extensive Italian menu with many pasta and pizza dishes. We definitely recommend the Piatto di Antipasti for two. There is a mix of all antipasti on offer in excellent quality. Rigatoni with mushroom shrimp in a very tasty lemon scampi sauce. Pizza Prosciutto e funghi, cooked ham, mushrooms, mozzarella, from the wood oven - very loose, crispy base with plenty of toppings. Excellent, friendly and fast service.

Great value for money. Already had a Christmas party there; Once spontaneously went with a larger group on a Sunday, without a reservation, this wasn't a problem for the team either. At the same time we got food and it was always very tasty.

Unfortunately, when you enter the restaurant, you are met with a very musty smell that pretty much inhibits your desire to eat. When you go to the toilet in the basement, it becomes clear that the smell is coming from the basement! But not from the toilets. They are new and really clean! In general, the whole restaurant is super clean and cozy. I suspect that the smell would have to be removed by the landlord. The tenants can't help it here. Nevertheless, that depresses the experience. The service is super friendly and accommodating! Really high praise! The food is okay. My pasta was delicious, but not a revelation. In general, the presentation would have been even nicer. There was way too much cheese on the pizzas. But the ingredients are all extremely good and plentiful. Also the cheese🙈 With less cheese, the pizza would probably be the best pizza in Neuchâtel. Would I visit the restaurant again? Probably not too soon as I found the smell really unpleasant. If that's fixed, yes!

It was a very nice place. When we asked for a 5-course menu on the first evening, we received this the following day. It was stunningly good. We can highly recommend it. It was really great.

Have eaten there several times, always good, have eaten various dishes, steaks are recommended as well as the pizzas. Not exactly cheap, but value for money is right, so I absolutely recommend it. You should make a reservation, especially if the campsite is full. Service is very good and all employees are friendly and accommodating.

As always, the food was very good. The staff was super nice and attentive. Particularly noteworthy was the very nice service (Argienta) We felt comfortable again and will be back

We reserved a table for New Year's Eve (from home on the recommendation of the reception). In order to make more sales, there were time windows of 2.5 hours, which we found a bit of a shame. In the restaurant itself there was a very depressed “mood” on New Year's Eve, as the food was more elegant and exclusive. The staff did not comply with the request to put two tables together for a family friend - for whatever reason. We were then given three printed menu cards without comment. There were exactly 3 menus listed (meat, fish & vegetarian). Cost: 60 - 65€. starter, main course & dessert). We asked if we could just order a la carte because, on the one hand, we have a 6-year-old child and, on the other hand, I was highly allergic to almost everything on the menu. In addition, my wife would certainly have gone back half of it. Then the discussion started until we were told that we had to ask if there was food when making a reservation. (Which is logical in a restaurant). Neither when booking the place nor when reserving the table was it seen or written that there were only three menus - let alone what exactly was available. There wasn't even any information about it on the restaurant itself - just a handwritten note that there were free tables due to illness (sales has to be right...) Our daughter was then graciously served a half-cooked Margherita pizza - otherwise it was. We ignored. We also had no way of getting food and spent New Year's Eve hungry. If there were minus stars, I would give out a few - because that is anything but hospitality. Many thanks to the boss for what was probably the worst New Year's Eve we've ever had.

We were there on New Year's Eve and chose a 3-course fish menu for €60.00. The food was very nicely prepared and we really enjoyed it. Although the restaurant was busy, there were no long waiting times between courses. The service was very friendly and attentive. A clear recommendation from our side!

Top Italian restaurant. Food beautifully prepared and totally tasty. For starters we had bruschetta and seafood soup. Just great. Main course grilled salmon and calamari. Delicious. Also very friendly service with a high level of attentiveness

There were 7 of us there. Everyone excited!!! Food top, drinks top, price performance top, Marco - first class service - very nice and funny. It couldn't be better!! Thank you for the great evening. We laughed a lot. We would love to come back “always” 👍😀

We wanted to go somewhere else again... We were pleasantly surprised. The food was absolutely delicious, whether pizza, pasta, lasagna or salad. The coffee and cappuccino were also very good. Everything is freshly prepared and not only a feast for the palate but also a pleasure for the eyes. The staff was very friendly, especially Marco, who served us with his charm and wit. He has so much fun at work and his good mood is contagious. The ambience was great, solid light, quiet atmosphere, very clean. We will come by more often from now on. It was a great evening. We can only recommend the restaurant!

It was actually perfect from start to finish! Price performance top! The food was beautifully prepared, Marco, who served us charmingly, was also super friendly and pretty ☺️. Wir sind auf dem Weg vom ganz hohen Norden ans Mittelmeer hier gelandet um eine Nacht auf dem Campingplatz zu verbringen. Der Besuch in diesem tollen Restaurant war ein absolutes Highlight! Italien im Markgräflerland 🥰 der Service super und nett, der Koch einsame Spitze. Wir sind extra dafür auf dem Rückweg auch wieder hergekommen. Das Essen, auch für mich als Veganer, war absolut Spitzenniveau! Leider wohnen wir 1000 km entfernt 😫 Danke für ein wunderbares Essen in nettem Ambiente und perfektem Personal 👍❤️

Vielen vielen Dank. Der Service ist Spitzenklasse. Das Essen phänomenal, sowohl die Pizza als auch die Pasta. Meine Frau ist vegan, der Koch zauberte ein Supergericht und das obwohl es nicht in der Karte ist. Schade, das wir fast 1000km weit weg wohnen.

Sehr leckere Vor- und Hauptspeisen, nettes Personal und auf jeden Fall ein Besuch wert. Liegt an einem Campingplatz und bietet sich hervorragend für eine Übernachtung an. Wir kommen sicher wieder vorbei.

Leckeres Essen, sehr freundlicher Service und viel Platz zum Spielen für die Kinder. Wir hatten einen schönen und entspannten Abend und kommen sicher wieder!

Het is altijd weer iets waar je niet naar uitkijkt, eten, maar jah, het is het enige restaurant in de buurt en na een dag rijden wil je toch eten. Kwaliteit van vlees gerechten altijd onder de maat. De simpele pizza’s en pasta’s zijn eigenlijk de enige juiste keuze. Jammer, het kan zo veel beter met de gebruikte producten. Kortom, voor ons is dit een “moetje”.

Die Tomatensuppe dort darf man sich auf keinen Fall entgehen lassen. Super lecker! Was anderes konnte ich nicht essen aufgrund meiner Schlauch Magen Operation. Aber meine Frau war von dem Essen auch sehr angetan.

Zowel op de heenreis als op de terugreis naar Italië, heerlijk Italiaans gegeten in dit voortreffelijke restaurant. Leuke bediening, goed eten. Restaurant ligt bij Camping Gugel. Voor ons zeker een aanrader.

Lieu très sympathique,part contre il faut savoir parler allemand parce qu ils ne comprennent pas trop le français.

Ich weiß nicht wie oft wir schon hier waren zum essen aber ist immer wieder lecker, angefangen mit den Pizzen aus dem Holzofen dann die leckeren Nudelgerichte (selber gemachte) ja und was soll man sagen das Servicetaem ist echt super,freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Essen gut, Service aufmerksam, Wartezeiten aufs Essen über eine Stunde bis nur schon der Salat kam. Restaurant knapp zur Hälfte gefüllt, auch andere Tische mit langen Wartezeiten. Ansonsten stimmt Preis/Leistung

Die Pizza ist der Hammer! Personal auch immer nett! Lohnt sich definitiv, auch wenn man kicht auf dem Campingplatz steht…

Essen war sehr gut angerichtet,aber es fehlte etwas Soße und Nudeln. Warum spart man an etwas was nicht viel kostet? Die Gäste möchten gerne satt werden ,aber sonst wirklich sehr lecker.

Super Essen, tolle Bedienung Und gemütliches Ambiente Obwohl die Preise für Wein sehr hoch angesiedel sind.

Wir waren nun schon zum wiederholten Male im Au Savoir Vivre und waren wie immer sehr zufrieden. Das Restaurant ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und zur Zeit wunderschön weihnachtlich dekoriert. Der Service ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Speisen sind nicht nur sehr lecker sondern auch für das Auge schön angerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
